Research of Global Asymptotic Stability for CNN Based on Quadratic Form

Abstract: Stability of cellular neural networks is significant because it has been used in a certain application areas as im}r ge processing, video communication, optimal control and so on. How to choose a reasonable template of the parameters is the key issue of stability researches. Lyapunov second method was used to analyze the global asymptotic stability of cellular neural networks, and a better I_yapunov function was constructed to receive a new sufficient condition for deter- mining the global asymptotic stability of the system. The condition improves previous results and further derives a suffi- cicnt condition when original point is equilibrium point. Numerical simulations show their effectiveness and feasibility.

Abstract: 以乙醇锂和乙醇钽为起始反应物, 用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了新型钽酸锂LiTa3O8铁电薄膜. 经XRD图谱对比, 该薄膜结构不同于LiTaO3晶体结构, 与正交相结构类似. SEM分析显示经过750℃结晶退火的LiTa3O8薄膜表面均匀平整无裂纹, 膜厚约为1μm. 实验结果表明, 在450kV/cm时, LiTa3O8薄膜剩余极化强度Pr为9.3μC/cm2, 矫顽场强Ec为126.8kV/cm; 在9.5kV/cm时, LiTa3O8薄膜漏电电流为8.85×10-9A/cm2, 比LiTaO3薄膜漏电小; 在1kHz时, LiTa3O8薄膜介电常数为58.4, 介电损耗为0.26. 溶胶-凝胶法制备的 LiTa3O8薄膜结晶温度比LiTaO3薄膜高50℃以上.
Effects of IGF-1 and oxLDL on expression of phosphatase PHLPP1 in vascular smooth muscular cells

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL) on expression of phosphatase PHLPP1 in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs).Methods Rabbit aortic VSMCs were cultured.VSMCs proliferation ability was determined by measuring cell number and mitochondrial dehydrogenase (MD) activity with MTT assay.Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of phosphatase PHLPP 1.Results IGF-1 (100μg/L) increased cell number and MD activity to 3.02 and 3.59 times of that in control group.oxLDL(50μg/ ml) elevated the above two parameters to 2.03 and 2.91 times respectively.Western blot showed that IGF-1 and oxLDL inhibited the expression of PHLPP 1 to 39.27% and 40.26% of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion IGF-1 and oxLDL may enhance the proliferation of VSMCs by decreasing the expression of phosphatase PHLPP1 .

Abstract: LiTaO3 thin films were prepared on the ITO substrate by sol-gel methods.The performance parameters such as orientation,surface morphology,grain size and the thickness of LiTaO3 thin film were studied by XRD,SEM and AFM.The influence of different solvents on the stability of LiTaO3 sols and the influence of different annealing condition on the preparation of LiTaO3 thin film were analyzed either.The relative dielectric coefficient and dielectric loss of the prepared LiTaO3 thin film were measured by using Al/LiTaO3/ITO structure electrode.The experimental results show that the quality of LiTaO3 thin film with every layer crystallized annealing is better than that with pyrolyzed and crystallized annealing alternately.The relative dielectric coefficient is about 53 and dielectric loss is about 0.4 when the measured frequency is 1kHz.The reason of increaing the dielectric loss of LiTaO3 thin film has been discussed.
The Properties of Bases of Quasi-Fuzzy Graph Matriods

Abstract: In the paper,we mainly study the some important properties of fuzzy bases of quasi-fuzzy graph matriod. With the help of methods of element fuzzy sets,induced matroid sequences,and bases-exchang,we found that if there is the same number of bases among indeced matroids, quasi-fuzzy graph matroids is closed regular matroids.we have also obtained the structure-theorm of bases of quasi-fuzzy graph matroids,there is a set *,that is,for arbitrary base of quasi-fuzzy graph matroids,we can use elementary fuzzy sets to describe it.and the one to one correspondence between bases of quasi-fuzzy graph matroids and bases of indeced matroids sequences; Bases on the paper [3] of References, we have gained the symmetrical exchange-theorem of bases of quasi-fuzzy graph matroid. If -Θ is fuzzy bases set of quasi-fuzzy graph matroids,-u1,u2∈Θ,then for arbitrary e∈supp u1,there is e′∈supp u2,so that u1\e‖u2e′∈Θ,u2\e′‖u1e∈Θ.This conclusion is better than the exchange-theorem of bases of quasi-fuzzy graph matroid in the Third Referrence.(* Indicates a formula, please see the full text)
Effect of Structure and Composition on the Specific Resistivity of Continuous Silicon Carbide Fibers

Abstract: Three kinds of continuous SiC fibers with different specific resistivity were prepared by the pyrolysis of cured polycarbosilane fiber, and the structure and composition of the three fibers were characterized. Results show that SiC fibers with different specific resistivity can be obtained by changing the curing and pyrolysis conditions. And the total free carbon content and the ability to crystallize will no longer affect the specific resistivity notably when the fiber is covered with an excess carbon layer, as a result the fiber will have a low electrical resistivity. The excess carbon layer in the circular outer part is originated form the re―pyrolysis and deposition of hydrocarbon volatiles. Removal of the carbon by oxidative treatment may affect the surface property and also promote the magnitude of specific resistivity. The influence of the surface property on the specific resistivity is considerable which should not be neglected.
Preparation and Properties of SiC Fiber with a Stable Excess Carbon Layer on the Surface

Abstract: A new SiC fiber was prepared by the pyrolysis of polycarbosilane (PCS) fiber cured with unsaturated hydrocarbons. The fiber with oxygen content of 4wt%-6wt%, has high tensile strength of 2.5-2.8GPa. The specific resistance of the fiber is only about 0.5| ¤cm, which is much lower than general SiC fiber obtained from traditional air curing process. Results show that the fiber has an excess carbon layer with a thickness of about 50nm in the circular outer part, and the layer changes little after thermal exposure in argon. Compared with the ceramic grade fiber Nicalon NL202, thermal resistance to degradation of the fiber ˉs mechanical property is improved by 200-300 The low specific resistance of the fiber also exhibits excellent thermal stability, which almost remains at 0.4-0.8| ¤cm after thermal exposure test from the room temperature to 1600 n argon.

Abstract: In this paper,the problem of delay-dependent sta- bility criteria for a class of constant time-delay neutral systems with time-varying structured uncertainties is investigated.New asymptotic stability criteria are derived in the form of linear ma- trix inequality.Two numerical examples are given to indicate that the results presented in this paper are effective and less conservative than some existing results.

Abstract: 采用不饱和烃不熔化处理后的聚碳硅烷(PCS)纤维经高温烧成可制得一种新型的SiC纤维,纤维的抗张强度达2.5~2.8GPa,氧含量4wt%~6wt%,电阻率仅为0.5Ω·cm左右,大大低于采用传统空气不熔化方法得到的SiC纤维.研究表明:该纤维表面存在厚度约50nm的富碳层,并且在Ar气中进行高温热处理后,表面富碳层结构无明显变化.与日本通用级SiC纤维Nicalon NL202 相比,纤维的耐热性提高200~300℃.纤维具有低电阻率稳定性,从室温到1600℃,其电阻率始终保持在0.4~0.8Ω·cm.
