Abstract: Catalytic pyrolysis of Chinese Daqing atmospheric residue on a commercial fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst was investigated in a confined fluidized bed reactor. The results show that the commercial FCC catalyst has good capability of cracking atmospheric residue to light olefins. The analysis of gas samples shows that the content of total light olefins in cracked gas is above 80%. The analysis of liquid samples shows that the content of aromatics in liquid samples ranges from 60% to 80%, and it increases with the enhancement of reaction temperature. The yield of total light olefins shows a maximum with the increase of reaction temperature, the weight ratios of catalyst-to-oil and steam-to-oil, respectively. The optimal reaction temperature, the weight ratios of catalyst-to-oil and steam-to-oil are about 650℃, 15 and 0.75, respectively.

Abstract: 【目的】中华鳖虹彩病毒(STIV)是甲鱼重要的病毒性病原之一, 建立特异性好、灵敏度高的中华鳖虹彩病毒超分支滚环扩增体系(HRCA), 对STIV进行快速、准确地检测。【方法】根据中华鳖虹彩病毒(STIV)独有的基因序列和锁式探针公共连接序列分别设计特异性的锁式探针及其扩增引物, 对HRCA的系列反应条件进行优化, 验证该方法的特异性和灵敏度, 并用该方法对感染STIV显症和未显症的甲鱼组织进行检测。【结果】10 nmol/L探针经T4 DNA连接酶作用20 min环化, Bst DNA聚合酶大片段扩增20 min即可获得很好的检测效果。特异性试验表明, 在多种待检病毒样中, HRCA能特异地检测出STIV, 同时HRCA具有极高的灵敏度, 能检测出的最低模板量为101拷贝, 而常规PCR的检测下限为103拷贝, 对显症和尚未显症的感染早期甲鱼组织的检测结果均为阳性。【结论】建立的中华鳖虹彩病毒HRCA检测体系具有灵敏、快速、简便等特点, 能从组织样品中准确地检测出STIV, 可以用于该类疾病的早期诊断, 具有较好的推广前景。
Artificial fish-swarm algorithm based on Von Neuman neighborhood

Abstract: An improved artificial fish-swarm algorithm based on Von Neuman neighborhood is proposed. In the algorithm each artificial fish is assumed to exchange messages only with neighboring artificial fish. This assumption reduces the computation time in finding the center and the extremum location within the neighborhood, while effectively retains the variety of the fish-swarm and increases the running speed of the algorithm. In the behavior of preying, the artificial fish will move directly to the superior position, raising the speed of searching. In the behavior of random swimming, the artificial fish will search the object in a region of small radius, improving the accuracy of searching. By dynamically adjusting the visual field and the step of searching for artificial fish, a compromise can be made between the ability of global search and the ability of local search. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better optimization performance.

Abstract: 干旱半干旱矿区水资源保护性采煤既是一项重要的国家发展战略,也是重要的基础和应用科学研究内容之一.结合神东矿区具体地质采矿条件,从矿区水文地质结构分析、采动覆岩导水裂隙通道发育规律与隔水关键层稳定性、有隔水层区上覆含水层保水采煤方法、无隔水层区上覆含水层预疏放转移存贮等多个方面,系统地展开了对干旱半干旱矿区水资源保护性采煤的基础与应用研究工作.通过水文地质分析,将浅层含水区域分为4种水文地质结构类型,又把有隔水层区结构细分为5种隔水层结构,进而提出了5种保水采煤分区.通过现场实测、数值模拟和理论分析等,揭示了采动覆岩裂隙演化、渗流通道发育与渗流规律,并给出了隔水关键层稳定性判别条件.根据不同的地质采矿条件,提出了针对有隔水层区上覆含水层的控制隔水关键层结构稳定保水开采方法、控制采动导水裂隙闭合保水开采方法、局部支撑区域充填保水开采方法,提出了针对无隔水层区上覆含水层预疏放向采空区转移存贮水方法,并在实践中取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study pharmacokinetics of cortisone (E) and its metabolite cortisol (F) in rats after administration of glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) and cortisone. Healthy male SD rats were randomized to be given 20 mg/kg E or E combined with 10 mg/kg GA. Blood samples were collected at 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, and 240 min after administration. Carbon isotopic compositions of pore and matrix carbonates in carbonate nodules, and origin of carbonate formation

Abstract: Carbon isotopes of pedogenic carbonate are often used to study paleoenvironments, but the existence of detrital carbonate changes the carbon isotopic composition. To develop an experimental method to determine existence of detrital carbonate in carbonate nodules, and to avoid it during isotope analysis, 23 pedogenic carbonate nodules in Miocene loess from the Loess Plateau of China were studied through micromorphology and carbon isotope analysis. The difference in carbon isotopic composition between matrix carbonate (B) and pore carbonate (A) (δ13C(B-A)) ranges from 0.27‰ to 0.44‰ in nodules containing detrital carbonate and 0.16‰ to 0.13‰ in nodules where detrital carbonate is absent. The latter is within measurement error, but the former is beyond it. Here we propose an isotopic approach to determine if nodules contain detrital carbonate: if δ13C(B-A) is within the measurement error, the nodules do not contain detrital carbonate, and vice versa. We suggest that it is better to analyze pore carbonate instead of matrix carbonate when using carbon isotope of carbonate nodules to reconstruct paleoenvironments.

Abstract: The title compound, C30H52O5·2H2O, was degraded from pseudoginsenoside F11 which was extracted and seperated from Panax quinquefolium saponin. The three six-membered rings are in chair conformations. The five-membered ring is in an envelope conformation and the tetrahydrofuran ring has a conformation intermediate between half-chair and envelope. In the crystal, intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link molecules into a three-dimensional network. Intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds also occur.

Abstract: How to combine color and multiscale information is a fundamental question for computer vision, and quite a few color diffusion techniques have been presented. Most of these proposed techniques do not consider the direct interactions between color channel pairs. In this paper, a new method of color diffusion considering these effects is presented, which is based on quaternion diffusion (QD) equation. In addition to showing the solution to linear QD and its analysis, one form of nonlinear QD is discussed. Compared with other color diffusion techniques, considering the interactions between channel pairs, QD has the following advantages: 1) staircasing effect is avoided; 2) as diffusion tensor, the image derivative is regularized without requiring additional convolution; 3) less time is needed. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of linear and nonlinear QD applied to natural color images for denoising by both visual and quantitative evaluations.

Abstract: The MgB2 formation was analyzed physically and chemically and the MgB2/Fe wires were fabricated by powder in tube (PIT) technology. The microstructure of MgB2 in wires was studied by the scanning electrical microscope (SEM), which shows a good connection of grains and the size of MgB2 grain is 1–3 μm. The results ofJ c measured by the standard four probes method show thatJ c value reaches 6.1×104 A/cm2 at 20 K in self field.
