Abstract: We propose a new method of extracting $V_{bu}$ from measurements of Semi-leptonic B decay which has much less theoretical uncertainties than conventional methods.

Abstract: One of the important factors concerning regional development of northern Shanxi province is the potential productivity and population carrying capacity of land resources in this area. Based on three agroecological subregions of northern Shanxi identified in the study, a concise and practical land classification system and yield estimation model are advanced, and then the potential productivity and population carrying capacity of land resources are calculated according to the mechanism model. Finally, the basic situation of man land relationship in northern Shanxi and its control strategies are proposed.
Lepton-antilepton Annihilation in the Massless Schwinger Model

Abstract: We evaluate the next-to-leading order radiative corrections to a process in the massless Schwinger model that is the analogue of the $e^+e^-$ inclusive annihilation into hadrons process in QCD. We then carry out an asymptotic expansion of the calculable exact result and find that it agrees with the perturbative answer. However, we also find that higher orders in the asymptotic expansion involve terms that depend on the logarithm of the strong coupling constant.

Abstract:

The design of an integral pressurized water reactor (IPWR) focuses on enhancing the safety and reliability of the reactor by incorporating a number of inherent safety features and engineered safety features. However, the characteristics of passive safety systems for the marine reactors are quiet different from those for the land nuclear power plant because of the more formidable and dangerous operation environments of them. This paper presents results of marine black out accident analyses. In the case of a transient, the passive residual heat removal system (PRHRS) is designed to cool the reactor coolant system (RCS) from a normal operation condition to a hot shutdown condition by a natural circulation, and the shutdown cooling system (SCS) is designed to cool the primary system from a hot shutdown condition to a refueling condition by a forced circulation. A realistic calculation has been carried out by using the RELAP5/MOD3.4 code and a sensitivity analysis has been performed to evaluate a passive cooldown capability. The results of the accident analyses show that the reactor coolant system and the passive residual heat removal system adequately remove the core decay heat by a natural circulation.

Abstract: In order to understand the essence of tourism logistics activities, the author studies and summarizes the existing research results of tourism logistics at home and abroad, finding that there exist two kinds of logistics phenomena in tourism industry. Then, the author analyses in-depth the cross process between the two kinds of logistics phenomena and tourist flow from the perspective of time and space as well as identifies the key factors in the process of their separation and combination. Next, focusing on the two kinds of logistics phenomena, the author completely explains the process of the tourism logistics activities via the in-out transformation mechanism. Finally, the functions and objectives of the tourism logistics system are defined through the separation and combination of tourists and items theory in this paper, which provides instructive directions for future research.

Abstract:
Ductal breast cancer is a clinically heterogeneous disease; we investigate the correlation between tumor size, comedo necrosis, number of cell mitoses and axillary lymph node metastasis in ductal breast cancer. In this study, 104 ductal breast cancer specimens were collected and divided into 3 groups: T1 group (tumor size ≤ 2 cm), T2 group (2 < tumor size ≤ 5 cm) and T3 group (tumor size > 5.0 cm). Among those specimens, 95 cases were diagnosed with invasive ducted carcinoma, and 9 cases were ductal carcinoma in-situ (DCIS). Results show that T3 group has a higher rate of axillary lymph node metastasis than T2 group and T1 group; T2 group has a higher rate of lymph node metastasis than T1 group. The patients with the number of cell mitoses (≥10) were also has a higher rate of axillary lymph node metastasis (P = 0.0139) than the patients with the number of cell mitoses (<10). No significance was found between comedo necrosis lesions and axillary lymph node metastasis, though the frequency of comedo necrosis lesions in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis was higher than those in non-metastatic patients. It is concluded that the tumor size and the number of cell mitoses were risk factors for axillary lymph node involvement in ductal breast cancer.

Abstract: Pseudoachondroplasia (PSACH; MIM 177170) is a rare disease which was characterized by disproportionate short stature, deformity of the lower limbs, brachydactyly, loose joints, and ligamentous laxity. It is an autosomal dominant osteochondrodysplasia presented in childhood, and usually resolved with age, but osteoarthritis is progressive and severe. Genetic testing using the whole exome sequencing and Sanger sequencing was performed for the patients, a 30-year-old woman and her affected son, who is only 8 years old. A heterozygous mutationin exon 15 of COMP (c.1675G > A, p.Glu559Lys, NM 000095.2) was identified. The Polyphen-2 predicted that the mutation may damage the COMP protein function. This study suggested that the heterozygous mutations in COMP were responsible for PSACH and demonstrated the genotype-phenotype relationship between mutations in COMP and clinical characteristics of PSACH.

Abstract: Phenolics are broadly distributed in the plant kingdom and are the most abundant secondary metabolites of plants. Plant polyphenols have drawn increasing attention due to their potent antioxidant properties and their marked effects in the prevention of various oxidative stress associated diseases such as cancer. In the last few years, the identification and development of phenolic compounds or extracts from different plants has become a major area of health- and medical-related research. This review provides an updated and comprehensive overview on phenolic extraction, purification, analysis and quantification as well as their antioxidant properties. Furthermore, the anticancer effects of phenolics in-vitro and in-vivo animal models are viewed, including recent human intervention studies. Finally, possible mechanisms of action involving antioxidant and pro-oxidant activity as well as interference with cellular functions are discussed.

Abstract: With the development of concentrated wind power areas, new energy’s dispatching problems are more prominent with its fast expansion. However, we can maximize the utilization of wind power under power curtailment conditions by optimal wind power dispatching. The paper studies on the basic theories of wind power turbines, and analyses the power’s control and output characteristics of wind turbine, which analyses the double-fed inductor generator’s excellent decoupling control of power and its excellent reactive power output capability. By studying the characteristics of wind power output, this paper provides a strategy for optimal dispatch in wind power generation. The calculation results show that the total active and reactive power output of the wind farm match the request of dispatch center. And the total active loss and total reactive loss is the least in the meantime.

Abstract: Number and quantities of reference standards (RS) needed for the quality control of drugs are increasing, bringing great pressure to the calibration and using company. This manuscript summarized the four generations for the development of RS including physical RS, paper atlas, substitute RS and electronic databases. The advantages and disadvantages of each generation were summarized. The concept of digital RS (DRS) was proposed based on this, and summed up the definition, advantages, and technical architecture of DRS. The 10 characteristics of five aspects of the DRS were discussed including digital, multi-dimension, big data, cloud computing, internet, internet of things, sharing, multi-terminal, intelligence, and compliance certification. Then, the necessity of its formation and application in the medicine holistic quality control of internet plus era was discussed in this manuscript.
