Research of Webpage Recommendation Model in Personal Service

Abstract: Based on previous work,this paper proposes a novel webpage recommendation model in personal service.This model intergrates information retrival,information filtering and data ming technology. We apply two kinds of feature vectors to represent user's interest and extend single user profile based on group interest. At last this system constitutes and maintains user model to implement personal webpage recommendation .The experience result indicates this model is effective.

Abstract: Coprinus comatus cultivated on cotton seed hull medium decomposed lignocellulose straggly and was high of absolute biological efficiency. Lignocellulose is the main carbon source for the fruiting stage of the fungus. There existed the positive correlation between the degradation rates of the cellulose and hemicellulose in the medium and the activities of extracellular CMCase (carboxymenthelcel lulase), FPase (filter paper cellulase) and HCase (hemicellu-lase), there also existed the positive correlation between the degradation rate of the lignin in the medium and the activity of extracellular laccase, but no correlation between the degradatio rate of the lignin in the medium and the activity of peroxidase. The activity of extracellular amylase was comparatively high at mycelial growth stage, and the protease activity peek was at teh time when the fruitbody matured.

Abstract: 本文报道利用花生成熟胚幼叶为外植体获得高频植株再生的方法,为花生转基因提供有效的受体系统。通过诱导培养基TDZ、BA、NAA的浓度以及种子萌发时间、继代培养基种类五个因素不同水平的正交试验,筛选出了分化高频发生的最佳组合为:MS培养基中应含有TDZ 1.0 μmol/L、BA 0.4 μmol/L、NAA 5.0 μmol/L,种子萌发4 d,继代培养基为MS0。本研究表明,五因素中诱导培养基TDZ浓度为诱导花生幼叶分化的主要影响因素,其次为继代培养基、种子萌发时间,而诱导培养基中BA和NAA的浓度作用较小。试管苗生根后移栽田间,可正常开花结果。
The effect of vitamin A palmitate eye gel on ocular surface recovery after LASIK

Abstract: AIM: To study the effect of vitamin A palmitate eye gel on ocular surface reconstruction after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK), and to evaluate the efficacy and safety. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients(240 eyes)performing LASIK were enrolled in this study. The right and left eyes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were treated with vitamin A palmitate eye gel for 1 month, four times a day after LASIK, and the same as control group in other treatments. The SchirmerⅠ test, break-up time(BUT)and corneal sensation were detect at preoperation and the postoperative 1st day, 1st month, 3rd month in two groups. RESULTS: There were significant difference in BUT and tear secretion quantity between the experimental group and the control group at the postoperative 1st month and 3rd month(P<0.05), which provided evidence that the postoperative BUT and tear secretion quantity of experimental group recover faster than that of the control group. Comparing with control group, the experimental group had no significant difference in corneal sensation at the postoperative 1st day,1st month and 3rd month(P>0.05), which revealed that vitamin A palmitate eye gel had no obvious effect on recovery of corneal sensation after LASIK. During the treatment, there was no adverse drug event occurred. CONCLUSION: Early use of vitamin A palmitate eye gel postoperatively is applicable for ocular surface reconstruction, but has no obvious effect on the regeneration of corneal sensation.
Inelastic electroproduction of $η_c$ at ep colliders

Abstract: Using the nonrelativistic QCD factorization formalism, we calculate the electroproduction cross sections of $\eta_c$ in ep collisions, including the contribution from both the transverse photon and the longitudinal photon. For this process the color-singlet contribution vanishes up to the next to leading order perturbative QCD calculations. The dominant contribution comes from the color-octet ${}^1S_0^{(8)}$ subprocess. The nonperturbative color-octet matrix element of ${}^1S_0^{(8)}$ of $\eta_c$ is related to that of ${}^3S_1^{(8)}$ of $J/\psi$ by heavy quark spin symmetry, and the latter can be determined from the direct production of $J/\psi$ at large transverse momentum at the Fermilab Tevatron. The measurement of this process at DESY HERA can be viewed as another independent test for the color-octet production mechanism
Photoproduction of $η_c$ in NRQCD

Abstract: We present a calculation for the photoproduction of $\eta_c$ under the framework of NRQCD factorization formalism. We find a quite unique feature that the color-singlet contribution to this process vanishes at not only the leading order but also the next to leading order perturbative QCD calculations and that the dominant contribution comes from the color-octet ${}^1S_0^{(8)}$ subprocess. The nonperturbative color-octet matrix element of ${}^1S_0^{(8)}$ of $\eta_c$ is related to that of ${}^3S_1^{(8)}$ of $J/\psi$ by the heavy quark spin symmetry, and the latter can be determined from the direct production of $J/\psi$ at large transverse momentum at the Fermilib Tevatron. Abstract: A collaborative direction estimation method based on single frequency sound is proposed for swarm-based robotic systems.A sense array of microphones based on interaurla intensity difference(IDD)is designed.According to the characteristics of sound intensity signals of the sense array,the relationship between sound intensity signals of sensors and sound source direction is deduced with fuzzy inference system(FIS).Experimental results show that this direction estimation method can meet the requirements of direction estimation of swarm-based robotic systems.
Anti-obesity effects of chikusetsusaponins isolated from Panax japonicus rhizomes

Abstract: We performed two in vivo experiments. In one, female ICR mice were fed a high-fat diet with or without 1 or 3% chikusetsusaponins isolated from P. japonicus rhizomes for 9 weeks. In the other, lipid emulsion with or without chikusetsusaponins was administered orally to male Wistar rats, and then the plasma triacylglycerol level was measured 0.5 to 5 h after the orally administered lipid emulsion. For in vitro experiments, the inhibitory effects of total chikusetsusaponins and various purified chikusetsusaponins on pancreatic lipase activity were determined by measuring the rate of release of oleic acid from triolein in an assay system using triolein emulsified with lecithin.Total chikusetsusaponins prevented the increases in body weight and parametrial adipose tissue weight induced by a high-fat diet. Furthermore, consumption of a high-fat diet containing 1 or 3% total chikusetsusaponins significantly increased the fecal content and triacylglycerol level at day 3 compared with the high-fat diet groups. Total chikusetsusaponins inhibited the elevation of the plasma triacylglycerol level 2 h after the oral administration of the lipid emulsion. Total chikusetsusaponins, chikusetsusaponin III, 28-deglucosyl-chikusetsusaponin IV and 28-deglucosyl-chikusetsusaponin V inhibited the pancreatic lipase activity.The anti-obesity effects of chikusetsusaponins isolated from P. japonicus rhizomes in mice fed a high-fat diet may be partly mediated through delaying the intestinal absorption of dietary fat by inhibiting pancreatic lipase activity. The present study clearly indicated that the saponin fractions of P. japonicus rhizomes had a significant anti-obesity action and supports the traditional usage as a substitute drug for ginseng roots.The rhizomes of Panax japonicus C.A.
