Abstract: Autonomy and intervention are two terms of Political philosophy, and they have always been essentially located polar opposites of each other. But in medical practice, it is problematic to stress alone that either side. We should get rid of abstract liberal individual right thinking and reconsider the relationship between the patients and the physicians in all kinds of real situations. Only if we truly worship and praise for the life, including more moral and humanistic concern in abstract right discourse, the more elastic the ethical decision model will be aroused in current medical practice.

Abstract: Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is the core component of replication complex in eukaryote. As a processive factor of DNA polymerase delta, PCNA coordinates the replication process by interacting with various replication proteins. PCNA appears to play an essential role in many cell events, such as DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis, through the coordination or organization of different partners. PCNA is an essential factor in cell proliferation, and has clinical significance in tumor research. In this article we review the functional structure of PCNA, which acts as a function switch in different cell events.

Abstract: The generation of Chinese characters, evolution of Chinese characters and the general linkage between the elements of the historical field have constructed the giant discourse field of the Chinese character. The philosophical construction of discourse field of Chinese character provides a new solution for Chinese character research. This paper is based on the Chinese history and reality, beyond the traditional theory of knowledge platform to examine the key value of Chinese characters, revealing the critical points of Chinese characters formation, ideology and value orientation. The relationship between Chinese character formation and thinking, ideology, culture mode, and academic form in a certain historical context is the basis of reconstructing and locating the value of Chinese philosophy.
A Real Representation Method for Solving Yakubovich- -Conjugate Quaternion Matrix Equation

Abstract: A new approach is presented for obtaining the solutions to Yakubovich- -conjugate quaternion matrix equation based on the real representation of a quaternion matrix. Compared to the existing results, there are no requirements on the coefficient matrix . The closed form solution is established and the equivalent form of solution is given for this Yakubovich- -conjugate quaternion matrix equation. Moreover, the existence of solution to complex conjugate matrix equation is also characterized and the solution is derived in an explicit form by means of real representation of a complex matrix. Actually, Yakubovich-conjugate matrix equation over complex field is a special case of Yakubovich- -conjugate quaternion matrix equation . Numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed results. 1. Introduction The linear matrix equation , which is called the Kalman-Yakubovich matrix equation in [1], is closely related to many problems in conventional linear control systems theory, such as pole assignment design [2], Luenberger-type observer design [3, 4], and robust fault detection [5, 6]. In recent years, many studies have been reported on the solutions to many algebraic equations including quaternion matrix equations and nonlinear matrix equations. Yuan and Liao [7] investigated the least squares solution of the quaternion -conjugate matrix equation (where denotes the -conjugate of quaternion matrix ) with the least norm using the complex representation of quaternion matrix, the Kronecker product of matrices, and the Moore-Penrose generalized inverse. The authors in [8] considered the matrix nearness problem associated with the quaternion matrix equation by means of the CCD-Q, GSVD-Q, and the projection theorem in the finite dimensional inner product space. In addition, Song et al. [9, 10] established the explicit solutions to the quaternion -conjugate matrix equation , , but here the known quaternion matrix is a block diagonal form. Wang et al. in [11, 12] investigated Hermitian tridiagonal solutions and the minimal-norm solution with the least norm of quaternionic least squares problem in quaternionic quantum theory. Besides, in [13, 14], some solutions for the Kalman-Yakubovich equation are presented in terms of the coefficients of characteristic polynomial of matrix or the Leverrier algorithm. The existence of solution to the matrix equation , which, for convenience, is called the Kalman-Yakubovich-conjugate matrix equation, is established, and the explicit solution is derived. Identification and functional analysis of a CDE/CHR element in the POLD1 promoter

Abstract: DNA polymerase delta is encoded by the POLD1 gene, the transcription of which is strictly cell cycle-dependent. However, the means by which POLD1 transcription is regulated by the cell cycle mechanism is currently unknown. We discovered a novel element in the POLD1 promoter known as a CDE(cell cycle-dependent element)/CHR(cell cycle gene homology region) element. A series of luciferase reporter constructs containing various POLD1 promoter mutations were used to investigate the role of the CDE/CHR element in POLD1 transcription. When the CDE/CHR element was mutated, the promoter activity was up-regulated, and the cell-cycle related factors E2F1 and p21 stopped regulating the promoter. Furthermore, cell cycle-dependent changes in the promoter activity required the integrative CDE/CHR element. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) revealed the presence of at least three types of DNA/protein complexes binding to the CDE/CHR element. Our findings provide strong evidence that the CDE/CHR-like sequence is an active functional element in the POLD1 promoter, which is important for the cell cycle regulation of the POLD1 gene.

Abstract: An urban transit inquiry system is studied in this paper. Since the data are abundant, it is unfavorable to use conventional method. The concept of bus cluster is put forward to establish a network graph theory model by means of the "radiation" and "sweeps" methods. Therefore, an automatic inquiry system is developed based on the platform of the software Delphi and Object Pascal program. Through this inquiry system, the optimal route between any two transit stations can be quickly inquired in different needs. Consequently, the route selection problem is solved.

Abstract: In this study, we utilize the unascertained mathematics method to give the unascertained number of countermeasure of anti-terrorism strategic force deployment and unknown event. It has been defined the situation sets of force deployment, condition density and mathematical expectation of density model. It has been given the unascertained parameters Cij which decide and direct the force deployment. Find out the condition density matrix of force deployment, further get the conditional density of single target force deployment, using the maximum density mathematical expectation in order to get the optimal mathematical model of multiple target force deployment. Analyzing the coefficient of model and provide two kinds of discussed computing method. The model overcomes the limitation of past deterministic thinking method which study the force deployment and provide the decision maker a relative substantial theory evidence.
A Journey of Intercultural and Learning Adaptation: International Students' Learning Experiences at One Australian University

Abstract: This article focuses on the pervasive impact of culture on language and learning with the acknowledgment of individual differences. It explores international students complex cultural and learning adaptation processes with a case-study approach consisting of participant observation, a questionnaire and in-depth interviewing. My findings suggest that international students, especially those whose native languages are not English do face a broad range of difficulties with their learning, which implies a continuous demand of appropriate assistance from their host countries for their learning adaptations.
Culturally Inclusive Practice: A Case Study of an International Student Support Initiative at an Australian University

Abstract: This article explores from the students’ as well as the coordinator’s perspectives the effectiveness of an integrated culturally inclusive initiative in terms of facilitating international students’ adaptation. This initiative is a program that celebrates international students’ diverse learning cultures through sharing and understanding different cultural ways of learning. This study builds upon the extensive research conducted focusing on international students’ adaptation processes with a case-study approach consisting of participant observation, document analysis, questionnaire and in-depth interviewing. My findings support this initiative as a successful program providing support for international students. It is an effective practice for students, educators and policy makers in wider fields where intercultural dialogues are cherished.
