Abstract: 针对华北油田马二断块的油藏条件和流体特性选育出解烃细菌NX-2。在缺氧条件下对菌的代谢和改善原油性质等方面进行了评价。在油藏温度(87℃)条件下用人造均质岩芯进行的物理模拟驱油实验表明,微生物驱较水驱提高石油采收率7.1%。在马2-410油井进行的吞吐处理试验,共增产原油669t,少产水3,000余吨,表明NX-2菌适应地层条件,具有增采和改善原油性质的作用。
Performance of Demulsification by Rhodococcus sp. PR-1

Abstract: Rhodococcus sp. PR-1 with high capability of demulsification on a surfactant-stabilized kerosene-water model emulsion was isolated from sewage of Dagang oil field. It could demulsify the model emulsion completely in 8 hours at 55 degrees C and had better demulsifying capability than chemical demulsifier DGF-01. The freezing-thawing and autoclaving had no effect on the process of demulsification, yet ultrasonic disposal and deal with organic solvent could inhibit its activity. A linear relationship, not the first order reaction that was used in some references, was observed between the percentage of demulsification and reaction time. The demulsifying capability of PR-1 was mainly resulted from the hydrophobic surfaces of microbial cells, which were characterized by the mycolic acids with the carbon-chain-length from 27 to 54. These results provide foundation for biological application on demulsifying crude oil emulsions in produced water of oil field.
Association of NOD1 (CARD4) insertion/deletion polymorphism with susceptibility to IBD: A meta-analysis

Abstract: AIM: To find evidences about whether NOD1/CARD4 insertion/deletion polymorphism is associated with inflammatory bowel disease by meta-analysis.METHODS: We surveyed the studies on the association of NOD1/CARD4 insertion/deletion polymorphism with inflammatory bowel disease in PubMed. Meta-analysis was performed for genotypes GG/T vs T/T, GG/GG vs T/T, GG/T + GG/GG vs T/T, GG/GG vs T/T + GG/T, and GG allele vs T allele in a fixed/random effect model.RESULTS: We identified 8 studies (6439 cases and 4798 controls) in Caucasian populations using PubMed search. We found no association between NOD1/CARD4 insertion/deletion polymorphism and inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis. Stratification of cases by age showed that NOD1/CARD4 insertion/deletion polymorphism was associated with inflammatory bowel disease in younger age group at onset (< 40 years) (GG vs T: OR = 0.68, 95% CI: 0.50-0.93, P = 0.02; GG/T + GG/GG vs T/T: OR = 0.71, 95% CI: 0.59-0.85, P = 0.0003).CONCLUSION: This meta-analysis demonstrates an association between NOD1/CARD4 insertion/deletion polymorphism and inflammatory bowel disease in the younger age group at onset (< 40 years) in Caucasian populations.

Abstract: 从油田地层水中分离到一株嗜热并高效降解苯酚的BF80菌株,其最适生长和降解苯酚的温度为60℃65℃。利用API50CHB/E系统和16SrDNA序列分析对菌株BF80进行了分类鉴定,该菌株的形态和生理生化特性与Geobacillusthermoglucosidasius基本相同,其16SrDNA序列与GeobacillusthermoglucosidasiusBGSCW95A1(=ATCC43742)的相似性为99·22%。在接种量为1%的条件下,该菌在20h内能完全降解3mmol/L的苯酚;在pH值5·59·0范围内能保持对苯酚良好的降解能力,并在12mmol/L苯酚的无机盐培养基中也能生长和降解苯酚,表明该菌能耐受高浓度苯酚并可用于高温含酚废水的生物处理。

Abstract: 本文对一种新型生物聚合物Ss的流变学性质及成胶特性进行了研究。该聚合物的流变学性质与黄原胶类似, 具有高粘性、假塑性及耐盐性。0.6%以上的Ss溶液加热(≥75℃)并冷却至室温可形成凝胶, 加入金属离子可以改变其成胶所需的最低聚合物浓度及所成凝胶的性质。利用质构分析(TPA)方法, 研究了不同聚合物浓度和钙离子浓度下凝胶的质构性质。钙离子的加入能促进凝胶的形成, 凝胶的硬度、弹性、内聚性随聚合物浓度及钙离子浓度的增加而增大, 但大于最适钙离子浓度时, 硬度、弹性及内聚性均有所下降。

Abstract: 从油井产出水中分离得到一株兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌TP-1,该菌株可在55℃的油藏温度生长,并代谢产生粘性多糖和气体.经培养条件优化,发酵液多糖产量可达5.5 g/L,产气量为22 mL/L.低浓度的CaCl2、MgSO4和AlCl3对多糖的生成有促进作用.岩芯模拟试验表明,该菌的注入可使岩芯压力增加,提高石油采收率7.37%.TP-1是一株性能良好的油藏调剖菌.

Abstract: A mixed bacteria culture F6 isolated from oil field wastewater can degrade petroleum hydrocarbons efficiently. The bacteria were suitable to treat oil-polluted wastewater of oil field. Simulated result treating oil-polluted wastewater in laboratory showed that after "XingyiLian" wastewater of Liaohe Oil Field was treated by fluidized-bed bioreactor system with the vehicle of activated carbon , the amount of oil and CODcr of the flow out water were decreased from 45mg/L to 4. 1mg/L and 470mg/L to 42mg/L separately , according with first class standards of Chinese Wastewater Discharge Regulation.

Abstract: A low-temperature hydrocarbon-degrading strain T7-2, isolated from sea-mud of Bohai polluted area and identified as Rhodococcus erythropolis, was found to produce an extracellular, nondialyzable emulsifying agent (referred to as bioemulsifier) when grew with hexadecane as carbon source. The results showed that, this bioemulsifier which could remarkably emulsify hydrocarbons such as diesel oil, is consisted of three parts-carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, the proportion of which was 55.43:31.24:12.65. The monosaccharide compositions were identified as mannose and rhamnose; the lipid compositions included decanoic acid, lauric acid, hexadecanoic acid and stearic acid, and the protein constituents were composed of sixteen amino acids. Besides, according to the study of the physic-chemical properties of the bioemulsifier, it possesses the obvious advantages of character stability, high function efficiency and wide adaptation range, therefore this bioemulsifier is believed to have extensive application values for bioremediation of marine oil pollution, petroleum exploitation and etc.

Abstract: Pseudomonas 23-1 Can metabolize hydrocarbon to produce the surfactant which is glycolipid outside the cell. The glycolipid, whose content is 1.25g / L, is composed of rhamnose and tencarbon fatry acid. It's critical micella concentration is 200g/L. It has the good ability to emulsify the oil. The main reason of improving the product of oil, decreasing the viscosity and enhancing the flow of oil is the effect of surfastant-glycolipid.
