The practical analysis on participators of current Chinese POF

Abstract: Current Chinese POF industry is still short of comprehensive legislation. Thus, the cooperative relationship between participants involved in account management model POF and trust plan model POF is quite unsteady and risky before the promulgation of new PBL. Furthermore, the conflict between Chinese Company Law and the new PBL had restrained the scope of development of limited partnership POF. A more systematic legal platform is to be established urgently.
Micro-Grid Smooth Switchover Method Based on Controller State Following  [PDF]

Abstract:

Micro-grid smooth switchover between different operation modes is important for steady operation and reliable power supply of micro-grid. In order to reduce the transient fluctuation of voltage and frequency during switchover, this paper proposed a new switchover method based on controller state following. When transferring to island mode, the control method for inverter of storage device changed from PQ control to V/f control. Before switchover, the output of V/f controller is always following the output of PQ controller. So that the sudden change of output is avoided at the moment of switchover. A micro-grid model with photovoltaic and battery is built on DIgSILENT Power Factory simulation software, to simulate micro-grid switchover from grid-connected mode to island mode. Results show this method can effectively suppress the transient fluctuation of voltage and frequency, and reduce the influence of transient process on power grid. This conclusion has important practical significance on micro-grid smooth switchover from grid-con- nected mode to island mode.

Research on the Exit Routes of Chinese Private Equity Funds

Abstract: Up to the present, private equity (PE) is a relatively new financial instrument in China. Due to the rapid growth of Chinese economy, a great number of domestic and overseas capitals had participated in PE business in recent years. PE usually claims back the funds from the investment after earning satisfactory profits. The primary exit routes for PE include IPO, write-offs, Management Buyout (MBO), repayment of shares or loans and sold to other venture capitals or financial institutions. Among these strategies, IPO has always been the dominant exit routes for PE. Nonetheless, PE faced a few obstacles withdraw the funds from investment through IPO in China lately, such as the bad performance of domestic stock market and the tight monetary policy. Accordingly, PE should consider further the effectiveness of these routes when reclaiming the funds from the investee companies.
Enhancing Planning Heuristic with Landmarks

Abstract: Recently, landmarks count heuristic can increase the number of problem instances solved and improve the quality of the solutions in satisfying non-optimal planning. In order to make the heuristic optimal, we give the solution to solve the overestimate of landmarks count heuristic. We extend landmarks count heuristic without action cost assignments, and prove that the extension of heuristic is admissible. Our empirical evaluation shows that the extension of heuristic is admissible and can be competed with the state-of-the-art of heuristic.

Abstract: Edible spices with strong smells or heavy tastes may be a promising resource of feeding deterrents. We compared the feeding deterrence of the ethanol extracts of 21 common spices against the larvae of a generalist pest species, Helicoverpa armigera, using a multiple-choice leaf disc bioassay. The results show that Zanthoxylum bungeanum extract (as a reference) always evoked significant feeding deterrence, while Piper nigrum (both black pepper and white pepper), Piper longum, and Angelica dahurica evoked the strongest and equivalent feeding deterrence. The potent feeding deterrent activity of Piper species may be a common characteristic at genus level.
Realization of "Trapped Rainbow" in 1D slab waveguide with Surface Dispersion Engineering

Abstract: We present a design of a one dimensional dielectric waveguide that can trap a broad band light pulse with different frequency component stored at different positions, effectively forming a "trapped rainbow"[1]. The spectrum of the rainbow covers the whole visible range. To do this, we first show that the dispersion of a $\text{SiO}_2$ waveguide with a Si grating placed on top can be engineered by the design parameter of the grating. Specifically, guided modes with zero group velocity(frozen modes) can be realized. Negative Goos-H\"anchen shift along the surface of the grating is responsible for such a dispersion control. The frequency of the frozen mode is tuned by changing the lateral feature parameters (period and duty cycle) of the grating. By tuning the grating feature point by point along the waveguide, a light pulse can be trapped with different frequency components frozen at different positions, so that a "rainbow" is formed. The device is expected to have extremely low ohmic loss because only dielectric materials are used. A planar geometry also promises much reduced fabrication difficulty.
An Efficient Location Privacy Protection Scheme Based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem

Abstract: Traditional k-anonymity schemes cannot protect a user’s privacy perfectly in big data and mobile network environments. In fact, existing k-anonymity schemes only protect location in datasets with small granularity. But in larger granularity datasets, a user’s geographical region-location is always exposed in realizations of k-anonymity because of interaction with neighboring nodes. And if a user could not find enough adjacent access points, most existing schemes would be invalid. How to protect location information has become an important issue. But it has not attracted much attention. To solve this problem, two location-privacy protection models are proposed. Then a new generalized k-anonymity Location Privacy Protection Scheme based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem (LPSS-CRT) in Location-Based Services (LBSs) is proposed. We prove that it can guarantee that users can access LBSs without leaking their region-location information, which means the scheme can achieve perfect anonymity. Analysis shows that LPPS-CRT is more secure in protecting location privacy, including region information, and is more efficient, than similar schemes. It is suitable for dynamic environments for different users’ privacy protection requests.

Abstract:
This paper reviews the commercial banks’ previous exploration and attempt in the service of scientific and technological innovation enterprises. And afterwards, as now the government has officially launched policies and delineated pilot institutions and areas to carry out the investment and lending linkage business, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges associated with commercial banks to engage in the investment and lending linkage business. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant proposals for commercial banks to serve technology innovation enterprises. Through post-event reviews and present discussions, hopefully this paper can provide some references for commercial banks to carry out the investment and linkage business.
Crowding-Out Effect of Exports on Domestic Consumption: An Analysis Based on Panel Data of Several Industries in China  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper tries to use the data of 1998-2014 about nine departments (department of food, beverage and tobacco, department of fabric and clothing, department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment, minerals, building materials and chemical products division, house appliances division, computer auxiliary equipment division and else departments) to make the regression by Eviews 8.0. We find that department of food, beverage and tobacco and department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment do have crowding-out effect of exports on domestic consumption. Finally, in response to the policy of expanding the demand by analyzing the empirical result, we provide some recommendations from the perspective of export trade.
