Base-on Cloud Computing A new type of distributed application server system design

Abstract: At this stage the application server systems, such as e-commerce platform , instant messaging system , enterprise information system and so on, will be led to lose connections , the data latency phenomena because of too much concurrent requests, application server architecture, system architecture, etc. In serious cases, the server is running blocked. The new type of application server system contains four parts: a client program, transfer servers, application servers and databases. Application server is the core of the system. Its performance determines the system’s performance. At the same time the application servers and transfer servers can be designed as the web service open to be used, and they can be achieved as distributed architecture by a number of hardware servers, which can effectively deal with high concurrent client application requests.
Simultaneous Quantification of Five Bioactive Components of Acanthopanax senticosus and Its Extract by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography with Electrospray Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: A simple and reliable ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry method (UPLC-TOF-MS) was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of the major bioactive constituents in Acanthopanax senticosus and its extract. The separation of five compounds was performed on a UPLCTM HSS T3 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) with gradient elution using a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% aqueous formic acid and acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid. All targeted compounds (syringin, chlorogenid acid, caffeic acid, eleutheroside E and isofraxidin) were baseline separated within 5.3 min in samples, which represented an approximate six-fold reduction in the analysis time in comparison to published HPLC method. Quantitation was carried out working in the V mode using the narrow widow extracted ion chromatograms (nwXICs) of each compound (extracted using a 20 mDa window). Furthermore, all calibration curves showed good linearity (r > 0.999) within the test ranges. The precision was evaluated by intra- and inter-day tests, which revealed relative standard deviation (RSD) values of less than 3.88%. The recoveries for the quantified compounds were between 96.3% and 103.7%, with RSD values below 2.89%. According to the literature, this study represents the first investigation of the simultaneous analysis of multiple components and the method can be applied to determine the amounts of the major compounds in Acanthopanax senticosus and its extract by UPLC-TOF-MS.
Nonsequential double ionization of the aligned hydrogen molecule in strong field

Abstract: This paper studies the nonsequential double ionization (NSDI) process of diatomic molecules aligned parallel and perpendicular to an intense linearly polarized laser field by using a three-dimensional semiclassical model. With this model, it achieves insight into the ion momentum distribution under the combined influence of a two-centre Coulomb potential and an intense laser field, and this result shows the significant influence of molecular alignment on the ratio between double and single ionization rate. Careful investigations show that the NSDI process for different alignment molecules has a close relation to the laser intensity and the different bounding electron distribution has a significant influence on the final ion momentum distribution.

Abstract: BAN logic could prove whether a cryptograghic protocol could reach expected target and found some defects or weaknesses in the protocol.A defect of BAN logic analysis on man-in-the-middle attacks was presented through proving a station to station key agreement protocol with BAN logic.In this case,non-formal methods would be needed in the analysis together.An improved station to station protocol against a man-in-the-middle attack was given.

Abstract: Having studied the advantages and disadvantages of some traditional searching methods in structured and unstructured P2P networks, an assisted interest-based searching method was proposed to enhance the search in unstructured P2P overlay networks by registering interests of nodes in structured P2P overlay networks. Experimental results show that this method achieves good performance in success rate and search latency.
Josephson Oscillation and Transition to Self-Trapping for Bose-Einstein-Condensates in a Triple-Well Trap

Abstract: We investigate the tunnelling dynamics of Bose-Einstein-Condensates(BECs) in a symmetric as well as in a tilted triple-well trap within the framework of mean-field treatment. The eigenenergies as the functions of the zero-point energy difference between the tilted wells show a striking entangled star structure when the atomic interaction is large. We then achieve insight into the oscillation solutions around the corresponding eigenstates and observe several new types of Josephson oscillations. With increasing the atomic interaction, the Josephson-type oscillation is blocked and the self-trapping solution emerges. The condensates are self-trapped either in one well or in two wells but no scaling-law is observed near transition points. In particular, we find that the transition from the Josephson-type oscillation to the self-trapping is accompanied with some irregular regime where tunnelling dynamics is dominated by chaos. The above analysis is facilitated with the help of the Poicar\'{e} section method that visualizes the motions of BECs in a reduced phase plane.

Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most effective and the most widely used microbial insecticides at present. The approaches to the strategy for high performance insecticide such as selective preference strain, constructive genetic engineering bacteria, mutagenesis screening and directed evolution are reviewed in this paper. Moreover, the advancement and the application prospects in high performance insecticide are discussed.
S-matrix study on alignment dependence of single ionization of molecular ions with different active orbitals

Abstract: The orientation-dependent single ionization rate of the diatomic molecular ion H$_2^+$ with different active orbitals in an intense field is studied by using S-matrix theory. Our results show that the orientation-dependent single ionization probability of H$_2^+$ is greatly dependent on the symmetry and the electron density distribution of its initial states, and it can be used to identify the excited state of the molecular ion in the dissociation process.
