Beam optimization of RFQ and SFRFQ combined accelerator at Peking University

Abstract: The Peking University Integral Split Ring Radio Frequency Quadrupole(ISR RFQ) accelerator was constructed in 1999 with a high duty factor 16.7% and repetition frequency 166Hz, and it was able to accelerate N+, O+,O-, C+ and He+ from 1.6kev/u to 65keV/u. It was later upgraded as an injector of the Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ). The experiments indicated that the maximum accelerated O+ beam current could exceed 3.2mA with energy 1.03MeV and an energy spread (FWHM) 3.1%. Then the beam transports through a 1m-long magnetic triplet to the entrance of SFRFQ and is finally accelerated to 1.64MeV. The beam conditioning of RFQ were carefully optimized to satisfy the requirements of the SFRFQ. The combined accelerator eventually can deliver 0.53mA O+ beam with energy 1.65MeV, which has sufficiently demonstrated the feasibility of the SFRFQ structure.

Abstract: s:Existential-phenomenology has its unique benefits in the consumer research field which positivism is the dominant paradigm,it can provide an empirically based and methodologically rigorous understanding of consumer phenomena.The use of non-positivist research method,however,does not preclude existential-phenomenology from addressing and/or sharing some of logical positivism's epistemological concerns.If certain philosophical assumptions and methodological constraints that often accompany logical positivist thought are bracketed,it can be seen that positivism's broad evaluative criteria are reasonable standards for existential-phenomenology research.In this article,the author focuses on basic tenets of existential-phenomenon and describes a research methodology based on them.

Abstract: In the case of strong hardy Olive (Olea europae L.) 371, the structure characteristics of their leaves viewed by seanning electron microscope (SEM) are as follows: (1) The cuticular layer on the adaxial epidermis is thick and the wax is dense on the cuticular layer. (2) The sunken stomata in the abaxial epidermis are covered by dense peltate hair. (3) The palisade tissue is well developed in both side of the leaf. This indicates that the structure of their leaves is xoromorphic structure of sun leaf.

Eddy characteristics in the northern South China Sea as inferred from Lagrangian drifter data

Abstract: Cyclonic and anticyclonic eddies from large scale to submesoscale in the northern South China Sea (NSCS) have been statistically characterized based on the satellite-tracked Lagrangian drifters using our developed geometric eddy identification method. There are in total 2208 eddies identified, 70% of which are anticyclonic eddies. If the submesoscale eddies are eliminated, the other eddies in the NSCS will show a 1.2:1 ratio of the number of anticyclones (210) to the number of cyclones (171). The spatial distribution of the eddies is regional: in southwest of Taiwan, the number of anticyclones dominates the number of cyclones, and most of them are the submesoscale anticyclones with small radii; in contrast, the large and medium cyclonic eddies are a little more than the same scale anticyclonic eddies in northwest of Luzon. The temporal distribution of eddy number in the NSCS has a close relation with the Asian monsoon. The number of the large and medium eddies peaks during the winter monsoon, while the submesoscale eddies are apt to generate in the summer monsoon. The spatial and temporal patterns have a good agreement with the results of the sea surface height anomaly (SSHA). The maximum and mean tangential velocities of anticyclones (cyclones) are 40 (30) cm s 1 and 25 (15) cm s 1, respectively. The calculated normalized vorticities from drifters suggest that although the mesoscale eddies may be considered in geostrophic balance, ageostrophic dynamics and centrifugal effects may play an important role for the growth and decay of the mesoscale cores.

Abstract: The domestic enterprises began to face fiercer competition, which under the rapid development in the global economy today and the market increasingly competitive. During the government work report of 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang first proposed that encouraging people to start their own business and to make innovations, so that can be a new engine of economic development under the China’s New Normal. The leader of the economic reform is the micro, small and medium enterprises. In addition to the support of policy from the government for SMEs in financing, the SMEs should try to reduce the cost of capital by business management. The SMEs also need to create unique core competitiveness, in order to gain a foothold in the ever-changing global market. Outsourcing as one of the important means to reduce operating costs, has been adopted by more and more enterprises. As an auxiliary function of enterprise, financial outsourcing is beneficial to reduce the management cost and improve the efficiency of management. It can also help SMEs focus on the core competitiveness of ascension. When SMEs enjoy the benefits of such financial outsourcing, they are also associated with the risk of outsourcing. If the enterprise does not have a clear understanding and effective management with the outsourcing risk, it will lead to the enterprise cannot reach the purpose of outsourcing, also called the failure of outsourcing activities. Therefore, while the SMEs choose financial outsourcing, they must have the analysis and evaluation system of outsourcing risk. In this paper, based on the above analysis of the background, we study the risk of SMEs financial outsourcing. And after introducing the content and the status quo of financial outsourcing, we discuss the financial risk when the enterprise using financial outsourcing, and classify the risk, then measure the risk response, which in order to offer the decision-making basis for the successful implementation of financial outsourcing activities.

Financial risk is an objective phenomenon in economic activities. It has received extensive attention in theoretical and practical fields. For each company and operators in the market economy, the financial risk is an objective existence. The manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of China’s economic development, occupies a large proportion in China’s listed company. However because of the characteristics of its own manufacturing and the increasingly fierce market competition, some manufacturing listed companies went to bankruptcy because of financial risk crisis, so the research on manufacturing listed company financial risk has a very far-reaching significance. With the development of society, the financial risk is becoming more and more complex. This theory will combine research results and empirical analysis, define the concept of financial risk in manufacturing enterprises, use listed Chinese manufacturing companies as the research object, to analyze the cause of financial risk on the basis of reasoning analysis. This article aims to put forward measures to deal with financial risks, according to the Chinese manufacturing industry development situation, using both internal price control mechanism construction and financial risk management mechanism to protect the interests of stakeholders.
Construction of heteroduplex DNA andin vitro model for functional analysis of mismatch repair

Abstract: Functional deficiency of mismatch repair (MMR) system is one of the mechanisms of tumorigenesis. With the development of the investigation and the requirement from the clinical diagnosis and treatment it is necessary to build up a method to evaluate the functional status of the whole MMR system in the concerned tumors. The original ssDNA and dsDNA from wild type (wt) bacteriophage M13mp2 and its three derivates with mutation points in thelacZα gene have been used to construct two kinds of heteroduplex DNA molecules. One named del(2) has two bases deleted in the negative strand, the other has a G·G mismatch base pair in the negative strand too. Introducing this heteroduplex DNA intoE. coli NR9162 (mutS ) without the MMR ability on the indicator plate with x-gal and IPTG, there are three kinds of plaques, mixture plaque as the characteristic phenotype of heteroduplex DNA, blue and clear plaques. If the cell extract is mismatch repair competent the percentage of the mixture plaque will decrease after incubation with these heteroduplex DNA, the repair efficiency is expressed in percentage as 100× (1 minus the ratio of percentages of mixture plaque obtained from the extract-treated sample and untreated samples), which can imply the functional status of MMR system of certain samples. After large T-antigen-dependent SV-40 DNA replication assay cell extract from TK6, a human lymphoblastoid B-cell lymphoma cell line with MMR ability, and Lovo, a human colonic carcinoma cell line with MMR deficiency have incubated with these heteroduplex DNA. The repair efficiency of TK6 to del(2) is more than 60%, to G·G is more than 50%. The Lovo efficiency to del(2) is less than 10%, to G·G is less than 20%. Therefore, in thisin vitro model used for functional analysis of mismatch repair of heteroduplex DNA as the repair target, TK6 can serve as the control for MMR proficiency and Lovo as the control for MMR deficiency. Using this model the tumor tissue from a case of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (microsatellite instability high, MSI-H) was measured and lack of MMR ability was shown. And a case of sporadic rectal cancer (SRC) (microsatellite stability, MSS) maintains MMR proficiency. The results indicate that the model is sensitive and dependable. It could be used to measure the function status of MMR system in tumor cell and/or tissues. This is a reliable method to investigate the mechanic of tumorigenesis. It is meaningful in the observation of the role of MMR in the initiation and progression of concerned tumors.

Abstract: In the title compound, [CdCu2(C12H11N2O5)2(H2O)3]·2H2O, the CuII atoms are in a square plane of N2O2 atoms contributed by the tetradentate Schiff base trianion. The CuII atoms are coordinated by one phenolate O atom, one imine N atom, one amido N atom and one carboxylate O atom. The CdII atom is connected via the carboxylate groups, forming a heterotrinuclear CuII–CdII–CuII system. The CdII atom is seven-coordinate in a pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry with four O atoms from two carboxylate groups and three aqua ligands. The heterotrinuclear molecules are linked to the uncoordinated water molecules by O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional framework.
