Abstract: In order to realize the understanding, comparison and integration of architecture developed under different ar-chitecture frameworks and tools with various modeling methods,and support the data-centric methodology of architecture development better, a new method named primitives-patterns based modeling method of architecture development was proposed. According to the transformation approach from architecture meta-model to modeling languages with the extensible markup language(XML) format, the primitives-patterns based mapping specification was designed. Based on the international defense enterprise architecture specification, the mesa-model of operational activity model was built. By analyzing the modeling principles of IDEFO and UMI. activity diagram, this method constructed the semantic mapping relationship between OV-5 meta-model and modeling languages, such as IDEFO and UML activity diagram, ensuring the precision and coherence of architecture data and semantics.

Abstract: Based on the study and analysis of NSGA-II algorithm, a new initial screening mechanism was designed, coefficient generating of crossover arithmetic operator was improved and more reasonable crowding mechanism was proposed. In this way, convergence was speeded up and its precision was improved. The testing results by representative applied functions show that with the improvements higher computational efficiency and more reasonable distributed solution can be obtained, and diversified distribution of the solutions can be maintained.
Alleviation of Podophyllotoxin Toxicity Using Coexisting Flavonoids from Dysosma versipellis

Abstract: Podophyllotoxin (POD) is a lignan-type toxin existing in many herbs used in folk medicine. Until now, no effective strategy is available for the management of POD intoxication. This study aims to determine the protective effects of ?avonoids (quercetin and kaempferol) on POD-induced toxicity. In Vero cells, both ?avonoids protected POD-induced cytotoxicity by recovering alleviating G2/M arrest, decreasing ROS generation and changes of membrane potential, and recovering microtubule structure. In Swiss mice, the group given both POD and ?avonoids group had significantly lower mortality rate and showed less damages in the liver and kidney than the group given POD alone. As compared to the POD group, the POD plus ?avonoids group exhibited decreases in plasma transaminases, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, plasma urea, creatinine and malondialdehyde levels, and increases in superoxide dismutase and glutathione levels. Histological examination of the liver and kidney showed less pathological changes in the treatment of POD plus ?avonoids group. The protective mechanisms were due to the antioxidant activity of ?avonoids against the oxidative stress induced by POD and the competitive binding of ?avonoids against POD for the same colchicines-binding sites. The latter binding was confirmed by the tubulin assembly assay in combination with molecular docking analyses. In conclusion, this study for the first time demonstrated that the coexisting flavonoids have great protective effects against the POD toxicity, and results of this study highlighted the great potential of searching for effective antidotes against toxins based on the pharmacological clues.

Abstract: The title compound, C15H20O5S, is an intermediate in the synthesis of a new type of poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer. The cyclohexane ring exhibits a chair conformation, with C—C bond lengths in the range 1.518 (3)–1.531 (3) and C—C—C angles in the range 110.45 (19)–112.09 (19)°; these agree well with the values in other cyclohexane derivatives described in the literature. In the crystal structure, adjacent molecules are linked by O—H...·O hydrogen bonds. The H atoms of the methyl group are disordered equally over two positions.

Abstract: 用转靶X射线源及弯晶EXAFS谱仪测定了Fe80B20及Fe80Si6B14金属玻璃中铁的X射线K吸收谱。由EXAFS谱确定了两种金属玻璃的近邻结构参量。此外,通过测定XANES谱并与纯铁及其有关的化合物Fe2B,FeB中铁的XANES比较发现:吸收边能量、“白线”结构等均出现一些变化,表明两种金属玻璃的近邻原子Fe-B,Fe-Si以及Fe-Fe之间的相互作用比铁与硼所形成的稳定化合物中要强,这对于决定金属玻璃的短程序结构具有重要的作用。

Abstract: 本文描述了中国河北省小五台山的毛茛科Ranunculaceae银莲花属Anemone一新组--小五台银莲花组sect. Leptothece W. T. Wang & Bing Liu及其一新种--小五台银莲花A. xiaowutaishanica W. T. Wang & Bing Liu, 并绘出墨线图。此新组与钝裂银莲花组sect. Himalayicae同具以下形态特征: 垂直的根状茎, 丛生的基生叶, 具1花的聚伞花序, 条形花丝, 具三沟的花粉粒, 具小刺的覆盖层, 钻形花柱, 而与后者相近缘; 但其总苞苞片分裂程度较大, 3深裂或3全裂, 每花只有3枚心皮, 子房强烈两侧扁压, 而与后者相区别; 同时, 根据上述进化特征可见新组比钝裂银莲花组演化水平高, 可能自后者分化而出。小五台银莲花的分布区很小, 只分布在河北小五台山的山涧口附近的一山谷中, 显然是一狭域分布种; 此外, 再根据其上述进化形态特征, 推测其可能是一新特有种。

Abstract: 通过在能量较高、考虑非线性时,求解光纤光栅非线性耦合模方程连续波条件下的解,得到光纤光栅失谐量δ与光脉冲传播常量q的非线性色散关系和光栅致群速度色散系数β2g与δ的关系.用MATLAB绘图,得到非线性参量γ和光脉冲能量P0的乘积γP0对色散和β2g的影响.结果表明:随着β2g的增加,非线性色散曲线的上、下两支向δ的负值区移动,当超过某一临界值时,曲线上支开始形成环,这时光纤光栅引起的群速度色散中的反常色散区消失,全部变成正常色散.

Abstract: The service oriented grid workflow,GSF, has been a research focus in grid technology. As an NP problem, grid service scheduling is difficult to be solved by means of classic algorithms. Featured in searching concurrently and globally, genetic algorithm can be a better option for solving GSF scheduling problera, therefore, a GA based grid service scheduling algorithm,GSFGA, is provided for obtaining the best GSF instance with highest fitness in this paper. The experiment results prove it available and better than some traditional algorithms. As a conclusion, the further work is also pointed out.
