The Transformer Equipment Selection’s Update Decision Technical and Economic Analysis Model  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on the current situation of the domestic transformer equipment selection, the paper analyses the SH15, S11 and S9 transformer from the angles of annual running power consumption, payback period, energy efficiency of the transformer, furthermore, determine the best optimal capacity, load factor and update Year of the SH15-type transformers. Example analysis results show that, from the point of view of the technical and economic the SH15-type transformer has better economic and environmental benefits, and large capacity SH15 transformer better comprehensive benefits.
Study on the coupling mechanism of urban economy and environment

Abstract: The coupling mechanism of urban economy and environment was studied in Jinlin province.Sixteen indexes of 9 cities were selected. Two main factors (economic development, environmental protection) were screened by factor analysis method, and the coupling mechanism of economy and environment was assessed. On the basis of the assessment, conclusions and suggestions about sustainable development of economy and environment were printed out, which may be used for reference subsequent studies.
Unique microstructure and excellent mechanical properties of ADI

Abstract: Amongst the cast iron family, ADI has a unique microstructure and an excellent, optimised combination of mechanical properties. The main microstructure of ADI is ausferrite, which is a mixture ofextremely fine acicular ferrite and stable, high carbon austenite. There are two types of austenite in ADI:(1) the coarser and more equiaxed blocks of austenite between non-parallel acicular structures, which exist mainly in the last solidified area, and (2) the thin films of ustenite between the individual ferriteplatelets in the acicular structure. It is this unique microstructure, which gives ADI its excellent static and dynamic properties, and good low temperature impact toughness. The effect of microstructure on the mechanical properties is explained in more detail by examining the microstructure at the atomic scale. Considering the nanometer grain sizes, the unique microstructure, the excellent mechanical properties,good castability, (which enables near net shape components to be produced economically and in large volumes), and the fact that it can be 100% recycled, it is not overemphasized to call ADI a high-tech,nanometer and “green” material. ADI still has the potential to be further improved and its production and the number of applications for ADI will continue to grow, driven by the resultant cost savings over alternative materials.

Abstract: This paper has systematically studied both the characteristics and the movement of the mobile suspended pollutants in the mainstream of Tumen River.The study was based on a large number of data collected from years' field work, and adopting the basic methods and principle of hydrology, hydrodynamics, geomorphology as well as Quaternary Period geology. With the help of an electronic computer, a model was set up for quantitation of tailing movement during both the flood and non-flood seasons.The paper also provides a reliable basis for forecasting the environmental quality of Tumen River.
Design of THz Space Application System  [PDF]

Two kinds of space applications of THz band are proposed. A novel method for the THz band signal propagation in the satellite-earth link is studied in order to overcome the huge loss in the atmosphere. The THz signal should be transformed to Ka band by data processor on satellite, and then be transmitted to the earth station in order to avoid the THz loss in the atmosphere. The design can realize at least 10 Gbps space communication or data relay. Furthermore, three aspects of challenges in THz band are analyzed.

Abstract: During the past 30 years, the world’s economy developed rapidly, but the formulation of accounting standards often could not keep up with the pace of economic development as the continuous innovation of financial instruments or derivatives financial instruments, the increasingly frequency of unconventional activities such as merger, acquisition and restructuring, the rapid flowing of global capital, and the development of networking, information science and technology. Thus the lagging and patching method of accounting standards made the conceptual framework which was ever explored in the past back to the IASB agenda again. This paper mainly described the latest progress of the conceptual framework after IASB released Discussion Paper, analyzed the characteristics of the restatement of CF, and proposed several thoughts for the China CF and accounting standards.
Quantum-Inspired Neural Network with Quantum Weights and Real Weights  [PDF]

Abstract: To enhance the approximation ability of neural networks, by introducing quantum rotation gates to the traditional BP networks, a novel quantum-inspired neural network model is proposed in this paper. In our model, the hidden layer consists of quantum neurons. Each quantum neuron carries a group of quantum rotation gates which are used to update the quantum weights. Both input and output layer are composed of the traditional neurons. By employing the back propagation algorithm, the training algorithms are designed. Simulation-based experiments using two application examples of pattern recognition and function approximation, respectively, illustrate the availability of the proposed model.

Abstract: With social progress and economic development, flood protection, water storage, and pollution absorption of urban rivers have been improved, but at the same time negative effects have been brought about. In urban areas, due to canalization or occupation of river, and forcible alteration of course of rivers, river waters area has been reduced. Natural capacity of rivers is seriously lacking, and the ecosystem services of rivers are gradually weakening. For planning, design and construction of urban landscapes, the concept of ecological restoration must be applied to protect and rationally utilize river landscapes. This paper takes the landscape belt of Huangshui River in Doba New City of Xining as an example to study the Huangshui River. Based on the theory of river course restoration, a “dynamic growth” river restoration system is established, and the restoration process of nature itself is as little as possible. In order to improve the water quality of Huangshui River, control the flow velocity and build the ecological environment, a set of perfect and self-repairing system is created for Huangshui River.
