Abstract: The judgment of sequence surface is an essential and important parts in research of sequence Stratigraphy.Geophysical logging curve reflect the sedimetal change,and the value of geophysical logging curve is a function of depth.The first rank derivative is a reflection of curve change and its rate,at certain range,if the sign of the first rank derivative has changed,the logging value of the correspondence depth point means maximum(minimum) in this range;the second rank derivative is the knaggy property reflection of curve,at certain range,if the sign of the second rank derivative has changed,the correspondence depth point represent the inflexion of geophysical logging curve,it's also a turning point of the reflection of knaggy change property of the curve,it is the interface of stratum.At the base of those characteristics,this article put forward a new principal and method to judge interface of stratum and sequence,and also gives the sequence stratigraphy analysis resolute of wall Da28 Tengge'er member,Baiyingchagan depression after doing research work in analysis of sedimentary cycle in different lever,stratum accumulation,specialty of cycle characteristic change to sediment thickness,and base-lever cycle in different lever.

Abstract: 通过对测井信号离散小波多尺度的分解和重构,探讨了小波分析在测井层序划分中的适用性,并利用小波变换,选择合适的尺度因子进行了测井信号旋回界面的识别和地层层序的划分.根据小波变换的方法,对二连盆地白音查干凹陷达30井腾格尔组自然伽马(GR)测井信号进行了小波多尺度的分解和重构,形成了不同尺度的近似信号和细节信号,然后进行了不同层次旋回界面的识别和地层层序的划分研究.实例表明,小波的多尺度变换对多级别测井旋回层序的划分比较适用,可提高测井旋回层序划分的精度.

Effect of double AlN buffer layer on the qualities of GaN films grown by radio-frequency molecular beam epitaxy

Abstract: This paper reports that the GaN thin films with Ga-polarity and high quality were grown by radio-frequency molecular beam epitaxy on sapphire (0001) substrate with a double AlN buffer layer. The buffer layer consists of a high-temperature (HT) AlN layer and a low-temperature (LT) AlN layer grown at 800\du\ and 600\du, respectively. It is demonstrated that the HT-AlN layer can result in the growth of GaN epilayer in Ga-polarity and the LT-AlN layer is helpful for the improvement of the epilayer quality. It is observed that the carrier mobility of the GaN epilayer increases from 458 to 858\,cm$^{2}$/V$\cdot $s at room temperature when the thickness of LT-AlN layer varies from 0 to 20\,nm. The full width at half maximum of x-ray rocking curves also demonstrates a substantial improvement in the quality of GaN epilayers by the utilization of LT-AlN layer.

Abstract: The spectral focusing characteristics of a grazing-incidence flat-field spectrometer with a spherical variable-line-spacing grating in the 5-40nm spectral range are presented. The spectrometer can be used for any object at a distance in the 50mm-infinity range from the grating apex with a diffracted spectrum sharply focused on an almost flat focal plane at a constant distance from the grating apex.

Abstract: The synergistic effects of ultra sound and zero-valent iron were studied by measuring the degradation of X-3B in zero-valent reduction, ultra sound degradation and synergistic systems. The effects of pH, ultra sound power and irradiation time on the synergistic system were explored. The results show that the X-3B is degraded difficultly by ultra sound and the total removal rate is less than 7.75% after 25min ultrasonic irradiation. When pH is 5.0, 7.0 and 9.0, the degradation rate of X-3B in synergistic system is about 1.68, 1.76 and 1.67 times, respectively, than the total removal rate of zero-valent iron reduction plus ultrasound degradatiorr After 25min ultrasonic irradiation in synergistic system, 99.42% of X-3B is removed at pH7.0. However, the degradation rate of X-3B in zero-valent iron reduction system is much higher than that of synergistic system at pH3,0. The degradation mechanism of X-3B in zero-valent iron reduction system is different from that of synergistic system. The X-3B is degraded into intermediate pollutants in the former, but is degraded completely in the latter. Accordingly, the X-3B can be degraded effectively in the synergistic system of zero-valent iron and ultra sound, when pH is 5.0-7.0 and the power of ultra sound is 400-600W.

Abstract: 为了快速从土壤中定向筛选抗生素产生菌, 本研究利用宏基因组技术进行了土壤中抗生素产生菌快速筛选方法的探索。对6 种不同土质的土壤利用液氮冷冻法提取土壤基因组DNA 并用PVPP柱层析法进行纯化, 每克湿土可得到32.25?61.25 μg DNA, 片段大小为23 kb左右, 说明宏基因组DNA样品完整, 16S rDNA的 PCR结果证明了该基因组DNA纯度可用于后期的分子操作。利用Herbimycin产生菌掺入法进行了抗生素产生菌筛选方法学的验证。结果证明, 每克湿土掺入103个Herbimycin产生菌时, 利用Herbimycin合成基因簇的特定引物即可从所提取的土壤基因组DNA中扩增出目标条带, 并且可以利用传统菌种分离方法从土壤中重新分离出来被掺入到土壤的Herbimycin产生菌。这些结果证明本研究建立的定向抗生素产生菌筛选方法, 具有快捷、灵敏的特点, 大大减少传统筛选方法的工作强度和时间, 为微生物新药的研发建立一种全新的研究方法。

Abstract: 利用含无电阻广义Ohm定律的可压缩磁流体力学(MHD)理论,研究了在具有剪切磁场的无碰撞电流片中低频电磁模不稳定性,假定等离子体压力各向同性,推导出了三维扰动传播波模的色散关系.色散关系的数值求解集中在电流片中间平面(z=0)和半厚度边缘(z=1)上,并分别考虑了二维传播和三维传播,以及不同的离子惯性长度情况.主要结果如下:1)对 于二维扰动传播(kz=0)的波,在z=0平面上,Alfven波增长率最大,不稳定的波 频率 和波数范围也更宽.离中间平面越远,增长率越小,波数区域越小.同时,随着离子惯性长度 的增大,Alfven波不稳定性的增长率变大.2)对于三维扰动传播(kz≠0)的波, 哨声是 不稳定的.在电流片中间平面上,哨声有明显的增长率;而在离子惯性区外边,哨声的增长 率还变大.3)在电流片中间(z=0)平面上,低频波主要是电流不稳定性激发的.在离中间 平面较远处,电流、密度和压力的梯度不稳定性变得更重要.
Roles of EDTA on Phytoremediation of Combined Contamination in Dredged Sewage River Sediment

Abstract: Pot experiments were conducted to study the roles of EDTA in phytoremediation of heavy metal-organic contaminated dredged sewage river sediment by Lolium multiflorum L. 3 mmol x kg(-1) EDTA was added to sediment through three manners (once, twice and three times, respectively). The results showed that: with adding EDTA to the sediment. (1) The accumulation amount of heavy metals to Lolium multiflorum L. increased, especially by added EDTA three times. Compared with the control, the accumulation of Pb, Zn, Cu, Ni, Cd in shoots increased 2.74, 1.99, 1.59, 1.55 and 7.78 times by added EDTA three times. The net increment was 32.33 mg x kg(-1), 1 393.56 mg x kg(-1), 64.42 mg x kg(-1), 36.57 mg x kg(-1) and 10.33 mg x kg(-1), respectively. Furthermore, the concentration of chlorophyll decreased by 42% with 3 times EDTA addition, while the concentration of chlorophyll has no significant change with once EDTA addition. (2) pH hasn't much change, while NH4OAc and DTPA extractable heavy metal amount from sediment increased significantly. (3) The bulk percentage of big particle sediment increased. By added EDTA three times to sediment, the average particle size of sediment increased, while specific surface area and crystal lattice intensity decreased, which were contributed to the desorption of heavy metal from sediment particle. (4) Compared with the control, the amount of microorganism in sediment was increased 1.33 times and 1.47 times with adding EDTA twice and three times. The urease activity decreased, while the catalase activity hasn't much change. (5) TOC content was increased.

Abstract: 利用静态箱/气相色谱法,观测了生长季(5~9月)三江平原小叶章沼泽化草甸H2S和COS的释放动态,结果表明,H2S、COS的排放通量具有季节和日变化规律,小叶章沼泽化草甸H2S的平均释放通量为0.34μg·(m2·h)-1,COS的平均释放通量为-0.29μg·(m2·h)-1;在生长季,小叶章沼泽化草甸表现为H2S的源,COS的汇.小叶章的生长过程对H2S、COS的排放影响显著,在小叶章生长旺盛期,H2S出现排放峰值,COS出现吸收高峰,H2S和COS的释放通量呈负相关.
