Abstract: To reduce the impact on the flight safety from the translation and extraction of inner cargo in a flying aircraft, we develop a novel controller which combines feedback linearization with variable structure. The system is decoupled and linearized by using the nonlinear linearization theories of input-output feedback. On this basis, by applying the variablestructure theory, we design the inner loop for velocity control and pitch control for ensuring the system for robustness. Combining the inner loop control with the outer loop PID control for flight-altitude, we build the entire flight control system. Simulation results show that this method is feasible and useful.

Abstract: 碱金属掺杂富勒烯与传统的超导体情况不同,它有一个很宽区域的声子谱,其最高频率和最低频率分别与费密能EF和零温超导能隙△0为同一数量级,这必将导致对原来强耦合超导电性理论的修正。本文在此情况下求解Eliashberg方程,得到Tc和△0的表达式。结果表明,分子间的低频振动模和分子上的高频振动模同样参与电声耦合,Tc主要取决于声子谱中高频成份的贡献,而△0的增加主要取决于声子谱中

Abstract: Thermodynamics of poisoning on F-T synthesis catalyst with carbonyl sulfide were calculated according to some thermodynamic data and related software.Poisoning of Ru,Fe and Co can occur spontaneously under the conditions of F-T synthesis reaction because of the low negative value of ΔG thermodynamically.Ruthenium in Ru-based F-T synthesis catalyst can be poisoned by the COS on 10-9 level.There are many types of Fe and Co sulfide generated in the poisoning reactions.Their equilibrium constants are much different for different reactions,and their necessary concentrations of COS are also different.As the active phases of the Fe-based F-T synthesis catalyst are complex,it is feasible to develop some sulfur resistant catalysts.And for the Co catalyst,the characteristics of F-T synthesis reaction and the modification of catalysts may contribute to the development of sulfur tolerant catalyst possibly.

Exogenous carbon monoxide attenuates inflammatory responses in the small intestine of septic mice

Abstract: AIM: To determine whether the carbon monoxide (CO)-releasing molecules (CORM)-liberated CO suppress inflammatory responses in the small intestine of septic mice. METHODS: The C57BL/6 mice (male, n = 36; weight 20 ± 2 g) were assigned to four groups in three respective experiments. Sepsis in mice was induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) (24 h). Tricarbonyldichlororuthenium (II) dimer (CORM-2) (8 mg/kg, i.v.) was administrated immediately after induction of CLP. The levels of inflammatory cytokines [interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] in tissue homogenates were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the tissues were determined. The levels of nitric oxide (NO) in tissue homogenate were measured and the expression levels of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the small intestine were also assessed. NO and IL-8 levels in the supernatants were determined after the human adenocarcinoma cell line Caco-2 was stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (10 g/mL) for 4 h in vitro. RESULTS: At 24 h after CLP, histological analysis showed that the ileum and jejunum from CLP mice induced severe edema and sloughing of the villous tips, as well as infiltration of inflammatory cells into the mucosa. Semi-quantitative analysis of histological samples of ileum and jejunum showed that granulocyte infiltration in the septic mice was significantly increased compared to that in the sham group. Administration of CORM-2 significantly decreased granulocyte infiltration. At 24 h after CLP, the tissue MDA levels in the mid-ileum and mid-jejunum significantly increased compared to the sham animals (103.68 ± 23.88 nmol/mL vs 39.66 ± 8.23 nmol/mL, 89.66 ± 9.98 nmol/mL vs 32.32 ± 7.43 nmol/mL, P < 0.01). In vitro administration of CORM-2, tissue MDA levels were significantly decreased (50.65 ± 11.46 nmol/mL, 59.32 ± 6.62 nmol/mL, P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the tissue IL-1β and TNF-α levels in the mid-ileum significantly increased compared to the sham animals (6.66 ± 1.09 pg/mL vs 1.67 ± 0.45 pg/mL, 19.34 ± 3.99 pg/mL vs 3.98 ± 0.87 pg/mL, P < 0.01). In vitro administration of CORM-2, tissue IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly decreased (3.87 ± 1.08 pg/mL, 10.45 ± 2.48 pg/mL, P < 0.05). The levels of NO in mid-ileum and mid-jejunum tissue homogenate were also decreased (14.69 ± 2.45 nmol/mL vs 24.36 ± 2.97 nmol/mL, 18.47 ± 2.47 nmol/mL vs 27.33 ± 3.87 nmol/mL, P < 0.05). Abstract: Bi3.15(Eu0.7Nd0.15)Ti3O12 (BENT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(111) substrates via metal-organic decomposition (MOD) and annealed at 600 650 700 nd 750 The hardness and elastic modulus were measured by nanoindentation, and the residual stress was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The grain sizes of the BENT thin films increase with the annealing temperatures increasing. With the grain size increasing from 37 nm to 46 nm, the hardness decreases from 8.4 GPa to 3.1 GPa and the elastic modulus decreases from 171.5 GPa to 141.6 GPa. While the annealing temperature increases from 600 o 750 the residual stress decreases from –743 MPa to –530 MPa. The BENT thin film annealed at 600 hows the largest hardness and elastic modulus.

Abstract: JEP is a kind of itemset which support in one dataset is zero but in another dataset not zero. After studying the problems of JEPs in the classification procedure, we presents the concept of independent supports of itemsets. Compared with traditional supports, independent supports provide more detailed distribution information of the dataset and more powerful classifiers can be built on them. Then we propose the concept of average length based on independent supports of JEPs. Finally, we present a classification algorithm using the average length of JEPs as the classification feature. This algorithm can give a more precise classification to data on the border of the datasets.

Abstract: Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection is an ubiquitous herpesvirus disease in human populations. It is rarely pathogenic to healthy adults,yet it may cause severe outcome to organ transplant recipients,the immunocompromised individuals and pregnant women. Using DNA from HCMV AD169 strain as template,the UL32 gene encoding pp150 protein fragment and the UL57 gene encoding MDBP protein fragment were amplified by PCR technique. After the construction of cloning vector pMD18-T-UL32,pMD18-T-UL57,pMD18-T-UL32/UL57 and expression vector pET-11a-UL32/UL57,the recombinant fusion proteins pp150/MDBP were induced with IPTG in BL21 host strain. The results showed that the relative molecular weight of recombinant fusion proteins pp150/MDBP is about 27kD,the product of fusion proteins takes 17.45% in the total proteins in host bacteria,the analytical result was positive to the fusion proteins pp150/MDBP via Western blot technique,while the purified recombinant fusion proteins have strong antigenicity detected by ELISA and protein chip compared with whole virus antigens from HCMV. It was demonstrated that when used for the detection of serum from the clinical patients it has the same detection rate compared with the whole virus antigen. It needs further research for application.
One-Step Preparation and Characterization of Zinc Phosphate Nanocrystals with Modified Surface  [PDF]

Abstract: The surface-modified zinc phosphate (Zn3(PO4)2) nanocrystals were synthesized by a facile and efficient one-step ultrasonic-template-microwave (UTM) assisted route. The crystal structure, optical properties and morphologies of zinc phosphate nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope. And the TEM image showed that the product had good dispersion with a particle size of 30 – 35 nm. The anti-corrosion function of anti-corrosive paint using zinc phosphate nanocrystals was researched and the experiment result showed that the salt atmosphere–resistant time was 158 h longer than that of zinc phosphate bulk materials on market. The performance of zinc phosphate nanocrystals with modified surface synthesized by one-step UTM assisted route was improved 63.2% compared with the bulk materials.
