Abstract: the main antecedents of the cuban public library in the pre-revolutionary period, before 1959, the main librarian institutions created in the colonial epoch, their impact on the cultural life of the cuban society and their permanence in time, in spite of the failures and of the lack of financial state support; as well as the deterioration of the public libraries for 58 years, as a reflection of the social, economic, and political impoverishment of the cuban republican period, are dealt with in this paper.

Abstract: an analysis is made on the development of the public library in cuba between 1959 and 1989. the political, economic and socio-cultural factors influencing the most on the evolution of the libraries in the country during the studied period are stressed. the links between the environment and the internal life of the public library reveal the advances and results reached by this entity in three significant phases of their development that defined their formation, boom and consolidation as an information unit.

Abstract: the campaign against illiteracy is approached as a part of the great cultural work of the cuban revolutionary goverment, as well as the contribution of public libraries to the achievement of this human goal. experiences of the work carried out by these information units at three significant moments of their history after 1959 are shown: the national campaign against illiteracy, which made possible to teach how to read and write to a a great number of illiterates and to declare cuba a land free of illiteracy; the start of literacy with braille lessons for the blind and the visually weak people in the seventies; and the digital alphabetization in the use of new information technologies in a more recent stage to librarians and users, making use of the few technological resources available in these institutions.

Abstract: Se abordan los principales antecedentes de la biblioteca pública cubana en el período prerrevolucionario, antes de 1959; las principales instituciones bibliotecarias creadas en la época colonial y su repercusión en la vida cultural de la sociedad y su permanencia en el tiempo, a pesar de los fracasos y la falta de apoyo financiero estatal; así como el deterioro de las bibliotecas públicas, durante 58 a os, como reflejo de la depauperación política, económica y social de nuestro lperíodo republicano. Abstract: Se aborda el desarrollo de la biblioteca pública en Cuba entre los a os 1959 y 1989. Se precisan los factores económicos, políticos y socioculturales con mayor influencia en la evolución de las bibliotecas en el país durante el período estudiado. Los nexos entre el entorno y la vida interna de la biblioteca pública revelan los avances y resultados alcanzados por esta entidad en tres etapas significativas de su desarrollo, que definieron su formación, auge y consolidación como unidad de información. Abstract: Se aborda la alfabetización como parte de la gran obra cultural del gobierno revolucionario cubano y la contribución de las bibliotecas públicas al logro de esta humana tarea. Se exponen las experiencias de la labor desarrollada por estas unidades de información en tres momentos significativos de su historia después del a o 1959: la campa a nacional de alfabetización que hizo posible ense ar a leer y escribir a una gran masa de analfabetos y declarar a Cuba territorio libre de analfabetismo; el inicio de la alfabetización en lenguaje Braille a ciegos y débiles visuales en los a os 70 del pasado siglo y la alfabetización digital en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información en una etapa más reciente, a bibliotecarios y a usuarios a partir de los escasos recursos tecnológicos disponibles en esas instituciones. Abstract: Esta experiencia práctica consiste en hacer que los alumnos inventen un relato en pasado a partir de la audición de una serie de sonidos y ruidos del entorno cotidiano(ej: una tormenta, un coche que arranca y se va, unos pasos que se acercan, el batir de un huevo, etc.).Los alumnos, basándose en los sonidos escuchados, tendrán que imaginar cuáles fueron los hechos que ocurrieron, así como la atmósfera y las circunstancias que los envolvieron. Para conseguir una mayor variedad de historias, el orden de escucha de los sonidos será totalmente arbitrario, es decir, no determinará la secuenciación de la historia.
Diagnostics and Description of Children's of Five Speech in Terms of Inner Programming and Grammatical Structuring

Abstract: Introduction Diagnostics and description of children's of five speech in terms of inner programming and grammatical structuring operations are showed here. The article is dedicated to the actual problems of psycho-linguistics of the development, particularly to the research of grammatical-structuring operations in children of senior preschool age. It elucidates the opening of meaning of these experimental facts as the preconditions of lingvodidactic perfection and realization of principles of perspectiveness and continuation. Aim of the study To give the detail analysis of grammatical mounting of speech of senior pre-schoolchildren - as a pre-condition of making the effective technologies for speech development of children and realization of perspectiveness and followingness in the development of communicative abilities in children on the intermediate links of linguistic education - the pre-school and elementary school ones. Materials and methods Functional analysis of the higher psychic functions, in particular, oral utterance of children in an operational way, diagnostics of the state of speech functions for the analysis of children's readiness to school education and for finding the causes of difficulties (real and potential) in speech formation; analysis of not enough developed links of functional system, which provide the children's speech function and principally influence on the understanding the causes of unsuccessful speech activity mastering. 365 children aged five participated in our experiment. Results It was found that 30% of all lexemes in children"s speech are nouns; 38% - verbs; 17% - adverbs; 9% - pronouns; and only 2% - adjectives and 1% - link words. Common for all the children peculiarity was the full absence in their speech the verbal adverbs and very rare use of participles, pronouns, adjectives, prepositions - those words the using of which influence on the level of widening of the structure of the sentence. Not direct word order testifies the inability to keep the program in mind. The inversion appears in the cases when the process of sense widening stipulate the rebuilding of inner program. And it takes place in children in the moment when in outward speaking arises the need to use the word in the second or third distant positions. The great complication for children makes using of indirect cases with prepositions and without them, at the time when case-preposition forms, their meaning perform the most important in speech production function. Pre-schoolchildren do not know how to express adverbial modifiers with the help of forms of indirect cases with prepositions. They feel difficulties also in expressing attributes by different forms. Conclusions Pre-schoolchildren feel difficulties in using in their speech the cases and prepositions which are necessary for providing the full of value realization of inner speech intention and grammar transformations, that is for inner speech and outward widening of sentential utterance
