Abstract: A rare strain of actinomycetes, with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, was isolated from the soil samples from the farmland in the area of Yaohu lake in Nanchang. The information about the taxonomic identification, such as the morphology, physiological properties, cell components and 16S rRNA gene sequences, suggested that the rare strain of actinomycetes was identified as Micromonospora carbonacea.

Abstract: 基于实验室自行分离到的一株具有广谱抗菌活性的炭样小单孢菌JXNU-1,研究了该菌株广谱抗生素产物的分离纯化工艺及其部分理化性质.结果表明,该茵产生的抗生素在中性和碱性条件下具有极高的热稳定性,但在酸性条件下不稳定.发酵液通过离心、过滤的预处理过程后,抗生素可吸附到717型阴离子交换树脂上,经2 mol/L的NaCl溶液洗脱除杂,再用20%的乙醇洗脱,可得抗生素产物,且在20%的乙醇溶液中加入2 mol/L的NaCl,可大大提高抗生素的洗脱效率.抗生素的酒精--盐洗脱液经减压浓缩去酒精、透析除盐后可得抗生素的水溶液.该抗生素水溶液经纸层析分析仅检测到单一活性斑点,HPLC分析表明其纯度达到99%以上.所得抗生素在Molish反应,Benedict反应扣二苯胺反应中均呈现阳性,紫外吸收具有典型的核苷类物质的光吸收特征,推测该抗生素为一核苷类抗生素.

Abstract: Advances in mechanism and application of the heating effect in breeding of microorganism are reviewed in this paper. Heat produces mutagenesis effect and screening effect. Heating mutagenesis effect is occurred through the substitution of G-C base pair induced by heat, and heating screening effect produces higher forward mutation rate induced by other mutagens.

Abstract: The change of ELOD score and power was studied under the real recombination rates.A total of 50 informative meioses were used in the study as the sample size.The results showed that the linkage analysis was more reliable if the real combination rates between two loci were equal to or smaller than 0 15.

Abstract: microRNA(miRNA)是一类长约22个碱基的非编码RNA分子,在转录后水平调节基因的表达及其在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等过程中起着重要的调控作用.根据miRNA分子具有一定的保守性,文章将人、小鼠、牛、猪和狗5种哺乳动物已知的miRNA分子与NCBI公布的与山羊具有极高同源性的绵羊基因组序列对比,获得11条miRNA候选分子,然后通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)验证,发现在山羊脑组织中这11条分子均有表达,肝脏组织中有5条分子表达,初步确定为山羊新的miRNA分子,为寻找山羊miRNA提供了新的思路.

Abstract: The unsaturated zone, as a sensitive zone relating to various processes at the surface of the earth, has a unique recording function and hence serves as potential archives of the past hydrological or climatic changes. From two unsaturated zone profiles in Shijiazhuang of North China Plain, the authors revealed the implications of paleohydrology and paleoclimate by analyzing the chloride profiles and estimating the recharge rate with chloride mass balance method. Meanwhile, the recharge history of this area was reconstructed. The results suggest that there seem to have had three dry/wet hydrological cycles over the last 300 years. Furthermore, the changes of recharge rate have also reflected these hydrological fluctuations.

Abstract: The title compound, [Co(SO4)(C12H8N2)2]·C3H8O2, was obtained unexpectedly as a by-product during an attempt to synthesize a mixed-ligand complex of CoII with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and melamine via a solvothermal reaction. The CoII metal ions are in a distorted octahedral coordination environment formed by four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands and two O atoms from a bidentate sulfate ligand. The two chelating N2C2 groups are almost perpendicular to each other [dihedral angle = 80.06 (8)°]. A twofold rotation axis passes through the Co and S atoms, and also through the central C atom of the propane-1,3-diol solvent molecule. Intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the structure.

Abstract: The title compound, [Zn(SO4)(C10H8N2)2]·C2H6O2, is a six-coordinate zinc(II) complex with a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The ZnII atom is bonded by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating sulfate ligand and four N atoms of the two chelating 2,2′-bipyridine ligands. The Zn—N bond distances range from 2.1287 (17) to 2.1452 (17) and the Zn—O bond distance is 2.1811 (15) . The two chelating NCCN groups subtend a dihedral angle of 81.1 (1)°. In the crystal structure, the [ZnSO4(C10H8N2)2] and C2H6O2 units are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonding, which leads to additional stabilization of the structure.

Abstract: The title compound, [Ni(SO4)(C10H8N2)(C2H6O2)(H2O)]n, contains two crystallographically unique NiII atoms, each lying on a twofold rotation axis and having a slightly distorted octahedral environment. It is isotypic with the previously reported CuII analog [Zhong et al. (2011). Acta Cryst. C67, m62–m64]. One NiII atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two bridging 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) ligands, two O atoms from two sulfate ions and two aqua O atoms. The second NiII atom is surrounded by two N atoms from 4,4′-bipy ligands and four O atoms, two from bridging sulfate ions and from two ethane-1,2-diol ligands. The sulfate anion acts as a bridging ligand, linking adjacent NiII atoms, leading to the formation of linear ...Ni1—Ni2—Ni1—Ni2... chains along the a-axis direction. Adjacent chains are further bridged by 4,4′-bipy ligands, resulting in a two-dimensional layered polymer parallel to (001). In the crystal, the polymeric layers are linked by extensive O—H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions involving the O atoms of the water molecules and the ethane-1,2-diol molecules, resulting in a three-dimensional supramolecular network.
