Adaptive iterative blending information hiding algorithm based on integer wavelet transform

Abstract: In order to increase the capacity of image transform domain information hiding algorithm,this paper applied the idea of iterative blending to integer wavelet domain and presented a novel self-adaptive image information hiding algorithm. The employment of integer wavelet overcame the boundary difference and rounding difference that existed in traditional image information hiding algorithms. Simultaneously, the HVS model was sufficiently used to adjust the imperceptibility and robustness. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a large capacity, good imperceptibility and strong robustness.
Synaesthesia Metaphor:cross-perception model

Abstract: Among different types of metaphor, a certain kind of interesting example of physical-physical polysemy is so-called synaesthetic metaphors. In a synaesthetic metaphor, a certain perceptual mode is initially specified (or may be assumed), but the imagery is linguistically related in terms belonging to one or more differing perceptual modes. “Bright sounds” and “warm orange” make perfect sense to us. This understanding uniform commonly relies on perceptual equivalence, which makes cross-modal association possible. Tabulations of the frequency of types of synaesthesia and synaesthetic metaphors in English reveal the inner trend of how the perceptual similarities is realised in English language use. Key words: synaesthesia, synaesthetic metaphor, perceptual similarity Résumé: De nos jours, le mot belle , appellation des femmes, est très populaire en Chine. Le mot belle , n’étant plus réservé aux femmes jeunes et jolies, devient une appellation polie pour toutes les femmes. Le présent article, en combinant la méthode quantitative et la méthode qualitative de recherche, examine profondément l’utilisation de ce mot dans 4 villes chinoises et sa fonction pragmatique dans la communication. L’auteur étudie aussi des informations sur le locuteur et l’interlocuteur, telles que le sexe, l’age, leur relation, etc. Mots-clés: mot d’appellation, belle, fonction pragmatique 摘要: 在眾多不同類型的隱喻表達中,有一種有趣的物質性對物質性的多義詞現象叫做通感隱喻,又稱移覺,即一種感官模式可以在語言上以另一種感官模式得以體現。顏色似乎會有溫度,聲音似乎會有形象,冷暖似乎會有重量,氣味似乎會有鋒芒。我們完全可以理解“Bright sounds”(嘹亮的聲音) 和“warm orange”(暖洋洋的橙色)所表達的意思。人們解讀通感修辭方面驚人的一致性取決於感知上的對等,同時這種感知相似性使得人們能夠進行交叉感知聯想。關於英文通感隱喻使用頻率和類型的統計揭示了該感知相似性體現在英語應用中的內在趨勢。 關鍵詞:通感;通感隱喻;感知相似性
Sociolinguistic Study on the Address Term “Meinü” in Present-day China

Abstract: Nowadays, “meinü” (‘beautiful ladies’) has become a popular address term to females in China. It is no longer a privilege term used to refer to beautiful young ladies, but a pan-honorific term for the females. Based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study examines the usage of address term “meinü” across four cities by analyzing their sociolinguistic functions in communication. The information about the addresser and the addressee, such as age and gender, as well as information about the relationship between the interlocutors, such as degree of intimacy, or level of solidarity are also studied. Temporal and Spatial Regulation of miR-320 in the Uterus during Embryo Implantation in the Rat

Abstract: The implantation process is complex, requiring reciprocal interactions between implantation-competent blastocysts and the receptive uterus. There were reports to show that some microRNAs (miRNAs) may play a key role during embryo implantation in mouse. However, the miR-320 expression profiles in the rat uterus during peri-implantation are unknown. In the present study, we found that the expression level of miR-320 was lower on day 5 of gestation (g.d. 5) in rats than g.d.3 and g.d.4 and restored gradually from g.d.6. MiR-320 was specifically localized in glandular and luminal epithelia and decidua. The expression of miR-320 was not significantly different in the pseudopregnant uterus and decreased in the uteri of rats subjected to activation of delayed implantation. Artificial decidualization and treatment with progesterone increased the miR-320 expression. Thus, miR-320 was differentially expressed in the rat uterus during implantation. The expression level was affected by active blastocysts and decidualization during the window of implantation. Steroid hormones, progesterone stimulated miR-320 expression.

Electrochemical Performance of the Amorphous Nickel Hydroxide Electrode Material Compounded with Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract: 采用快速冷冻化学共沉淀法制备非晶态Ni(OH)2粉体,将其作为电化学活性物质复合碳纳米管合成镍电极材料,研究了其电化学性能. 结果表明,加入碳纳米管有效减少了镍电极的电荷转移电阻,增大了电极反应过程的质子扩散系数. 复合0.5%(w)碳纳米管合成的非晶态氢氧化镍电极材料在1 C充放电制度下,放电终止电压为1.0 V时,其放电比容量高达336.5 mA×h/g,放电中值电压为1.251 V,充放电循环30次,放电比容量保持率为96.74%,表现出较好的高倍率充放电性能.
Improved naive Bayesian algorithm based on GATS optimization

Abstract: For the feature redundancy issues of traditional naive Bayesian classification, this paper introduced genetic tabu algorithm to optimize the set of feature, proposed an improved naive Bayesian model solving single-category vocabulary based on this optimization results. The experiments show that this method has better robustness and classification performance.
Mitochondrial Ubiquitin Ligase MARCH5 Promotes TLR7 Signaling by Attenuating TANK Action

Abstract: The signaling of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) is the host's first line of defense against microbial invasion. The mitochondrion is emerging as a critical platform for antiviral signal transduction. The regulatory role of mitochondria for TLR signaling remains to be explored. Here, we show that the mitochondrial outer-membrane protein MARCH5 positively regulates TLR7 signaling. Ectopic expression or knockdown of MARCH5 enhances or impairs NF-κB-mediated gene expression, respectively. MARCH5 interacts specifically with TANK, and this interaction is enhanced by R837 stimulation. MARCH5 catalyzes the K63-linked poly-ubiquitination of TANK on its Lysines 229, 233, 280, 302 and 306, thus impairing the ability of TANK to inhibit TRAF6. Mislocalization of MARCH5 abolishes its action on TANK, revealing the critical role of mitochondria in modulating innate immunity. Arguably, this represents the first study linking mitochondria to TLR signaling.

Abstract: 作者利用化学与生物活性相集成的筛选方法,从采自黄河三角洲地区——东营黄河口的梭鱼Chelon haematocheilus的内脏中分离鉴定了1株耐盐真菌土曲霉Aspergillus terreus OUCMDZ-1925,其发酵产物具有抗枯草芽孢杆菌活性。进一步采用色谱分离、波谱鉴定,从其固体发酵(大米培养基)中分离鉴定了5个化合物,即右旋丁内酯I(1)、丁内酯IV(2)、丁内酯II(3)、丁内酯III(4)和3,5,6-三甲基-2,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(5)。并发现化合物1–3和5对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 51650)有强的抑菌活性(最小抑菌浓度均为0.31μg/mL,阳性对照环丙沙星的最小抑菌浓度为0.16μg/mL),化合物1和2对产气杆菌(ATCC 13408)以及化合物1和3对枯草芽孢杆菌(ATCC 93151)有中等的抑菌活性(最小抑菌浓度分别为6.25μg/mL和12.50μg/mL,阳性对照环丙沙星的最小抑菌浓度分别为1.25μg/mL和5.0μg/mL),化合物1–5对大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)以及化合物4对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 51650)有弱的抑制活性,且化合物1的产量高,达2.5g/kg,为其后续研究提供了新的药源。
Clinical observation on perfusion index for detection of noxious stimuli in pediatric patients under#br# general anesthesia

Abstract: 目的· 观察灌注指数(perfusion index,PI)、脑电双频指数(bispectral index,BIS)、心率(heart rate,HR)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)和呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术期间牵拉刺激下的变化,探讨PI 监测应激反应的 应用价值。方法· 选择ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级择期行腹股沟斜疝修复术的患儿30 例。应用芬太尼、丙泊酚诱导,插入喉罩后七氟醚维持麻 醉。记录诱导前(T0)、牵拉疝囊前(T1)、牵拉即刻(T2)、牵拉后1 min(T3)和牵拉后5 min(T4)共5 个时点的PI、BIS、HR、 SBP 和RR。结果· 与T0 时点相比,T1、T3 和T4 时点PI 增高(P=0.000,P=0.033,P=0.000),T1 至 T4 时点的BIS、HR、SBP 降 低(均P=0.000)。与T1 时点比较,T2 和T3 时点PI 下降(P=0.000,P=0.025),T2 时点HR 增快(P=0.033),T3 和T4 时点SBP 增高 (P=0.000,P=0.011), T2、T3 时点RR 增快(均P=0.000)。以PI 标准判断应激反应阳性的构成比(93.3%)高于HR(33.3%)、SBP (10.0%)和RR(43.3%)增幅为阳性的构成比(均P=0.000)。结论· PI 可迅速、灵敏地反映牵拉疝囊引起的伤害性刺激反应。
:Objective · To observe the changes of perfusion index (PI), bispectral index (BIS), heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and respiratory rate (RR) under pulling stimuli in children undergoing open inguinal hernia repairs with spontaneous ventilation, so as to evaluate the clinical value of PI in monitoring the stress response. Methods · Thirty children undergoing selective open inguinal hernia repairs with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II were recruited. Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl and propofol, and was maintained with sevoflurane after the insertion of laryngeal mask. The PI, BIS, HR, SBP and RR were observed at the following time points before induction of anesthesia (T0), before pulling hernia sac (T1), at the time point of pulling hernia sac (T2), 1 min after pulling hernia sac (T3) and 5 min after pulling hernia sac (T4). Results · Compared with the baseline level at T0, the PI value at T1, T3 and T4 increased significantly (P=0.000, P=0.033 and P=0.000, respectively). The BIS, HR and SBP values at T1-T4 were significantly lower than baseline levels at T0 (all P=0.000). The PI values at T2 and T3 reduced significantly compared with T1. The HR value at T2 was significantly higher than that of T1 (P=0.033). Compared with the SBP values at T1, the SBP values at T3 and T4 were significantly higher (P=0.000 and P=0.011, respectively). And the RR values at T2 and T3 were higher than that at T1 (both P=0.000). The proportion of children with positive stress response based on PI was significantly higher than that based on other variables (all P=0.000). Conclusion · Perfusion index can reflect the noxious stimuli of the pulling hernia sac effectively and immediately
