Abstract: 针对LEACH-V协议在Voronoi图的一个单元内若所有的节点剩余能量低于平均能量时, 这个单元内节点不能选举簇首, 信息传输不出去的情况, 以及无线传感器网络的差异性等因素, 提出了一种差异化的LEACH路由算法LDCR, 通过传感器节点选择簇首时考虑剩余能量和位置因素以及对通信半径大小的控制, 区分热点、非热点执行不同的路由算法来实现改进方案。仿真实验结果表明, 区分热点、非热点区域可使网络能量消耗较平衡; LDCR能有效减少能量损耗, 延长网络生存期; 密度越大, LDCR簇首数越趋理想化; 节点死亡轮数高于LEACH-V协议, 可见LDCR延长了网络的存活时间。
Synthesis, Singlet Oxygen Photogeneration and DNA Photocleavage of Porphyrins with Nitrogen Heterocycle Tails

Abstract: Eight novel compounds were prepared by reaction of 5-(bromo- propoxyphenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin with oxazole thiols, 1,3,4-oxadiazole thiols and 1,3,4-thiadiazole thiols, and their structures confirmed by UV-vis, IR, 1H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The assessment of indirectly measured 1O2 production rates against 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl porphyrin (H2TPP) were described and the relative singlet oxygen production yields were:porphyrin 5 > porphyrins 1, 3, 4, 6-8, H2TPP > porphyrin 2. Porphyrin 4 and porphyrin 7 showed substantial photocleavage activities toward DNA, with over 75% cleavage observed at 40 μM. It suggested that these those porphyrins with nitrogen heterocycle tails are potential photosensitive agents.

Abstract: Extracting schema information is the necessary step in the Deep Web data research, to address the loss problem of Deep Web result schema information, this paper proposed a novel approach Deep Web result pattern extracting based on heuristic information. Through analyzing Deep Web result page data and adding correct attribute names to result pages data by heuristic information, it obtained the corresponding of Deep Web result pattern. Moreover, it solved the structure conflict by standardized treatment. Experimental results show that the method can effectively extract result pattern.
THE KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF MICHELIA (MAGNOLIACEAE) IN CHINA

Abstract: Karyotypes of 12 species of Michelia in the Magnoliaceae were studied. Their karyotype formulas are: M. macclurei var. sublanea 2n=34m(2SAT) 4sm; M. alba 2n=34m 4sm; M. floribunda 2n=30m 8sm; M. champaca 2n=32m 6sm; M. shiluensis 2n=32m 6sm; M. platypetala 2n=32m 6sm(2SAT); M. figo 2n=32m 6sm; M. maudiae 2n=32m 6sm; M. longistamina 2n=32m 6sm; M. foveolata 2n=34m 4sm;M. skineriana 2n=30m 8sm;M. wilsonii 2n=30m 8sm(2SAT). All the species are of the symmetrical karyotype. The karyotypes all belong to 2A type except that of M. floribunda which is of 1A type. Due to the karyotype similarity among species, the karyotype data in Michelia may be hardly useful for infrageneric taxonomy.
Numerical Simulation of Vapor Bubble Growth and Heat Transfer in a Thin Liquid Film

Abstract: A mathematical model is developed to investigate the dynamics of vapor bubble growth in a thin liquid film, movement of the interface between two fluids and the surface heat transfer characteristics. The model takes into account the effects of phase change between the vapor and liquid, gravity, surface tension and viscosity. The details of the multiphase flow and heat transfer are discussed for two cases: (1) when a water micro-droplet impacts a thin liquid film with a vapor bubble growing and (2) when the vapor bubble grows and merges with the vapor layer above the liquid film without the droplet impacting. The development trend of the interface between the vapor and liquid is coincident qualitatively with the available literature, mostly at the first stage. We also provide an important method to better understand the mechanism of nucleate spray cooling.

氮磷水平和播期对春小麦籽粒灌浆期降落数值动态变化的影响

Abstract: 利用不同品质类型春小麦(Triticum aestivum)品种在大田条件下研究了灌浆期籽粒降落数值动态变化规律以及氮磷肥与播期的影响效应。结果表明,开花15d至成熟期间,籽粒降落数值呈先升后降的单峰曲线变化,并推知廿淀粉酶活性(液化值)呈先降后升的单谷曲线变化。在富钾情况下,氮素增施,高蛋白强筋品种降落数值增加,动态曲线峰值上升且出现时间推迟,而高蛋白中筋和低蛋白弱筋品种降落数值则降低,峰值下降且出现时间提前。磷素增施,各基因型品种降落数值均降低;动态曲线峰值、谷值及出现时间因基因型呈不同变化。氮磷(钾)素平衡配施是形成较高降落数值(较低廿淀粉酶活性)的关键。在无水分胁迫情况下,光温互作是影响各基因型籽粒降落数值动态形成的首要条件,其次为降水;且在光温因子互作中,光合有效辐射为最敏感因子。较高的光温条件互作是形成各品种较高降落数值的基础,在此基础上增加光合有效辐射则使高蛋白强筋品种降落数值增加;而以此为基础,在一定水平光照条件限度内,增加光合有效辐射则使高蛋白中筋和低蛋白弱筋品种降落数值增加,超过限度则使其降低。气象条件的影响作用及基因型差异可通过曲线动态变化反映出来。不同基因型降落数值在不同环境条件(氮磷肥水平和气象条件)下变异不同。

Effects of gene F10 over-expression on the tumorigenicity of A549 cells

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of gene F10 over-expression on the tumorigenicity of A549 cells in nude mice. Methods Eighteen SPF nude mice (4-5weeks of age) were randomly equally divided into the three groups: A549-WT (vaccination with wild-type strain A549), Mock-A549 (vaccination with controlled cells Mock-A549 transfected by blank vectors) and F10+A549 (vaccination with F10+A549 cells which overexpressed F10 gene) according to their vaccination and then revaccinated into the subcutaneous tissue of the back with cell suspension (0.1ml with 5×106 cells in each mouse). After vaccination, the mice were observed and weighed once every 3-4 days, then the tumor formation time was recorded, the tumor growth curve drawn and tumor formation rate calculated. The mice were sacrificed and the subcutaneous tumor tissues were paraffin embedded and sectioned, and stained with HE for histopathological examinati on 5 weeks after the vaccination. Meanwhile, the expressions of Caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2 in the tumor tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The tumor formation time was significantly different (F=13.523, P=0.000) between the groups of A549-WT (12.0±1.4d), Mock-A549 (11.7±1.0d) and F10+A549 (8.5±1.4d), and it was longer in the groups A549-WT and Mock-A549 than that in F10+A549 group (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between A549-WT and Mock-A549 groups (P=0.660). General observation of subcutaneous tumor tissues revealed that the tumor volume was increased more significantly in the F10+A549 group compared with that of the groups A549-WT and Mock-A549. The growth rate of subcutaneous tumor in the F10+A549 group was increased more significantly compared with groups A549-WT and Mock-A549 (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between A549-WT and Mock-A549 (P > 0.05). Pathological examination revealed that the tumor tissues in the groups A549-WT and Mock-A549 harbored more necrotic cells, with structure of homogeneously red stained and amorphous material. In F10+A549 group, the number of necrotic cell was less, and cell proliferation was obvious in the edge of tumor tissues, in which, microvessels were found. In groups A549-WT and Mock-A549, the expression of Bcl-2 was rarely observed, while it was obvious in F10+A549 group, with positive cells diffusely distributed. Abstract: 采用扩渗法在镁合金表面共渗Al-Zn,研究了扩渗时间和温度对表面合金层显微组织的影响.结果表明:当温度为390%时,随着扩渗时间的增加,生成的表面合金层由不连续金属间化合物层(Al6Mg10Zn、Al5Mg11Zn4)+过渡层变为连续金属间化合物层+过渡层;此过程应是物理置换扩散机制和反应扩散机制同时存在,生成的金属间化合物相主要为Al6Mg10Zn和Al5Mg11Zn4两种类型金属间化合物,其中Al5Mg11Zn4是较为稳定的相;当温度提高到410℃时,晶界扩散活性提高,晶界扩散通道增强,仅为2小时已出现了严重的沿晶界扩渗,造成合金层中金属间化合物沿晶界呈网状不均匀分布.
CMZ Reversed Chronic Ethanol-Induced Disturbance of PPAR-α Possibly by Suppressing Oxidative Stress and PGC-1α Acetylation, and Activating the MAPK and GSK3β Pathway

Abstract: Background Cytochrome P4502E1 (CYP2E1) has been suggested to play critical roles in the pathogenesis of alcoholic fatty liver (AFL), but the underlying mechanisms remains unclear. The current study was designed to evaluate whether CYP2E1 suppression by chlormethiazole (CMZ) could suppress AFL in mice, and to explore the underlying mechanisms. Methods Mice were treated with or without CMZ (50 mg/kg bw, i.p.) and subjected to liquid diet with or without ethanol (5%, w/v) for 4 weeks. Biochemical parameters were measured using commercial kits. The protein and mRNA levels were detected by western blot and qPCR, respectively. Histopathology and immunohistochemical assay were performed with routine methods. Results CYP2E1 inhibition by CMZ completely blocked AFL in mice, shown as the decline of the hepatic and serum triglyceride levels, and the fewer fat droplets in the liver sections. Chronic ethanol exposure led to significant decrease of the mRNA and protein levels of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPAR-α), which was blocked by CMZ co-treatment. CMZ co-treatment suppressed ethanol-induced oxidative stress, overproduction of tumor necrosis α (TNF-α), and decrease of protein levels of the PPAR-α co-activators including p300 and deacetylated PGC1-α. Furthermore, CMZ co-treatment led to the activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), and PI3K/Akt/GSK3β pathway. However, chronic ethanol-induced decline of acyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) and fatty acid synthase (FAS) protein levels was partially restored by CMZ, while the activation of autophagy appeared to be suppressed by CMZ. Conclusion These results suggested that CMZ suppressed chronic ethanol-induced oxidative stress, TNF-α overproduction, decline of p300 protein level and deacetylation of PGC1-α, and activated AMPK, MAPK, and PI3K/Akt/GSK3β pathway, which might contribute to the activation of PPAR-α and account for the protection of CMZ against AFL.
