The Sync-Utilization Mode of Water, Land and Coal Resources in Coal Mining Subsidence Area

Abstract: Water,land and coal resources are of great significance for economic booming and social stability of China in the 21st Century.However,in the coal mining area,there exists a complex relation among water,land and coalmine which lead to water and land resources are wasted because of coal exploitation.On one hand,coal mining can damage groundwater circulating system,induce groundwater contamination and land subsidence of large area.On the other hand,groundwater can flood coalmine and land,which disturbs coal exploitation work and makes existing land use lost or changed.Based on the analysis of the relations among three resources,this paper put forward a new concept of "resources sync-utilization",which suggests that rational utilization of some kind of resources mutually interacting can make best use of all kinds of resources.We classify "resources sync-utilization" in coal mining area into two types,the period of mining and the period of mine closure.The key to the success of former resources sync-utilization lies in appropriate coal mining technique and rational mining ratio,and that of the latter one is rational utilization of water resource.In order to further explain how to realize "resources sync-utilization",we take an example of Nan'si Lake Basin in Shandong, located in the influence area of South to North Water Diversion Project(East Route),the present severe land subisdence and flood caused by coal mining will become worsen because of the diversion of water.So three suggestions is given in order to archive the goal of "resources sync-utilization" in Nan'si Lake Basin: 1) water transfer scheme by multi-stage conduit pipe;2) contain groundwater in the subsidence area in the running of water quantity management system of South to North Water Diversion Project;3)recover the land use by pumping shallow-aquifer groundwater.The study on sync-utilization mode of water,land and coal resources should be dominant research direction in the future China,especially in the plain coal mining area,which will be an effective method for solving the problem of resources shortage.Moreover,mine water is a potential groundwater resource whose value has not been recognized yet,but has a good prospect of application.
Allosteric Modulation of αβδ GABAA Receptors

Abstract: GABA A receptors mediate the majority of the fast inhibition in the mature brain and play an important role in the pathogenesis of many neurological and psychiatric disorders. The αβδ GABA A receptor localizes extra- or perisynaptically and mediates GABAergic tonic inhibition. Compared with synaptically localized?αβγ receptors,?αβδ receptors are more sensitive to GABA, display relatively slower desensitization and exhibit lower efficacy to GABA agonism. Interestingly, αβδ receptors can be positively modulated by a variety of structurally different compounds, even at saturating GABA concentrations. This review focuses on allosteric modulation of recombinant αβδ receptor currents and αβδ receptor-mediated tonic currents by anesthetics and ethanol. The possible mechanisms for the positive modulation of αβδ receptors by these compounds will also be discussed.

Abstract: To study the relationship between chlorophyll-a and environmental variables during spring algal bloom in Xiangxi Bay of Three Gorges Reservoir, the support vector regression (SVR) model was established. In surveys, 11 stations have been investigated and 264 samples were collected weekly from March 4 to May 13 in 2007 and February 16 to May 10 in 2008. The parameters in SVR model were optimized by leave one out cross validation. The squared correlation coefficient R2 and the cross validated squared correlation coefficient Q2 of the optimal SVR model are 0.8202 and 0.7301, respectively. Compared with stepwise multiple linear regression and back propagation artificial neural network models using external validation, the SVR model has been shown to perform well for regression with the predictive squared correlation coefficient R2pred value of 0.7842 for the test set.

Abstract: By thorough analysis of the equivalent circuit of transient electromagnetism receiver coil, we studied the relations between the receiving system distribution parameter and the damping coefficient, the performance characteristic of different damping coefficient transient electromagnetism receiving system, I. E., the amplitude-frequency characteristic, the cut-off frequency, the impulse response and the step response, discussed the influence characteristic of the receiving system to the underground geologic body transient response signal, and finally gave the real-time computation method of critical damping-resistance.

Abstract: This paper analyzed thoroughly the transient electromagnetic field analytic expression in homogeneous half space,discovered that the transient response curve has a characteristic of translational expansion and contraction with the underground conductivity,transmit loop length and observation time.According to that,we proposed a new direct method to calculate full time domain apparent resistivity.Different with the existing full time domain apparent resistivity computation method,this new method does not need to iterate and solve nonlinear equation,the speed is quick,the precision is high,the algorithm is stable,and the solution is unique.

Abstract: 采用严格耦合波理论与矩阵LU分解法,求解了亚波长矩形介质光栅的衍射场,给出了TE和TM偏振波的耦合波方程组及其矩阵形式.通过数值计算分析了TE和TM偏振波的入射角、刻槽深度、入射波长等参量对+1级衍射波衍射效率的影响.结果表明,当Λ=0.5λ0,θ=55°,d=0.38λ0,λ=10.6 μm时可以实现对TE偏振波+1级的闪耀,衍射效率达到近90%,同时具有较宽广的角度适应范围.
Normal mode splitting and ground state cooling in a Fabry-Perot optical cavity and transmission line resonator

Abstract: Optomechanical dynamics in two systems which are a transmission line resonator and Fabrya-Perot optical cavity via radiation-pressure are investigated by linearized quantum Langevin equation. We work in the resolved sideband regime where the oscillator resonance frequency exceeds the cavity linewidth. Normal mode splittings of the mechanical resonator as a pure result of the coupling interaction in the two optomechanical systems is studied, and we make a comparison of normal mode splitting of mechanical resonator between the two systems. In the optical cavity, the normal mode splitting of the movable mirror approaches the latest experiment very well. In addition, an approximation scheme is introduced to demonstrate the ground state cooling, and we make a comparison of cooling between the two systems dominated by two key factors, which are the initial bath temperature and the mechanical quality factor. Since both the normal mode splitting and cooling require working in the resolved sideband regime, whether the normal mode splitting influences the cooling of the mirror is considered. Considering the size of the mechanical resonator and precooling the system, the mechanical resonator in the transmission line resonator system is easier to achieve the ground state cooling than in optical cavity.
Protonated Form: The Potent Form of Potassium-Competitive Acid Blockers

Abstract: Potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs) are highly safe and active drugs targeting H+,K+-ATPase to cure acid-related gastric diseases. In this study, we for the first time investigate the interaction mechanism between the protonated form of P-CABs and human H+,K+-ATPase using homology modeling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics and binding free energy calculation methods. The results explain why P-CABs have higher activities with higher pKa values or at lower pH. With positive charge, the protonated forms of P-CABs have more competitive advantage to block potassium ion into luminal channel and to bind with H+,K+-ATPase via electrostatic interactions. The binding affinity of the protonated form is more favorable than that of the neutral P-CABs. In particular, Asp139 should be a very important binding site for the protonated form of P-CABs through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions. These findings could promote the rational design of novel P-CABs.
Indecomposable representations and oscillator realizations of the exceptional Lie algebra G_2

Abstract: In this paper various representations of the exceptional Lie algebra G_2 are investigated in a purely algebraic manner, and multi-boson/multi-fermion realizations are obtained. Matrix elements of the master representation, which is defined on the space of the universal enveloping algebra of G_2, are explicitly determined. From this master representation, different indecomposable representations defined on invariant subspaces or quotient spaces with respect to these invariant subspaces are discussed. Especially, the elementary representations of G_2 are investigated in detail, and the corresponding six-boson realization is given. After obtaining explicit forms of all twelve extremal vectors of the elementary representation with the highest weight {\Lambda}, all representations with their respective highest weights related to {\Lambda} are systematically discussed. For one of these representations the corresponding five-boson realization is constructed. Moreover, a new three-fermion realization from the fundamental representation (0,1) of G_2 is constructed also.
Ultrasensitive Detection of Majorana Fermions via Spin-based Optomechanics with Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract: We propose a novel optical method to detect the existence of Majorana fermions at the ends of the semiconductor nanowire via the coupling to an electron spin trapped on a carbon nanotube resonator under the control of a strong pump field and a weak probe field. The coupling strength of Majorana fermion to the spin in the carbon nanotube and the decay rate of the Majorana fermion can be easily measured from the probe absorption spectrum via manipulating the spin-mechanical coupling in the suspended\ carbon nanotube. The scheme proposed here will open a good perspective for its applications in all-optical controlled Majorana fermion-based quantum computation and quantum information processing.
