Business Network Positioning Analysis of Toyota  [PDF]
Zhen Li
American Journal of Industrial and Business Management (AJIBM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ajibm.2018.87113
Abstract: Business network positioning is of great importance to a firm. An enterprise should improve its power by managing the relationship with its upstream suppliers and downstream customers within its business network. Toyota is one of the successful automakers in the early 21st century because of its unique positioning and supply chain management. This essay uses five forces analysis to study the power of Toyota in the business network and also looks at the problems that Toyota’s position itself has encountered in its implementation during the crisis of the firm. By studying the experiences of its success and lessons of its downturn, other firms can improve its management and avoid bearing the similar difficulty.

7-Amino-1,8-naphthyridin-2(1H)-one monohydrate
Zhen Li
Acta Crystallographica Section E , 2011, DOI: 10.1107/s1600536811033599
Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, C8H7N3O·H2O, adjacent organic molecules are linked together into a tape along the a axis through N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. On the other hand, water molecules are linked together to form a chain along the b axis through O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The water chains and the organic molecular tapes are further connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network. In addition, a π–π stacking interaction between the 1,8-naphthyridine ring systems with an interplanar separation of 3.246 (1) and a centroid–centroid distance of 3.825 (2) is observed.
THE MARKETING STRATEGY OF THE RURAL MARKET IN THE INFORMATION AGE
Zhen LI
Management Science and Engineering , 2007,
Abstract: With the approach of the information age and the fast development of the communication enterprises in the countryside, the rural consumer market also developes in the direction of "informatization". However, these enterprises have to deal with the… market. intense competition and the saturated situation of the city market, Therefore one of the important goal of these enterprises is to utilize the rural market’s information platform effectively and tap fully the potential of the rural market. After analyzing the main characteristics and the consumer potential of the current rural market, the article proposes some useful marketing strategies for the development of the rural market in information age, which have the practical significance for the enterprise development in the rural market. Key words: Information age, Rural consumer market, Marketing strategy
Learners' reflexivity and the development of an e-learning community among students in China
Zhen Li
Research in Learning Technology , 2011, DOI: 10.3402/rlt.v19i1.17103
Abstract: The experiences of Chinese learners on two e-learning programmes in China wereinvestigated, focusing particularly on the formation of learning communities. Datawere collected using a range of instruments to access the learners' perspectives indepth and detail. Archer's account of reflexivity as the mediating power betweenstructure and agency is applied to understanding how learners succeeded in oneprogramme in forming a learning community, through their negotiated responsesto the existing structural and cultural conditions, whereas little evidence was foundof the emergence of learning community in the other case. Further understandingemerges from reappraisal of Confucian philosophy of learning and socialrelationships, how these influenced the participants' prior learning experiencesand how they play a part in their responses to the e-learning experience.
Quantitative Easing and Its Global Impacts  [PDF]
Tenpao Lee, Zhihong Li, Zhen Pei
Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jss.2015.33004
Abstract:

As one of the tools to stimulate the economic growth, quantitative easing (QE) has been used by some countries like Japan, the United States, etc. Whether it does good or bad to the economy is to be further discussed. The paper first provided an overview of QE that was initiated in the United States, then compared the theoretic anticipation and the practical operational outcomes of QE. Finally, the paper drew conclusions about the impacts of QE to the global economy.

Analysis of the Strategy of Chinese Enterprises to Open up Vietnam Market—A Case Study of a Hong Kong Invested Enterprise Entering the Vietnamese Market  [PDF]
Zhen Li, Nguyen Thi Thu Ha
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2017.54058
Abstract:
Under the background of economic globalization, the concept of “global village” is constantly strengthened, and the links between countries are becoming more and more closely. More and more Chinese enterprises have stepped into the world. After the 2008 financial crisis, there were signs of recession and weakness in the European and American markets, and many Chinese enterprises began to turn their attention to the Southeast Asian market, which had not yet been saturated, and hope to win the competition through geographical advantages and price advantages. China and Vietnam are neighbors, are similar in political systems and cultural, but Chinese enterprises are often failed to develop Vietnam market. How to accurately grasp the characteristics of the Vietnamese market, and how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise market development, based on this, this passage is written for Chinese enterprises to explore similar features of the market to provide reference experience. This article is written through a Hong Kong LED lighting enterprises to develop the Vietnamese market successful experience, and put forward new strategies and new ideas for Chinese enterprises to open up the Vietnamese market.
miR-125b, miR-200c Are Correlated with the Severity of Interstitial Lung Disease in Dermatomyositis/Polymyositis  [PDF]
Zhen Jiang, Jinhui Tao, Xiangpei Li
Open Journal of Rheumatology and Autoimmune Diseases (OJRA) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ojra.2018.81001
Abstract:

Objective: To explore the correlations between miR-125b, miR-200c, and the severity of interstitial lung disease associated with dermatomyositis/polymyositis (DM/PM-ILD). Methods: 30 consecutive patients with DM/PM and 23 healthy controls were recruited into current study. Anti-JO-1, anti-SSA, muscle enzymes, the data of chest HRCT and pulmonary function test were collected. 9 consecutive DM/PM-ILD patients underwent bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL). TGF-β1 and surfactant protein D (SP-D) in BAL fluid (BALF) and plasma were detected by ELISA. miR-125b and miR-200c in PBMCs and bronchoalveolar cells were detected by QRT-PCR. All patients were classified into three groups: Mild or non-ILD group, moderate ILD group, and severe ILD group. The correlations between miRNAs and the severity of ILD, the lung damage markers, auto-antibodies, were analyzed. Results: The levels of miR-125b and miR-200c in bronchoalveolar cells were higher than in PBMCs, and the levels of TGF-β1 and SP-D were higher in BALF than in plasma in DM/PM-ILD patients. There were positive correlations between miR-125b, miR-200c in bronchoalveolar cells and SP-D in BALF. The levels of miR-125b and miR-200c in severe ILD group were higher than in mild or non-ILD and moderate ILD groups. There were negative correlations between miR-125b, miR-200c, and FEV1, and between miR-200c and DLCO. The patients with anti-JO-1 antibody had higher levels of miR-125b and miR-200c, and had more severe condition of ILD. Conclusion: miR-125b and miR-200c were positively correlated with the lung damage and severity of ILD in

The Analysis of Bilateral Power Supply for AC Electrified Railway  [PDF]
Zhengqing Han, Zhen Fang, Changqing Li, Dong Li
Energy and Power Engineering (EPE) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/epe.2013.54B093
Abstract:

In China, the unilateral power supply has been used in AC electrified railway, which depends on the management mode of power system. For better economic and technical indexes, all-parallel AT traction system is widely used in passenger dedicated line. In this paper, the equivalent circuit model of unilateral power supply and bilateral power supply is investigated, and based on this model, the difference between unilateral power supply impedance and bilateral power supply impedance is discussed.
