Scientific Annals of the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi : Economic Sciences Series , 2011,
Abstract: From the total domestic advertisement cake the internet has a steadily growing slice. The reasons of turning towards the on-line communication we can look for in the change of the consumer habits and the development of the technical side. Due to the media noise consumers become indifferent, the development of digital technology breaking up the media consumption habits, these trends required new solutions from the marketers, to form more creative, more attractive advertisements, that the desired information can be sent to the consumers efficiently. The application of guerrilla marketing may be a good solution because of his unusual penetrating force and his cost-efficiency. Nowadays this method is relative rarely used on the Hungarian market. The guerrilla marketing has many important and well-separable methods. This study emphasizes only the on-line forms from these. The electronic way provides distinguish solution for the structured circulation of information, this way can be good solution for the buzz marketing being built on the spread of the gossips, so for the internet spreading viral marketing. To the dissemination of the gossips, buzz the social networks seem distinguished ground. The rule of the social networks in Hungary demonstrate the fact, that there are two social sites can be found between the four most popular web pages. The composition of the users of the different social networks can be various based on the distribution of the demographic characteristics, so we can select the social sites with the best composition of users coincides with the specification of consumers belonging to the target group of our campaign mostly. So we can select that or those social site(s) which can be the most adequate places for our viral campaign. Following this, the success of course depends on how much we can arise the target group's interest.

Abstract: The @RISK risk analyser program supports the decision makers when the probability of an incident is not known. The risk analyser program is such an IT tool, which determines the probability of the future events in the past and present informations knowledge by a simulation measure. In our study we used the @RISK 4.5 Industrial version program and we performed the risk analysis through four major steps. We represent the simulation results of the risk analysis of an enlargement investment in a pig farm through graphic illustrations. We analysed the influence of the determinants for the external investment’s risk. We established that the probability of the refund of this investment in all indexes is less than 50 percent. The implementation of the investment rests on the willingness of the decision maker to take risk. In our study it was realized that in the course of a conventional investment-economic analysis we can know only the expected value of the indexes, but with this risk analyser program we can get also estimations for the probability of occurrence, distribution and confidence interval of the indexes.

Abstract: Based on the classic thesis that the relationship of sound shapes and meanings is arbitrary, linguistics has, as a rule, studied the semantics of words without reference to the phonotactic properties of sound patterns. Mainstream structuralist and formalist approaches have repeatedly claimed that they would draw a sharp line between “meaning”, conceived as an absolute notion and defined as the sum of particular sense properties, on the one hand, and incidental “interpretation” on the other. Regarding word meaning as an intrinsically relative concept, deriving it from the presence or absence of various semantic constituents, appears to be rather infrequent, and virtually restricted to cognitive linguistics. Assuming the principle that as soon as we understand the formation of a particular phenomenon, we can understand the phenomenon itself, the present paper investigates the ontogenesis of the semantic properties of words, pointing out that word meanings can only be linguistic entities formed in terms of patterns embedded in the social-cognitive context, and evolving in organic unity with the patterns of sound.

Abstract: Case Studies on Exploring Presuppositions Formulated in Oppositional Structures in Russian Print Advertisements:In print advertising, presuppositions are an important component of the overall message. In this paper the author tries to reconstruct presuppositions in advertisements containing a concessive clause or an argumentative structure, relying on Imre Békési’s interpretational model of double syllogism and cause and effect chains in argumentation. These concepts enable us to give a formalised interpretation of the implicit meaning expressed by presuppositions in advertisements with oppositional structures.

Cross-diffusion Modeling in Macroeconomics

Quantitative Biology , 2013,
Abstract: This paper deals with the stability properties of a closed market, where capital and labour force are acting like a predator-prey system in population-dynamics. The spatial movement of the capital and labour force are taken into account by cross-diffusion effect. First, we are showing two possible ways for modeling this system in only one country's market (applying a simple functional response and a Holling-type ratio-dependent response as well), examining the conditions of their stability properties. We extend the ratio-dependent model into two countries common market where two kind of cross-diffusion effects are present, and find those additional conditions, whose are necessary for the stability of the global common market besides the stability of each countries local markets. Our four-dimensional model highlights that a hectic movement of the capital toward labour force can cause a Turing instability.

Abstract: Mucotomy is one of the most frequently applied surgical techniques for the management of inferior turbinate hyperplasia. Mucotomy guarantees patent airway, however, it might lead to the emergence of sicca syndrome. In contrast, KTP (potassium titanyl phosphate) laser treatment spares the medial part of the inferior turbinate mucosa, contributing to maintenance of physiological nasal function. A retrospective comparative clinical study was performed to reveal the advantages and side-effects of both surgical methods in medium- and long-term in allergic rhinitis and non-allergic patients. Furthermore, we wished to determine the exact indications of the up-to-date laser treatment. Ninety-one of the 117 patients who underwent bilateral turbinate surgery during an 8-year period (2000-2007) responded to our questionnaire focusing on subjective postoperative changes. Patients were separated into 6 groups, based on the type of operation they underwent, the length of the follow-up and whether they suffered from allergies. The major complaint, nasal obstruction, improved in all 6 groups, which reached significance (p ? 0.05) in 4 groups. The most pronounced improvement was observed in the group of non-allergic patients with medium-term follow-up who underwent mucotomy. Nevertheless, a serious side- effect: crusting also increased significantly (p ? 0.05) in the latter group, while it was absent in allergic patients with medium-term follow-up, who underwent mucotomy. These results lead us to propose the following protocol for the treatment of inferior turbinate hyperplasia: 1) after unsuccessful conservative treatment, laser treatment is suggested for non-allergic patients; 2) following unsuccessful conservative and even repeated laser treatment in the allergic group, mucotomy or turbinoplasty should be attempted.
Possible link between congenital uterine malformations and epitheliod trophoblastic tumor  [PDF]

Open Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OJOG) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ojog.2012.23046
Abstract: Background: Epitheloid trophoblast tumor (ETT) is a tenuous type of gestational trophoblastic disease. Although clinically ETT behave in variable fashion, it is considered as a potentially malignant tumor, fatal malignancy occurs in 10% of the cases. Case and Conclusion: A 41 years old patient, who previously underwent Tompkins operation because of congenital uterine septum was admitted to our clinic due to irregular bleeding. Despite of serum hCG levels under the upper limit of normal, histopathology analysis of D&C obtained endometrial samples confirmed the presence of ETT by immunostainings. Henceforth we performed prompt abdominal hysterectomy and preserved the normal structured ovaries. According to the müllerianosis theory of endometriosis aberrant differentiation or migration could cause spreading of cells throughout the fetal organogenesis of the uterus. These cells in an apoptosis week environment might correlate with the initiation of ETT. As a conclusion we suggest further studies to assess the link between ectopic cells and ETT, to gain a better understanding in the pathomechanism of the tumor.
Role of promoting oxide morphology dictating the activity of Au/SiO2 catalyst in CO oxidation

Gold Bulletin , 2009, DOI: 10.1007/BF03214900
Abstract: The interfacial interaction of gold nanoparticles deposited on either model SiO2/Si(100) or high surface area amorphous or mesoporous silica with minute amounts of promoter oxide like “active” FeOx, TiO2 and CeO2 has been discussed. The role of the active oxide, its contribution to the perimeter along the gold nanoparticles has been interpreted. The oxide may invoke electronic interaction and simultaneously the defect structure of oxides likely has a key issue in the formation and stabilization of very small Au particles. The activity of the Au/oxide perimeter depends not only on the size of the Au particles, but also on the size and morphology of the oxide component (likely amorphous structure) regardless of whether it is supporting Au nanoparticles or decorating them. The activity in CO oxidation over Au catalysts is strongly affected by the length of the Au/“active” oxide perimeter which is regarded as the “active interface”. The longer length of the perimeter is evidenced by the enhanced CO oxidation activity.
