Abstract: Presentar la agricultura de regadío de El Salobral (polígono 90), en el término municipal de Albacete (Espa a), permitirá entrever una gestión racional e integrada de los recursos hídricos. Es un espacio de regadío donde se practica una agricultura intensiva (muy consumidora de agua) más o menos impulsada por la nueva Política Agrícola Común.

Abstract: Este trabajo tiene por ambición presentar un espacio concreto de cerealicultura de regadío en el umbral del siglo XXI, en el seno de la Llanura de Albacete, en Castilla la NuevaEl análisis se enfoca en el municipio de Albacete y más precisamente en el pueblo de colonización de Aguas Nuevas, ordenado por el Instituto Nacional de Colonización luego el Instituto de Reforma y Desarrollo Agrarios en el ámbito de la política de modernización espa ola impulsada por el régimen franquista. La idea ha sido regenerar Espa a por la aportación de agua a la agricultura a través de reformas de estructuras moderadas, tal la ley de bases de colonización de las grandes áreas de regadío. Se trata, entre otras cosas, determinar el origen del recurso de agua de riego, el sistema de riego y los cultivos de regadío. La conclusión pone en evidencia que en el a o 2000 en Albacete el movimiento de difusión de los regadíos ha alcanzado su óptimo en razón a la sobreexplotación de los recursos hídricos, es decir de los acuíferos. Abstract: We consider the problem of reconstructing a function given its values on a set of points with finite density. We prove that with probability one, the values of an almost periodic function on a random array of points (with finite density) completely determine the function. We also give some properties of the associated Blaschke product.

Abstract: We investigate the existence of a global semiflow for the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation on the space of bounded functions in unbounded domain. This semiflow is proven to exist in dimension 1 and 2 for any parameter values of the standard cubic Ginzburg-Landau equation. In dimension 3 we need some restrictions on the parameters but cover nevertheless some part of the Benjamin-Feijer unstable domain.
Folding Kinetics of Proteins and Cold Denaturation

Abstract: Folding kinetics of a lattice model of protein is studied. It uses the Random Energy Model for the intrachain couplings and a temperature dependent free energy of solvation derived from a realistic hydration model of apolar solutes. The folding times are computed using Monte Carlo simulations in the region of the phase diagram where the chain occurs in the native structure. These folding times are roughly equals for the temperatures of cold and warm denaturation for a large range of solvent quality. Between these temperatures, the folding times reach maxima and thus, at low temperatures, the kinetics of the chain always speeds up as the temperature is decreased. The study of the conformational space as function of the temperature permits to elucidate this phenomenon. At low temperature, it shows that the activation barriers of the system decrease faster than the temperature as the temperature is decreased. At high temperature, the rate of the barriers over the temperature decreases as the temperature is increased because the height of the barrier is almost constant.
Monte Carlo procedure for protein folding in lattice model. Conformational rigidity

Abstract: A rigourous Monte Carlo method for protein folding simulation on lattice model is introduced. We show that a parameter which can be seen as the rigidity of the conformations has to be introduced in order to satisfy the detailed balance condition. Its properties are discussed and its role during the folding process is elucidated. This method is applied on small chains on two-dimensional lattice. A Bortz-Kalos-Lebowitz type algorithm which allows to study the kinetic of the chains at very low temperature is implemented in the presented method. We show that the coefficients of the Arrhenius law are in good agreement with the value of the main potential barrier of the system.
Amplitude Equation for Lattice Maps, a Renormalization Group Approach

Abstract: We consider the development of instabilities of homogeneous stationary solutions of discrete time lattice maps. Under some generic hypothesis we derive an amplitude equation which is the space-time continuous Ginzburg-Landau equation. Using dynamical renormalization group methods we control the accuracy of this approximation in a large ball of its basin of attraction.
Four-states phase diagram of proteins

Abstract: A four states phase diagram for protein folding as a function of temperature and solvent quality is derived from an improved 2-d lattice model taking into account the temperature dependence of the hydrophobic effect. The phase diagram exhibits native, globule and two coil-type regions. In agreement with experiment, the model reproduces the phase transitions indicative of both warm and cold denaturations. Finally, it predicts transitions between the two coil states and a critical point.
