The arguments are based on a specially constructed cone. At last, an example is given to illustrate the main results.

Abstract: Purpose: Our study was to detect the effect of Decitabine (DAC) combined with arsenic trioxide (AS2O3) on DAPK gene and HL-60 cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods: DAC and AS2O3 monotherapy, combination treatment and DAC pretreatment were used in this study after incubating with HL-60 cell for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h. CCK8 was used to detect the cell proliferation of HL-60 cell. Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis. Then, we used RT-PCR to obtain the gene expression level of DAPK. Results: HL-60 cells were treated with different concentrations of DAC (20 μmol/L, 40 μmol/L, 80 μmol/L), AS2O3 (1 μmol/L, 2.5 μmol/L, 5 μmol/L) monotherapy for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h; along with the extension of the drug concentration and time, proliferation inhibition rate had gradually increased. Monotherapy of DAC, AS2O3 could inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of HL-60 cells, and was time- and dose-dependent. DAC (80 μmol/L) was firstly used for pretreatment, and then, different concentrations of AS2O3 (1 μmol/L, 2.5 μmol/L, 5 μmol/L) were used for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h. It was found that cell proliferation inhibition rate and apoptosis rate had increased significantly. When the two drugs were used together, the increasing proliferation inhibition rate, apoptosis rate and DAPK had become more obvious. Conclusion: DAC and AS2

Abstract: Nonlinear stability criteria for quasi-geostrophic zonally symmetric flow are improved by establishing an invariant of zonal momentum. When applied to the Eady model in a periodic channel with finite zonal length, the improved nonlinear stability criterion is identical to the linear normal-mode stability criterion provided the channel meridional width is no greater than 0.8605... times its channel length (which is the geophysically relevant case).
Asymptotic behavior of solutions of a reaction diffusion equation with free boundary conditions

Abstract: We study a nonlinear diffusion equation of the form $u_t=u_{xx}+f(u)\ (x\in [g(t),h(t)])$ with free boundary conditions $g'(t)=-u_x(t,g(t))+\alpha$ and $h'(t)=-u_x(t,g(t))-\alpha$ for some $\alpha>0$. Such problems may be used to describe the spreading of a biological or chemical species, with the free boundaries representing the expanding fronts. When $\alpha=0$, the problem was recently investigated by \cite{DuLin, DuLou}. In this paper we consider the case $\alpha>0$. In this case shrinking (i.e. $h(t)-g(t)\to 0$) may happen, which is quite different from the case $\alpha=0$. Moreover, we show that, under certain conditions on $f$, shrinking is equivalent to vanishing (i.e. $u\to 0$), both of them happen as $t$ tends to some finite time. On the other hand, every bounded and positive time-global solution converges to a nonzero stationary solution as $t\to \infty$. As applications, we consider monostable and bistable types of nonlinearities, and obtain a complete description on the asymptotic behavior of the solutions.

This paper reviews the commercial banks’ previous exploration and attempt in the service of scientific and technological innovation enterprises. And afterwards, as now the government has officially launched policies and delineated pilot institutions and areas to carry out the investment and lending linkage business, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges associated with commercial banks to engage in the investment and lending linkage business. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant proposals for commercial banks to serve technology innovation enterprises. Through post-event reviews and present discussions, hopefully this paper can provide some references for commercial banks to carry out the investment and linkage business.
Crowding-Out Effect of Exports on Domestic Consumption: An Analysis Based on Panel Data of Several Industries in China  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper tries to use the data of 1998-2014 about nine departments (department of food, beverage and tobacco, department of fabric and clothing, department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment, minerals, building materials and chemical products division, house appliances division, computer auxiliary equipment division and else departments) to make the regression by Eviews 8.0. We find that department of food, beverage and tobacco and department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment do have crowding-out effect of exports on domestic consumption. Finally, in response to the policy of expanding the demand by analyzing the empirical result, we provide some recommendations from the perspective of export trade.

Abstract: As one of the most huge and potential markets in the world, China has a series of powerful IT companies, such as Tencent, Alibaba, and Xiaomi and so on. Based on such a market and huge population, these companies have very good future in developing and making profits. As a result, studying on them becomes more and more important for the market to know how these companies develop and how their stocks change. This paper focuses on the developing trend of Tencent and tries to provide a valuable investment suggestion for the market. At last, this paper finds that Tencent, as one of the biggest IT companies in China, has very great developing potential with its achievements in the game industry. The main contributions of this paper are that it has found future developing points of Tencent in the game industry and that it points out a new developing power in IT industry, the Entertainment power. The main limitation of this paper is that it has only checked one IT company, the Tencent, instead of comparing different companies to show how Tencent gets benefits from game industry.
