Abstract: Many current and emerging applications require support for on-line analysis of rapidly changing data streams. Limitations of traditional DI3MSs and data mining in supporting streaming applications have been recognized,prompting research to augment existing technologies and build new systems to manage streaming data and propose new algorithm for mining data stream A synopsis data structure based mixture probabilistic density data stream clustering approach was proposed,which rectuires only the newly arrived data,not the entire historical data,to be saved in memory. This approach incrementally updates the density estimate taking only the newly arrived data and the previously estimated density. I}his method uses three distance metric criteria for judging if merging new arriving component into a component of existing Gaussian mixture model or as a new model is added existing Uaussian mixture model. The experimental results have demonstrated that the algorithm is feasible and fulfill high quality clustering results.

Abstract: This paper proposed case retrieval and similarity assessment using ontology and presented a case adaptation model based on ontology, which made the CBR system could be developed in the semantic level for similarity assessment and case adaptation. The result met the needs of users better. Moreover, ontology allowed the knowledge engineer to use knowledge already acquired, reducing considerably the knowledge acquisition bottleneck. Finally,proposed a framework developing CBR applications based on ontology, which improved the efficiency of development from the perspective of software reuse.
Diversity and aboveground biomass of lianas in the tropical seasonal rain forests of Xishuangbanna, SW China

Abstract: lianas are important components of tropical forests and have significant impacts on the diversity, structure and dynamics of tropical forests. the present study documented the liana flora in a chinese tropical region. species richness, abundance, size-class distribution and spatial patterns of lianas were investigated in three 1-ha plots in tropical seasonal rain forests in xishuangbanna, sw china. all lianas with = 2 cm diameter at breast height (dbh) were measured, tagged and identified. a total of 458 liana stems belonging to 95 species (ranging from 38 to 50 species/ha), 59 genera and 32 families were recorded in the three plots. the most well-represented families were loganiaceae, annonceae, papilionaceae, apocynaceae and rhamnaceae. papilionaceae (14 species recorded) was the most important family in the study forests. the population density, basal area and importance value index (ivi) varied greatly across the three plots. strychnos cathayensis, byttneria grandifolia and bousigonia mekongensis were the dominant species in terms of ivi across the three plots. the mean aboveground biomass of lianas (3 396 kg/ha) accounted for 1.4% of the total community aboveground biomass. the abundance, diversity and biomass of lianas in xishuangbanna tropical seasonal rain forests are lower than those in tropical moist and wet forests, but higher than those in tropical dry forests. this study provides new data on lianas from a geographical region that has been little-studied. our findings emphasize that other factors beyond the amount and seasonality of precipitation should be included when considering the liana abundance patterns across scales. rev. biol. trop. 57 (1-2): 211-222. epub 2009 june 30.

Lattice strain and p-d repulsion affecting electronic structure of wurtzite Zn1-xCdxO alloys

Abstract: In the paper, density of states, band structure and electron density difference of Zn1-xCdxO are calculated by first principles, here x varies from 0 to 0.75 at intervals of 0.125, and the band gap obtained from band structure changes from 0.968~eV to 0.043~eV. The lattice strain and p-d repulsion theory are used to investigate variation of the band gap, the results obtained show that the variation is mainly due to the lattice tensile strain. The p-d repulsion in Zn1-xCdxO cannot be neglected. In addition, electron density difference can be used to verify the results.

Abstract: For the traffic congestion problem, firstly this paper proposed a simple model for traffic network based on randomly choosing the shortest path and further explore its dynamics behavior. Secondly, presented and discussed three different routing tactics in order to increase the value of the phrase transition. Finally, according to the simulation results, further proposed some reasonable suggestions to tackle some traffic problems. The simulation results show that there exists a phase transition from the free phrase to congested phrase on the regular network and the value of the phrase transition can be used to measure the capacity of network to deal with traffic flow.

Abstract: In the title complex, [Mn2(C15H13N2O3)3]ClO4·CH3OH, the two MnII ions are bridged by two phenolate O atoms from two ligands, forming an Mn2O2 quadrangle. Each MnII ion has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. One MnII ion is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from two ligands, and the other is coordinated by one N atom and five O atoms from three ligands. A dimer is formed by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The dimers, perchlorate anions and methanol solvent molecules are further connected into a chain along [overline{1}01] through N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds.
