Abstract: Metarhizium anisopliae is an important entomopathogenic fungus which is common and widely distributed in soil throughout the world. Some reports suggested that its extracellular phosphatase might play a pivotal role in invading and killing the hosts. This study explored the effect of different phosphorus sources on biomass growth and extracellular phosphatase biosynthesis of M. anisopliae by using shaking flask methods. Those evaluated phosphorus sources are including inorganic phosphorus (KH2PO4), simple organic phosphorus (phytate sodium and C6H5Na2PO4·2H2O) and protein phosphorus (casein). The results indicated that, in terms of biomass growth, production of acidic phosphatase and extracellular protein, casein yielded the best result, followed by KH2PO4 and C6H5Na2PO4·2H2O, wherein phytate sodium came at last. For purification of the extracellular protein phosphatase of M. anisopliae, the optimal phosphorus source is C6H5Na2PO4·2H2O, where there was the highest specific activity of protein phosphatase.
System Error Analysis and Calibration Methods for Multi-Channel SAR

Abstract: For multi-channel SAR system, since the minimum antenna area constraint is eliminated, wide swath and high resolution SAR image can be achieved. However, compared to mono-channel SAR system, there exist many deleterious factors in multi-channel SAR system which significantly degrade the quality of SAR image. In this paper, all the deleterious factors in the system are analyzed and classified according to their impact on the SAR imaging processing, in addition an new array error estimation method is presented. The validity of the proposed method is verified by experimental results of measured Tri-channel SAR data.

Abstract: The title compound, C13H16O4, was isolated from culture extracts of the endophytic fungus Cephalosporium sp. The ester and ether substituents are twisted only slightly out of the benzene ring plane, making dihedral angles of 2.16 (2) and 3.63 (5)°, respectively. The non-H atoms of all three substituents are almost coplanar with the benzene ring, with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.0284 from the mean plane through all non-H atoms in the structure. A weak intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond contributes to this conformation. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into a one-dimensional chain by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Weak non-classical C—H...π contacts are also observed in the structure.

Abstract: The title compound, C10H8O4, was isolated from the fermentation culture of the endophytic fungus Cephalosporium sp. In the crystal structure, molecules are connected into a one-dimensional chain along [101] by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the hydroxyl and carbonyl functionalities. The chains are linked by non-classical C—H...O interactions, forming extended two-dimensional layers approximately parallel to (11overline{2}).

Abstract: The title compound, C9H9Cl2NO2, is a natural product isolated from the endophytic fungus No. B77 of the mangrove tree from the South China Sea coast. In the crystal structure, the molecules lie on twofold axes and form offset stacks through face-to-face π–π interactions. Adjacent molecules in each stack are related by a centre of inversion and have an interplanar separation of 3.53 (1) , with a centroid–centroid distance of 3.76 (1) . Between stacks, there are C—H...O interactions to the nitro groups and Cl...Cl contacts of 3.462 (1) .

Abstract: Multi-channel SAR system can avoid the minimum antenna area constraint, thus achieving wide swath and high resolution SAR image. There are more deleterious factors in multi-channel SAR system compared with single-channel SAR system, which may degrade the quality of SAR image greatly. Abstract: A liquid nitrogen cooled dual-wavelength Tm,Ho:GdVO4 microchip laser is reported. The output dual wavelengths are at 2038.9nm and 2050.1nm. At each wavelength, the laser has a single longitudinal mode. The threshold power is nearly 20mW and the slope efficiency is 18.7%. The single longitudinal mode output power reaches 98mW, and the ratio of power is about 60% (2038.9nm) and 40% 2050.1nm.

Abstract: A homogeneous and compact super-aligned carbon nanotube (SACNT)-reinforced nickel-matrix composite was successfully prepared by electrodeposition. The mechanical properties of the laminar SACNT/Ni composites were substantially improved compared with those of pure nickel. With increasing content of SACNTs, the tensile strength of the composite increased and the elongation decreased because of the high-strength SACNTs bearing part of an applied load and the fine-grained strengthening mechanism. The nanohardness of the SACNT/Ni composites was improved from 3.92 GPa (pure nickel) to 4.62 GPa (Ni?4vol%SACNTs). The uniform distribution of SACNTs in the composites and strong interfacial bonding between the SACNTs and the nickel matrix resulted in an improvement of the mechanical properties of the SACNT/Ni composites. The introduced SACNTs refined the nickel grains, increased the amount of crystal twins, and changed the preferred orientation of grain growth.

Abstract:
Bike sharing is a booming industry in China during the past two years. Mobike, one of those bikes sharing companies, has distinguished itself from the competitors by its operations management. This essay focuses on the evaluation of how Mobike Company manages their bikes and how does the company control their quality. The bike sharing company needs to fulfill the demand during rush hour so it is an inevitable issue about capacity, inventory and control to a bike sharing company. At last, the essay gives recommendations related to the evaluations for improvement.

Abstract: Business network positioning is of great importance to a firm. An enterprise should improve its power by managing the relationship with its upstream suppliers and downstream customers within its business network. Toyota is one of the successful automakers in the early 21st century because of its unique positioning and supply chain management. This essay uses five forces analysis to study the power of Toyota in the business network and also looks at the problems that Toyota’s position itself has encountered in its implementation during the crisis of the firm. By studying the experiences of its success and lessons of its downturn, other firms can improve its management and avoid bearing the similar difficulty.
