A Generalization of Cramer’s Rule  [PDF]

Abstract:

In this paper, we find two formulas for the solutions of the following linear equation \"\"\"\", where \"\" is a \"\" real matrix. This system has been well studied since the 1970s. It is known and simple proven that there is a solution for all \"\" if, and only if, the rows of A are linearly independent, and the minimum norm solution is given by the Moore-Penrose inverse formula, which is often denoted by \"\" ; in this case, this solution is given by \"\". Using this formula, Cramer’s Rule and Burgstahler’s Theorem (Theorem 2), we prove the following representation for this solution

\"\", where \"\" are the row vectors of the matrix A. To the best of our knowledge and looking in to many Linear Algebra books, there is not formula for this solution depending on determinants. Of course, this formula coincides with the one given by Cramer’s Rule when \"\".

Abstract: In this paper we characterize a broad class of semilinear surjective operators given by the following formula where Z are Hilbert spaces, and is a suitable nonlinear function. First, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the linear operator to be surjective. Second, we prove the following statement: If and is a Lipschitz function with a Lipschitz constant small enough, then and for all the equation admits the following solution .We use these results to prove the exact controllability of the following semilinear evolution equation , , where , are Hilbert spaces, is the infinitesimal generator of strongly continuous semigroup in the control function belong to and is a suitable function. As a particular case we consider the semilinear damped wave equation, the model of vibrating plate equation, the integrodifferential wave equation with Delay, etc.

Abstract: For many control systems in real life, impulses and delays are intrinsic phenomena that do not modify their controllability. So we conjecture that under certain conditions the abrupt changes and delays as perturbations of a system do not destroy its controllability. There are many practical examples of impulsive control systems with delays, such as a chemical reactor system, a financial system with two state variables, the amount of money in a market and the savings rate of a central bank, and the growth of a population diffusing throughout its habitat modeled by a reaction-diffusion equation. Abstract: El presente artículo se ocupa de describir y comparar el aprendizaje y las teorías del conocimiento conductivas y cognoscitivas. La rese a histórica se inicia con los postulados de Platón y Aristóteles. Abstract: Aun cuando una de las estrategias de desarrollo corporativo más populares de las últimas dos décadas ha sido la adquisición y fusión de empresas, los resultados logrados no siempre han sido alentadores, ya que muchas veces los dividendos obtenidos son menores a los esperados. Este problema, que pareciera ser meramente financiero y operacional, involucra una serie de dimensiones organizacionales y conductuales propios de la psicología organizacional que pueden favorecer o limitar la efectividad de la adquisición y fusión de empresas como estrategia de desarrollo corporativo. Este artículo es una invitación a los psicólogos organizacionales para involucrarse en el campo de la estrategia de la administración de empresas, de modo de construir marcos conceptuales interdisciplinarios que permitan comprender los mecanismos que afectan la implementación de estrategias de desarrollo corporativo. En este artículo, luego de contextualizar las dimensiones involucradas en las adquisiciones y fusiones de empresas, se identifican variables propias del área de la psicología organizacional que afectan los procesos de fusión de empresas, y se revisa aquellos mecanismos mediante los cuales influyen en el éxito de la adquisición y fusión de empresas como estrategia de desarrollo corporativo.
Conformal Generators and Doubly Special Relativity Theories

Abstract: In this paper, the relation between the modified Lorenz boosts, proposed in the doubly relativity theories and a linear combination of Conformal Group generators in $R^{1,d-1}$ is investigated. The introduction of a new generator is proposed in order to deform the Conformal Group to achieve the connection conjectured. The new generator is obtained trough a formal dimensional reduction from a free massless particle living in a $R^{2,d}$ space. Due this treatment it is possible to say that even DSR theories modify light cone structure in $R^{1,d-1}$, it could remains, in some cases, untouched in $R^{2,d}$.
Extended Non Linear Conformal Symmetry and DSR Velocities on the Physical Surface

Abstract: The relation between Conformal generators and Magueijo Smolin Deformed Special Relativity term, added to Lorentz boosts, is achieved. The same is performed for Fock Lorentz transformations. Through a dimensional reduction procedure, it is demonstrated that a massless relativistic particle living in a $d$ dimensional space, is isomorphic to one living in a $d+2$ space with pure Lorentz invariance and to a particle living in a $AdS_{d+1}$ space. To accomplish these identifications, the Conformal Group is extended and a nonlinear algebra arises. Finally, because the relation between momenta and velocities is known, the problem of position space dynamics is solved.
1-D Harmonic Oscillator in Snyder Space, the Classic and the Quantum

Abstract: The 1-D dimension harmonic oscillator in Snyder space is investigated in its classical and quantum versions. The classical trajectory is obtained and the semiclassical quantization from the phase space trajectories is discussed. In the meanwhile, an effective cutoff to high frequencies is found. The quantum version is developed and an equivalent usual harmonic oscillator is obtained through an effective mass and an effective frequency introduced in the model. This modified parameters give us an also modified energy spectra.
