Anti-Icing Method Based on Reducing Voltage of Transmission Lines  [PDF]

Abstract: The icing of transmission lines threatens the security of power system. This paper proposes a novel anti-icing method based on reducing voltage of the transmission lines. The line voltage can be reduced by regulating the ratio of the transformers which install the both ends of the transmission lines. The line current can be increased and the power loss of the transmission lines can also be increased, which means the heat generated by power loss increases and the icing process of the transmission lines can be restrained. When the icing may occur in the atrocious weather, the anti-icing transformers installed the both ends of transmission line are put into operation. The ratios of transformers are regulated to the appropriate value. The current of transmission line can be increased to the value that is a little greater than the critical current, which can realize the purpose of anti-icing. At the same time, the conditions of normal running in the load side are kept invariably, which can ensure the security of power system. This method can be applicable to a wide range. It's an effective measure to prevent the icing of the transmission lines.

Abstract: It is very common in single parent families that various problems occurred, for example, improper educational methods used by family members and lack of guarantee of teenagers’ legal rights and so on. Therefore, teenagers from single parent families need a lot of help from the society. Social work has great professional advantages in helping single parent family teenagers and resolving educational problems of them. This paper analyzes problems occurred during social worker intervening in single parent family teenagers’ educational problems by exploring existing issues and basic social work theories as well as combining China’s social work practice in single parent family teenagers educational problems. This paper also investigates some practical and applicable methods for resolving problems found during the study. Cognitive Radio Spectrum Allocation Strategy Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm  [PDF]

Abstract: With the rapid development of wireless communication industry, shortage situation of spectrum resource is increasingly significant. It has become an important topic to study cognitive radio spectrum allocation algorithm that is of higher spectrum utilization ratio, less system power consumption and better algorithm efficiency. Analyzes spectrum allocation models based on genetic algorithm, and then puts forward new improved genetic algorithm. The algorithm adopts niche crowding operation to avoid individual inbreeding. It adaptively adjusts crossover and mutation probability to keep them always in the appropriate state. It provides more equal individual competition opportunity by hierarchical measures, which can effectively avert premature convergence to local optimal solution. It obviously improves the district's total transfer rate on the premise that it has met the requirements of minimum user transfer rate and limitations of maximum total power and maximum bit error rate. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: GA20-oxidase (GA20ox) gene encodes a key enzyme in gibberellins (GAs) biosynthesis pathway. Previously, we have cloned a PlGA20ox gene (GeneBank accession number: KU886552) from Paeonia lactiflora. To further reveal its function, we constructed an expression vector in the present study and then transformed it into Arabidopsis thaliana plants by floral dip method. The transgenic plants exhibited an early bolting, increased height and improved vegetative growth. These results provided efficient vector tool and functional information of PlGA20ox for future gene engineering in peony.
The Biomass Dosage Influences the Effects of Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoate on Micropropagation of Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench  [PDF]

Abstract:
The plant growth regulator diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6) has proved highly effective on micropropagation of the medicinal plant purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench), however, sharp variation of the effects existed among explants in the same treatment, making the application of DA-6 in micropropagation difficult. In order to clarify factors that influencing the treating results of DA-6, explants with different biomass dosage were prepared and inoculated onto medium supplemented with different concentrations of DA-6. It was found that among the three kinds of biomass dosage explants, the lowest biomass explants required the lowest concentration of DA-6, and the highest biomass explants required the highest concentration of DA-6 for the best results on adventitious buds regeneration. Similar results were obtained when regenerated buds of three different biomass dosages were cultured. It could be concluded from the above experimental results that for achieving better DA-6 application results, the concentration of DA-6 should be determined not only by the types but also by the biomass dosage of the explants. The present finding might help to improve the micropropagation efficiency in E. purpurea, and might be applicable for other species

Abstract: In this paper, we defined the congruence relation and proved its fundamental properties on the base of some useful theorems. Then we proved the existence of solution and the number of incongruent solution to a linear congruence and the linear congruent equation class, in particular, we proved the Chinese Remainder Theorem. Finally, we defined the complete residue system and proved its fundamental properties.

Abstract: Culture is the core element of soft power, and it is also closely related to the construction of new rural areas. To achieve the overall goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the developing of country is not only the key point but also the difficult one. In this article, the authors firstly do a brief overview of the concept and meaning of soft power, and then show the importance and necessity of the cultural soft power to make a new sustainable development of country. But today the construction of rural cultural soft power is not optimistic, and the four key problems are as follows: the public cultural projects can not meet the demands of new rural construction, and the government show less attention to the cultural construction of rural areas .Besides, the defective management of rural culture and the insufficient quality of the peasants do exist in rural areas .Therefore, addressed the above issues, authors put forward several suggestions. At first, build and improve the new rural cultural soft power system. Furthermore, make the grassroots government work in the construction of cultural soft power. What’s more, increase the cultural resources and enhance the services of rural public culture. Finally, improve the overall quality of the peasants and cultivate new peasants.
