Investigation of G-R Noise Induced by Defects in P-N Junetion of Bipolar Transistor

Abstract: The measurements of bipolar transistors demonstrate that at room temperamure,the g-rnoise has a wide region of time constant and a large amplitude.The author gives the theoryof the g-r noise induced by the defects in the p-n junction of bipolar transistor,and calculatesthe time constant and amplitude of the g-r noise,giving a satisfactory elucidation for theproperty of the g-r noise.

Abstract: Isotropic yield surfaces of bcc and fec metals have been simulated with TBH theory.Using thefive-dimensional stress space proposed recently by Lequeu et al.,the yield subsurfaces on anytwo of the three shear stresses can be considered as the inscribed circles of their correspondingsubsurfaces on n plane.Based on this concept,Hershey,Hosford and Hill (HHH) yield func-tion has been transformed into the formula where the parameters are uniquely determined bytwo crystallographic factors:the mean Taylor factor in plane strain (M_p) and the criticalshear stress (τ_) on slip systems.

Abstract: The needle-like and network carbides in as-cast high carbon wear-resistant manganese steels will be nodularized and dispersed,by a large majority,in austenite aider modifying treatment with Mg system agents.The impact toughness of the steels is significantly improved and the hardness is also increased to a certain extent.As a result,the steels can be used in as-casted state without any heat treatment and their wear resistance can be greatly enhanced.

Abstract: The majority of Ti is found to be preferentially precipitated in the form of TiC from medium manganese steel melt.The TiC may contribute to the heterogeneous nuclei of fine austenite crystallization,to the retardation of dislocation movement as well as to pile-up and proliferate the dislocations,thus,the matrix of the as-cast steel will be effectively strength- ened.It was also found that the TiC can be acted as the heterogeneous nuclei of the nodular eutectic carbide formation and caused the dispersion o fan abundance of the carbide in the interstices between austenite dendrite arms.

Abstract: The mechanism of the interfacial reaction of Al_2O_3/medium Mn steel containing Nb was studied bymeans of the observation on the interfacial reaction phenomenon of Al_2O_3/medium Mn steel,andthe analyses on the interracial phases.The results show that when T≥1550℃,the interfacial reac-tion of Al_2O_3/medium Mn steel containing Nb happened.In the medium Mn steel matrix,Nb existsin the form of NbC.NbC are the nucleating base of CO gas bubbles.

Abstract: By calculation of thermodynamics,analysis of crystal structure and study of TEM and eletron probe,it is first discovered that SiO2 can be acted as one of the heterogeneous nu- clei for lamellar intergorowth eutectic(austenite and cementite)crystallizing in modified as-cast medium manganese steel.

Abstract: On the basis of experimental results of 76 points of composition and previous relevant conclu-sions,a relatively complete constitutional diagram of solid solution treating Fe-Mn-C sys-tem alloy at 1000℃ has been constructed with austenite zones of different stabilities.Thechemical composition range and structure change of steels with various Mn have also beendiscussed.Thus,the reasonable selection of composition and structure may be available forthe manganese steel with commercial purposes.
