El liberalismo autoritario hegeliano o Hegel entre Hobbes y Schmitt

Abstract: was hegel's political philosophy, in a proper sense, "liberal"? for renato cristi the answer is a negative one. without being a reactionary, hegel never developed a "progressive liberalism", as many contemporary interpreters tend to think: instead it consisted in an "authoritarian liberalism" with a strong emphasis in authority than in freedom. hegel built his theory of the state with an absolute power monarch whose task should be to pacify civil society's struggling tendencies. by this way, hegel's thought will be close of the classical authoritarian formulations of thomas hobbes and carl schmitt. cristi's thesis have to be analyzed both historical and conceptual, with special regard to his sources.

Abstract: Fue la filosofía política de Hegel propiamente "liberal"? Para Renato Cristi la respuesta es negativa. Sin ser un reaccionario, Hegel nunca desarrolló un "liberalismo progresista", como creen ciertas corrientes contemporáneas: más bien se trató de un "liberalismo autoritario" con más énfasis en la autoridad que en la libertad. Hegel construyó su teoría del Estado con un monarca de poder absoluto cuya tarea debería ser la de pacificar las tendencias conflictivas de la sociedad civil. En esta forma, el pensamiento hegeliano se aproximaría al de las clásicas formulaciones autoritarias de Thomas Hobbes y Carl Schmitt. Organic Wastes to Increase CO2 Absorption  [PDF]

Abstract: The objective of the study was actually the investigation of the effect of various organic wastes on the ability of urine in absorbing CO2. Urine alone or mixed with olive-oil-mill waste waters (O), poultry litter (P) or meat bone meal (M) was used on the absorption of CO2 from a gas bottle. The absorption capacity (1.35 - 2.85 gCO2/gNH4) was bigger than other solvents such as ammonia and amines. The range of CO2 absorption was significantly bigger for the organic mixtures P and PM with urine (9.1 - 11.8) g/L than urine alone 6.5 g/L. These organic wastes could be used to increase CO2 absorption in urine and reduce gas emissions.
Algorithms of the Femtoscope: KeV X-Rays Cure Cancer While MeV X-Rays Only Burn the Cells  [PDF]

Abstract: The study of cancer with the Femtoscope shows us that the information of the cell nucleus is correlated with the atomic nucleus. Femtoscope and entropy algorithms monitor the time and energy of x-rays that transform cancer cells into healthy cells and vice versa. Curing cancer means recovering the information lost from a cancer cell, leading to a minimum entropy. The efficient treatment of cancer presents resonance frequencies in the production and elimination of cancerous cells, asymmetrically. The cure asymmetry of cancer is due to the support of DNA repair genes, allowing the stability of a race or species, and prioritizing life to death. Using the Femtoscope and Spectroscopy, we experimentally validate the resonance frequencies, which effectively cure the cancer and find the optimal times and doses of treatment. In this way, we minimize collateral effects and unnecessary economic costs. In addition, the phosphorus resonance demonstrates why the low energies of x-rays cure cancer and high x-ray energies only burn cancer cells.

Abstract: Teniendo en cuenta el carácter subversivo de la sátira al igual que su papel en la “reproducción social” de las ideologías, este artículo se ala la posición del periódico satírico El Bateo sobre el gobierno de Enrique Olaya Herrera, describiendo la paulatina decepción de este impreso, adscrito al liberalismo radical, respecto al gobierno de la “concentración nacional”. Menciona cómo El Bateo apoyó la candidatura de Olaya, a través de la imagen de “mesías-salvador” y cómo luego subvirtió esta misma imagen, por medio de una abierta crítica a este gobierno. Para este análisis se recogen algunas anotaciones de Georges Balandier y Ernst Gombrich sobre la naturaleza dramática del poder y sobre la sátira.

Abstract: En este artículo se expone una experiencia de naturaleza socioconstructivista con eluso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) realizada conalumnado de 3o de educación secundaria obligatoria. La actividad consiste en laelaboración de la biografía de una científica y su exposición en el aula, mediante larealización de una presentación multimedia. La tarea plantea una forma de trabajo enla que el alumnado pone en funcionamiento una serie de competencias de formasimultánea. Así pues, el cambio metodológico que se está proponiendo gira en torno alas actividades. Con las presentaciones dise adas por el alumnado, se han dise adounos pósters para una exposición sobre las científicas en la historia. La experiencia haresultado interesante desde el punto de vista de la coeducación y del desarrollo decompetencias TIC para el alumnado y nos facilita a los docentes nuevas metodologíasde trabajo en el aula.
Paleoclimate reconstruction during MIS5a based on a speleothem from Nerja Cave, Málaga, South Spain  [PDF]

Abstract:

Speleothems from Nerja Cave in southern Spain provide a record during interglacial period MIS5a. Period of speleothem deposition occurred from 70,000 90,000 yr ago. Oxygen (δ18O) and hydrogen (δD) isotope ratios of speleothem and fluid inclusions enable the reconstruction of climatic variability in this region of southern Spain. Fluid inclusions trapped in speleothems represent samples of drip water from which the speleothems grew. The isotopic compositions of cave dripwaters approximate average annual δ18O and δD of precipitation, therefore δ18O can be calculated from D/H of inclusion water using the MWL relationship δD = 8δ18O + 10. The measurements of the δD values of fluid-inclusion water and δ18O values from speleothems have been applied to paleoclimate reconstruction in Southern Spain indicating a colder condition than at present.

Abstract: In recent research on job satisfaction, the aspect of time and dynamics is gaining more and more attention. The Anticipation of the Development of Job Satisfaction (AD) is seen as a concept that looks at the estimations concerning the development of job satisfaction facets in the future. More specifically, as job satisfaction can be seen as an indicator for well-being, AD can be regarded as the estimation of future well-being at the workplace. The aim of this study is to present this construct and to investigate whether it can be empirically separated from related constructs. Therefore, the influences of certain state and trait characteristics connected to well-being were in the focal point of this study. In particular, the influences of job satisfaction, life satisfaction, learned helplessness, the core self-evaluations and state anxiety on anticipation of development of job satisfaction were analysed. The study was made in an Austrian institution of higher education with 213 employees participating. The results of structural equation modelling showed that the level of anticipation of the development of job satisfaction was a significant predictor for job satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfying indicators for discriminant validity to other regarded constructs could be found.
Oxygen Isotopic Fractionation in the Kaolinite-Water System during the Synthetic Process  [PDF]

Abstract: Oxygen isotope fractionation is studied during the synthesis of kaolinite under controlled conditions of temperature and time. Equilibrium conditions have been established and its relationship with temperature has been studied. Kaolinite was hydrothermally precipitated starting from non-crystalline aluminosilicate gels. The amount of kaolinite obtained increases up to a limited constant value and in all cases coexists with the amorphous starting gels. It can be seen that the data obtained at 48 hours of synthesis can be considered as quasi-equilibrium, since the total isotopic equilibrium has not been reached, only the sample obtained at 24 hours should be discarded for studies in equilibrium. This would allow us, with the samples obtained at 720 hours, to try to establish a relationship between isotopic fractionation and temperature, provided that we know the water in equilibrium with the synthesized kaolinite. Two equations have been obtained that show correlation coefficients with a high statistical significance.
