Abstract: 用X射线三轴晶散射和晶体截断杆扫描研究了不同工艺条件下分子束外延生长的ZnTe/GaSb结构.X射线晶体截断扫描显示,从衬底表面清洁温度到生长温度退火过程中采用Zn气氛的样品具有清晰的干涉条纹,而在Te气氛下退火则晶体截断扫描没有干涉条纹.在倒易点004,115附近X射线散射的二维强度分布图显示,两种条件下生长样品的晶格失配应力都没有弛豫.二维等强度分布图和沿[110]方向的扫描,都显示在Te气氛下生长的膜具有较强的漫散射,并且分布较宽.这种漫散射来源于界面相Ga2Te3<

Abstract: In this paper we present the estimates of upper bounds of the spectral radius for the iteration matrix M-1 N for some generalized diagonally dominant matrix M . Particular-ly, we show that our estimate of the spectral radius is better than those in the references.

Abstract: Sr(NO 3) 2 single crystals with different impurities doped were grown from aqueous solutions. The distribution of impurities in Sr(NO 3) 2 crystals were investigated by electron probe micoranalysis. Results show that the distribution of impurities illustrates a compositional zoning behaviour. The Ba 2 has a higher concentration in the {100} growth sectors than in the {111} sectors. On the contrary, Pb 2 has a higher concentration in {111} growth sectors than in {100} sectors. The crystalline perfection of the pure and Ba 2 or Pb 2 doped Sr(NO 3) 2 crystals was studied by high-resolution X-ray rocking curve technique. The high-resolution X-ray rocking curve of the ideal Sr(NO 3) 2 crystal was theoretically calculated based on the dynamical X-ray diffraction theory. High-resolution X-ray diffraction results show that the crystalline quality in the growth sectors of the pure Sr(NO 3) 2 crystal is fairly high, since its experimental rocking curve is very close to the theoretical calculation. However, in the areas of the sector boundary the full width at half maximum of the rocking curve gets broader due to the lattice stress in the boundary area. The doping of impurities will deteriorate the quality of the crystal and induce an inhomogeneity behaviour of the crystalline quality. As for the Ba 2 doped Sr(NO 3) 2 crystal, the crystalline quality in {111} growth sectors is higher than that in {100} sectors. On the contrary, the crystalline quality in {100} growth sectors is higher than that in {111} sectors for Pb 2 doped Sr(NO 3) 2 crystal. This coincides well with the composition distributions of the dopants.

Abstract: The influence of the deviation angle of the sample surface from the exact crystalline surface on the X-ray double crystal rocking curves an{d its full width at half maximum (FWHM) were investigated based on the X-ray dynamical diffraction theory. The results show that when the sample surface has a deviation from the exact crystalline surface, the profile of rocking curves and their FWHMs are dependent on the incident angle and the direction of X-ray beam. Moreover, with the decreasing of the incident angle, the FWHM of rocking curve increases, and the reflection peaks shift to the high angle region. This influence becomes more significant when the asymmetrical diffraction is used.

Abstract: The YBa2Cu3Oy thin film on LaAlO3 substrate was investigated by triple axis scattering. Stress, main defects in the film and the crystallographic relationship between the thin film and substrate were studied. Experimental results show that the thin film on substrate was slmost totally relaxed and very low strain and stress existed in the film. The film behaves as a "free" bulk layer on the subtrate. The larger mosaic width of the film indicates the film has poor crystallinity and includes a lot of lattice misorientation defects. Misorientations between the film and substrate were observed in both the perpendicular and parallel direction of the surface.

Abstract: Based on the introduction of the characteristics of biodiversity in northwestern China, we comprehensively viewed on the status of biodiversity, and analyzed the crisis that biodiversity in northwestern China is being facing. We put forward the ways and thoughts for biodiversity study in northwestern China as fallows: 1)inventorying all animal and plant as well as microbes species and building the geographical information system for monitoring and predicting; 2) biological conservation studies on important endangered animals and plants; 3) studies on ex situ conservation, artificial reproduction and enlarging population of rare and endangered species, and 4)studies on reinstating biodiversity; 5) studies on sustainable utilization of biodiversity.

Abstract: Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have excellent performance in optical, electrical and magnetic properties. The energy-band structure of the hybrid materials can be tuned at the molecular level. In this paper, thin films of hybrid perovskite (C6H13NH3)2(CH3NH3)n-1PbnI3n+1 (n=1, 2, 3, n is the number of two-dimensional inorganic-sheet) have been successfully prepared by a simple spin-coating method. The effects of the inorganic-sheet number (n) on the crystal structure, bandgap energy, exciton binding energy, photoluminescent emission and photocondunctive performance of the hybrid materials have been investigated systematically. With the increasing of inorganic-sheet number, the exciton absorption peak shows an obvious red shift, the bandgap becomes narrow, and the exciton binding energy decreases. Further, the exciton is separated into holes and electrons easily due to the expansion of the exciton Bohr radius and, moreover, the carrier mobilities are increased due to the increasing of inorganic-layer thickness. Consequently, the photocondunctivity of the films is greatly enhanced.

Abstract: 研究了落管中Pd77.5Au6Si16.5合金的过冷、生核及亚稳相的形成。在小于400μm的金属小球中发现Pd的固溶体相;在较大的金属小球中则观察到Pd3Si金属间化合物相。本文还在经典生核理论的基础上,计算了不同相的固液自由能差、成核功、生核速率及晶体生长速度随温度的变化关系,并由此得到时间-温度-转变曲线(t-T-t),计算与实验结果较为一致。

Abstract: The distribution, morphology and structure of carbon nanotubes and buckyonions produced from an arc discharge were investigated by means of scanning electron mi-croscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, The nanotubes and nanoonions were found to be located mainly near the porous region of the core in the deposited rods and the transition region between the growth ring-shaped graphite sheets. The tube bundles grew freely from carbon particles. Apart from the straight-line tubes, curved and bent tubes were also found. Studies on the structure of them showed that the carbon atomic sheets in the nanotubes displayed a stepped bending. Transverse sectional study predicted a helical structure of the carbon atomic sheets. In addition, the relationship between the number of pentagonal rings and cone angle at the tips of the tubes, as well as the mechanism of the formation of the steplike structure, were discussed.
