The effect of acid-alkali in the microenvironment on three major fungal pathogens in cucumber

Abstract: 以引起黄瓜灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea)、黑星病(Cladosporium cucumerium)、霜霉病(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)的3种真菌病害病原菌为代表,通过对病菌栖息微环境酸碱度的调节,达到控制病害的目的。研究看出,黄瓜的3种主要病害病原菌在p H=3.4~10 .4间孢子萌发和致病力表现基本一致:偏酸性环境(p H=4 .2~6 .2 )促进孢子萌发率和致病力增强而偏碱性环境(p H=7.5~10 .4 )则对其明显抑制;降低叶面微环境的酸度,大大减轻了病害的发生、扩展,特别是对黄瓜灰霉病菌的防治有明显效果

Abstract: This paper studied the effects and control efficiency of high temperature on the pathogenicity and occurrence of Pseudoperonospora cubensis. The results showed that the P. cubensis resistance of cucumber was most obvious after treated at 40 degrees C for 2 h or at 45 degrees C for 1 h, with the control efficiency being 58. 40% and 45. 81% at the forth day, and 39. 35% and 37. 65% at the sixth day after P. cubensis inoculation, respectively. Under high temperature, the activities of peroxidase (POD), phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) , chitinase (Cht), beta-1,3-glucanase (Glu) in cucumber leaf were significantly higher, and large amount of lignin was deposited on the cell wall of leaf tissue, indicating that after treated with high temperature, cucumber plant manifested an induced P. cubensis resistance.

Abstract: 应用两对引物,从对多菌灵具有耐药性的链格孢属3个真菌中扩增了与多菌灵耐药性相关的β-微管蛋白基因,基因长度分别为1,419bp(瓜链格孢),1,426bp(茄链格孢),1,419bp(链格孢),均包含3个内含子,编码398个氨基酸。3个链格孢属真菌与其他对多菌灵敏感的植物病原真菌β-微管蛋白氨基酸具有高度的同源性。但是,3个真菌167位氨基酸均为酪氨酸,而其他对多菌灵敏感的真菌167位均为苯丙氨酸,研究结果表明链格孢属真菌对多菌灵的耐药性可能与167位酪氨酸有关。

Abstract: 在我国文献中茄子绒菌斑病(叶霉病)病菌为黄褐孢Fulviafulva,与番茄叶霉病菌相同。但是我们发现两者在菌丝体形态、分生孢子大小和细胞数目方面有显著差异,参考国外相关报道,认为茄子绒菌斑病病菌应为灰毛茄菌绒孢Mycovellosiellanattrassii而非黄褐孢。

Abstract: Dynamic spectrum (DS) method was used to measure non-invasively human erythrocyte content for the first time.In vivo measurements were carried out to 28 healthy volunteers,and parital least-squares(PLS) regression was used to establish the calibration model of subjects' erythrocyte content values against DS data.The correlation coefficients were 0.9193 and 0.9058 for calibration set and validation set,respectively.The biggest relative error of validation is 7.96%,and the average relative error is 6.21%.Measurement results show that the influences of individual differences on spectra can be decreased effectively by DS method.This method can measure accurately human erythrocyte content and it is a promising method for non-invasive blood analysis.

Abstract: A series of new N, N'-diacylhydrazine derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were verified by 1H-NMR, mass spectra (MS) and elemental analysis. The antifungal activities of these N, N'-diacylhydrazines were evaluated. The bioassay results showed that most of these N, N'-diacylhydrazines showed excellent antifungal activities against Cladosporium cucumerinum, Corynespora cassiicola, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Erysiphe cichoracearum, and Colletotrichum orbiculare in vivo. The half maximal effective concentration (EC 50) of one of the compounds was also determined, and found to be comparable with a commercial drug. To further investigate the structure–activity relationship, comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) was performed on the basis of antifungal activity data. Both the steric and electronic field distributions of CoMFA are in good agreement in this study.

Abstract: 详细介绍了采用电化学方法测量质量传递速率的基本理论、测量原理及具体方法,指出了与测量精度相关的主要影响因素并提出了相应的处理措施.在此基础上将该方法成功应用于脉动流场下轴对称三维正弦波壁圆管内的质量传递测量.研究发现,在净流动雷诺数\%Re从50到350的范围内,当流量的振动分率P<3.0时,最佳的质量传递强化效果发生在Re=152,即过渡流发生之前.另外,活塞泵的冲程S也与质量传递速率存在紧密联系,即在S\%≦7mm范围内,质量传递速率随\%S\%的增大而增加.结果表明,利用得到的实验数据可以清晰地判明净流动雷诺数以及脉动流的振动分率对质量传递强化效果的影响,即由电化学方法得到的实验结果可以很好地描述波壁管的质量传递性能.

Abstract: 利用平均场近似理论,研究了一个嵌入T型弱耦合双量子点的介观环系统的基态性质. 结果表明,体系中复杂的基态性质源于Kondo效应与Fano效应相互竞争. 当介观环的尺寸达到足以产生完全Kondo共振时,随双量子点间耦合强度的增强,尖锐的持续电流峰出现了,且越发显著,这说明体系中存在着显著的Fano 效应. 但介观环的Kondo共振持续电流峰值却几乎不发生变化,这为测定Kondo 屏蔽云提供了一个新的可能模型.
