Abstract: 报道了锈革菌属Hymenochaete 3个中国新记录种。圆孢锈革菌H. globispora和莱热锈革菌H. legeri采自广西自治区,榆锈革菌H. ulmicola采自吉林省。圆孢锈革菌的主要特点是孢子宽椭圆形或近球形,属于锈革菌组;莱热锈革菌子实体灰白色,刚毛具结晶,孢子圆柱形,属于裸刚毛组;榆锈革菌生长在活的榆树树皮上,属于锈革菌组。对这3个种进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图。

Abstract: 报道了锈革菌属Hymenochaete 3个中国新记录种。贝尔泰罗锈革菌H. berteroi和极薄锈革菌H. tenuis采自广东省,塔斯马尼亚锈革菌H. tasmanica采自安徽省。贝尔泰罗锈革菌的主要特点是菌丝近念珠状,具刚毛状菌丝,且孢子较小;极薄锈革菌属于裸刚毛组,子实体薄且孢子窄椭圆形或短圆柱形;塔斯马尼亚锈革菌菌肉分层且子实层中存在树状侧丝。文中对这3个种进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图。

Abstract: 报道了锈革菌属Hymenochaete 3个中国新记录种。双孢锈革菌Hymenochaete bispora采自吉林省,担子大多数有两个担子梗;柔软锈革菌Hymenochaete lenta采自内蒙古自治区,子实体覆瓦状叠生且担孢子呈尿囊形;暗赭色锈革菌Hymenochaete senatoumbrina采自西藏自治区,属于裸刚毛组中孢子较大的种类。文中对这3个种进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图。

Abstract: Apoptosis is an important type of programmed cell death, which is necessary for the development and growth of higher eukaryotes including bacteria, yeast and filamentous fungi. It has been found that the apoptotic mechanism in filamentous fungi is more complex compared to yeast as they contain several homologs of the mammalian apoptosis-regulated proteins which are not present in the yeast genome. Apoptosis plays important roles in the development, reproduction and aging of filamentous fungi. Today, as new model organisms for apoptotic research, the filamentous fungi have been widely studied. In this paper we reviewed the phenomena, detection methods, functions and induction mechanisms of apoptosis in filamentous fungi.

Abstract: 悬浮培养中烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)发状根的生长及烟碱合成受到基本培养基浓度、初始pH值、激素种类和浓度等因素的影响。一个5 cm长的根尖, 悬浮在40 mL、pH值为6.0、附加1.0 mg.L-1IAA的1/2 MS液体培养基中, 28 ℃、散光条件下培养30天, 烟碱产量可达0.241 mg.mL-1。

Abstract: Waste incineration is the main source of PAHs pollution of the atmosphere. In order to monitor the PAHs produced during the process of incineration, methods of quantitatively analysis for the PAHs of the atmosphere around the refuse incineration plant has been used on the basis of passive sampling technology. The result shows that the quantum of PAHs ranged 146.29-396.30 ng·d-1, among which gaseous phase ranged 128.03-377.05 ng·d-1, particulate phase ranged 10.698-19.251 ng·d-1. Low ring compounds like phenanthrene, fluoranthene, fluorene make up the most of PAHs of gaseous phase in the atmosphere, in which phenanthrene reaches up to 55.1%. Pine needles are picked as passive plant samples,and the result shows that the concentration of PAHs in pine needles ranged 651.88-1044.43 ng·g-1. The distribution characteristics of PAHs in the soil reveals that the concentration of PAHs in the soil ranged 35.04-998.89 ng·g-1. The PAHs distributions in passive sampling, pines and soil are extremely similar, which indicates that the passive samplings can reflect the real PAHs accumulation conditions in the environment. Besides, the results of passive sampling were compared with active sampling, and both accumulation abilities work almost the same.

Abstract: 对采自海南霸王岭自然保护区的木生多孔菌约400号标本进行了鉴定共获得110种。按字母顺序列出了这些多孔菌名录;其中浅黄林氏革孔菌Lindtneria flava为中国新记录种,提供了详细描述和显微结构绘图;同时,依据文献对世界林氏革孔菌属种类进行了总结,并提供了该属所有种类的检索表。

Abstract: Based on eigen-mode expansion method (EME) and perfectly matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary condition, the properties of the mode of planar photonic crystal Bragg cavity, which was composed of TiO2and SiO2 bi-layers,were investigated. The study of localization behavior in a randomly layered medium was extended from normal to oblique incidence,and both TE and TM modes were considered. The effects of disorder and incident angle on the mode and the localization length of the cavity are studied in detail. The localization length was found to be very small in gaps and much larger in edge regions.The transmission decreases in edges while increases in gaps as the disordering degree increases .The results show that when light incidents upon the system and if the disordering degree is small, the localization length of the edge is lager than the one in the gap, and their relationship with disordering degree is different. When the disordering degree increases, localization length is affected not only by disordering degree and photonic band gap, but also the material. Moreover, the localization length can be changed with period and incident angle, and its behaviors are very different for TE and TM modes.

Abstract: 在对广东车八岭自然保护区木生多孔菌调查过程中,共采集到约350号标本,经鉴定共有多孔菌103种,本文列出了这些多孔菌的名录,并提供了每种的寄主和采集号。其中小层孔菌属Fomitella是中国新记录属,灰孔小层孔菌Fomitella fumosipora和稻黄多年卧孔菌Perenniporia straminea为中国新记录种,我们对其进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图。
