Case Analysis of the ZC Company’s AS Power Project Investment Decision-Making  [PDF]

Abstract: First, combined with relevant theories of modern investment decision-making, this paper took AS power engineering project of ZC Company for instance, analyzed objective function of power engineering investment structure in ZC Company. Second, this paper analyzed investment decision-making structure of AS power engineering project in ZC Company, and obtained specific results of investment decision-making, and the related results were verified. Through analysis and exploration, this paper has a scientific impact on ZC Company for the AS power project investment, while it’s hoped that it can play a role in electric power engineering projects of other companies in China. So it can better promote the development of electrical engineering investment in electrical industry.

Abstract: In the title compound, K[Co(CO3)2(C10H8N2)]·2H2O, the Co(III) atom is coordinated by two bipyridine N atoms and four O atoms from two bidentate chelating carbonate anions, and thus adopts a distorted octahedral N2O4 environment. The [Co(bipy)(CO3)2] (bipy is 2,2′-bipyridine) units are stacked along [100] via π–π stacking interactions, with interplanar distances between the bipyridine rings of 3.36 (4) and 3.44 (6) , forming chains. Classical O—H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions link the chains, forming channels along (100) in which the K+ ions reside and leading to a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.

Abstract: The title compound, [Ni(C8H3NO6)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], contains an NiII ion, a 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) ligand, a 4-carboxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (Hptc2 ) anion and a coordinated water molecule. The NiII atom exhibits a distorted octahedral N3O3 environment. O—H...O hydrogen bonding between coordinated water and carboxylate O atoms, as well as π–π stacking interactions [interplanar distances between phen rings = 3.293 (2) ] lead to a supermolecular assembly.

Abstract: The problems of Chinese rural drinking water have existed for a long time and are deteriorating. Determining the price of rural drinking water is beneficial for solving these problems to some extent. Therefore, this article makes appropriate study on rural drinking water option and its pricing model. Based on the theories of options and water option, we make description on the connotation of rural drinking water option and its trading principle as well as main entities. In addition, on the basis of traditional Black-Scholes option pricing model and the actual situation of rural drinking water, we construct rural drinking water option pricing model from different aspects. With the guiding price of rural drinking water option, it can realize the optimum allocation of rural drinking water resource on the market.
Multi-focus Image Fusion Scheme Based on Wavelet Contrast

Abstract: The vision system of human being is sensitive to local contrast. If the wavelet transform and directional contrast are put together, the effect of image fusion may be better. This paper puts forward a new multi-focus image fusion scheme based on wavelet directional contrast after researching the directional contrast. First, the input multi-focus images are decomposed by wavelet transform. Second, the high frequency neighborhood and low frequency neighborhood are ratioed on each disaggregatire layer of each image. Low frequency of this decomposition is obtained by two-dimensional discrete wavelet inverse transform of last decomposition's low frequency and high frequency. The bigger ratio one corresponding high frequency wavelet coefficient is taken to corresponding wavelet coefficient. Then two-dimensional discrete wavelet inverse transform of high frequency and low frequency from the maximum decomposition to minimum decomposition is calculated. The fusion image is acquived at last. The neighborhood relativity of pixel is taken into account, the error in selecting pixels is reduced. Experiments show that this scheme is improved than the multi-focus image scheme calculating the wavelet directional contrast of each pixel.

The aim of this paper is to research the establishment of Chinese rural drinking water market. On the basis of prior research on rural drinking water and water market, we study the market establishment and analyze trading elements, procedure and modes of Chinese rural drinking water market. Then we explore the operating mechanism of the market, such as the supply and demand mechanism, the price mechanism, the competition mechanism and the support mechanism. This study will conduce to the optimization of the allocation of water resources.

Abstract: he moral graph of Bayesian network is a kind of Markov network. It is a powerful tool in analyzing dependent relationship, reasoning and predicting between variables. Bayesian networks have close relationship with moral graphs,proposed the constructing methods of moral graphs based on the Bayesian networks theory, the experiment indicates this method can obviously raise the moral graphs study efficiency and the reliability, the method is also fit to build multivariable sparse moral graphs.

Abstract: This paper analyzed representative Bayesian classifiers, gave concept and estimating methods of prediction ability between variables, presented a new learning method of the Bayesian network classifier based prediction ability, finished experiment by data from UCI. Experimental results show that the structure of the Bayesian network classifier learned by this method is simpler and has better classifying ability.

Abstract: Because of the too small damage strain of brittle materials such as rock, ceramic or concrete, the specimen always breaks during the initial rising slope or oscillatory part of loading waves, and this makes it impossible to obtain their absolute properties under high stain rate by conventional Hopkinson pressure bar technique. An novel experimental method, pre-gap method, presented here can make the incident wave have no initial rising slope and less oscillation, which can diminish the errors effectively in test results caused by wave dispersion. In addition, this method can also make the strain rate history even more constant, as the specimen avoids being compressed under the unstable rising slope of loading waves. Therefore, this pre-gap method can not only improve the accuracy of test results, but also afford a special and feasible way to perform high strain rate tests on brittle materials by Hopkinson pressure bar.
