Research and application of dynamic audit policy for secure spatial database

Abstract: A dynamic audit policy model based on secure spatial DBMS was proposed. The model could fully express audit policies based on time and space constraints, and monitor users' activities real-timely by using constraints mechanism. Furthermore, fine-grained audit policies could be expressed by introducing coherent properties expression. Then the algorithm was presented to trigger the rules. Finally, through embedding audit policy module, constraint policy module and log module, the dynamic audit policy model based on secure spatial DBMS Sec_Vista was realized.

Abstract: In order to enhance the speed of constructing triangulated irregular network, this paper proposed an efficient algorithm of constructing Delaunay triangulation. Firstly, split the set of discrete points into several subsets with a threshold value and built an index binary tree during that process. Secondly it built Delaunay triangulation on these subsets by Graham scanning technique. Finally, merged the blocks with the same parent node from bottom to top. The result of the experiments shows that the algorithm, compared with other ways, has a distinct superiority in the speed of constructing irregular network.

Abstract: 深入分析磁臂隐通道的产生及产生的原因,发现目前基于系统顶级描述和基于系统源代码搜索方法难以找出这类隐通道,提出一种基于操作语义的方法来研究磁臂隐通道,将磁臂调度过程中的进程看做一个抽象机,以Plotkin的结构化操作语义给出电梯调度算法的推导规则;根据推导规则得到进程抽象机所有状态以及进程抽象机状态的动态变化历史,这样就构成完整的信息传导操作语义模型.研究与分析两个高低安全级进程抽象机状态变迁及状态变迁序列,从而找到其中存在的磁臂隐通道.

Abstract: Because of scientific researching and data sharing, social networks data should be released. However, individual privacy will be breached if social networks data will be published directly. Therefore, privacy protection should be carried on while releasing social networks data. A privacy protection method based on k-anonymity was proposed. The method is suitable for the scene that the aggressor with background knowledge of neighborhood information wants to reidentify the target node in published social networks. According to the individual privacy protection rectuirement, the entities set different levels of privacy protection to share data and improve data utility as possible as. Designed and implemented the KNP algorithm to publish data anonymously and carry on experiment on dataset to validate the algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively resist the neighborhood attack.
干细胞因子在人慢性根尖周炎组织中表达的研究

Abstract: 摘要 目的:观察干细胞因子(stem cell factor, SCF)在人慢性根尖周炎病变组织中成纤维细胞(fibroblasts, FBs)、内皮细胞(endothelial cells, ECs)及巨噬细胞(macrophages, m )上的表达,探讨SCF阳性的FBs、ECs及m 在人慢性根尖周炎发病机制中的作用。方法:本实验共收集50例根尖周组织标本,其中根尖周肉芽肿组15例,根尖周囊肿组15例,正常对照组20例。组织标本经福尔马林液固定,石蜡包埋、制作连续切片。HE染色,光学显微镜下观察各组标本的组织学变化;经免疫荧光双染色(double immunofluorescence, DIF),在荧光显微镜下观察SCF在根尖周组织FBs、ECs及m 上表达的情况。结果:DIF结果显示,两组慢性根尖周炎组织中的CD334-SCF双阳性FBs、CD31-SCF双阳性ECs及CD14-SCF双阳性m 密度较正常对照组显著增多(P<0.01);根尖周囊肿组与根尖周肉芽肿组的CD334-SCF双阳性FBs及CD31-SCF双阳性ECs密度无显著性差异;根尖周肉芽肿组CD14-SCF双阳性m 密度明显高于根尖周囊肿组(P<0.01)。结论:结果提示CD334-SCF双阳性FBs、CD31-SCF双阳性ECs及CD14-SCF双阳性m 与慢性根尖周炎的发生、发展及致病机制有关

Abstract: 对象关系型数据库安全访问控制是数据库安全研究的焦点之一。本文以自主开发的空间数据库管理系统VISTA为例,从安全规则、安全属性、强制访问控制三个角度详细讨论了VISTA的MAC设计方法,定义了形式化的安全规则,给出了算法流程和相应的安全信息数据结构。该设计方案也适用于其他相似的对象关系型数据库系统。

Abstract: It could implement privacy protection based on the table storage and data publication, but the records were independent each other. It made entities relationships miss in the publication and influenced the effectiveness of the publication data. With bipartite graph publishing data, divided the vertexes into two categories. Grouped the vertexes with a label by clustering method. Another vertex set implemented maximum matching group according to it. By hiding mappings between individual and vertex, it ensured relationships between two classes of individual security release. The maximum match group based on the cluster not only realizes the privacy protection but also increases the published data effectiveness.

Abstract: The virulence test of five species of entomogenous fungi Beauveria brongniartii, Beauveria bassiana, Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, Metarhizium anisopliae and Nomuraea rileyi to Spodoptera litura larvae showed that B. brongniartii and N. rileyi had evident pathogenic effects on S. litura, with the LT50 value to S. litura 2nd instars being 2.95 and 4.10 days, and the corrected accumulative mortality of the instars being 100% and 95.2%, respectively. The virulence of B. brongniartii and N. rileyi to the 3rd instars was lower than that of 2nd instars. The LT50 value to 3rd instars was 19.67 and 19.63 days, and the corrected accumulative mortality was 56.6% and 52.2%, respectively. Other two fungal species P. fumosoroseus and B. bassiana also had virulence to S. litura larvae. The LT50 value for the 2nd instars was 4.89 and 6.34 days, and the corrected accumulative mortality reached 85.7% and 71.4%, respectively.

Abstract: 首先根据2000年环北京实际的精细下垫面布局资料(500m分辨率),按美国USGS陆面资料分类标准(25类)对其提供的全球30 s经纬分辨率(≈1 km)下垫面分类资料进行了更新设计.进而针对一个北京夏季暴雨过程,利用10:3.3km双向双重嵌套的MM5V3.6-Noah LSM陆气耦合模式进行24h数值对比试验,研究了北京精细下垫面信息引入对暴雨的影响.分析表明:新设计的陆面资料更真实地反映了环北京区域的下垫面结构,尤其针对北京城区面积迅增特征;同时还修正了原资料将亚洲中纬度区域落叶阔叶林下垫面类型归属为热带(或亚热带)稀疏大草原类型的问题.其在数值天气模式中的引入会对短期暴雨过程的发生发展产生重要影响.对此次暴雨主要降水中心的模拟,12h差值分布范围远达30km以上,中心值相对差异可达30%.研究发现在城市下垫面和大气相互间存在一个重要的相互影响机制,即由于城区面积的扩大会导致自然植被减少,进而会减少地表蒸发及相应局地大气水分供应、加深边界层高度并增强大气水汽混合,这不利于降水的发生发展.
