Study on Chinese Rural Drinking Water Option and Its Pricing  [PDF]

Abstract: The problems of Chinese rural drinking water have existed for a long time and are deteriorating. Determining the price of rural drinking water is beneficial for solving these problems to some extent. Therefore, this article makes appropriate study on rural drinking water option and its pricing model. Based on the theories of options and water option, we make description on the connotation of rural drinking water option and its trading principle as well as main entities. In addition, on the basis of traditional Black-Scholes option pricing model and the actual situation of rural drinking water, we construct rural drinking water option pricing model from different aspects. With the guiding price of rural drinking water option, it can realize the optimum allocation of rural drinking water resource on the market.

The aim of this paper is to research the establishment of Chinese rural drinking water market. On the basis of prior research on rural drinking water and water market, we study the market establishment and analyze trading elements, procedure and modes of Chinese rural drinking water market. Then we explore the operating mechanism of the market, such as the supply and demand mechanism, the price mechanism, the competition mechanism and the support mechanism. This study will conduce to the optimization of the allocation of water resources.

Abstract: First, combined with relevant theories of modern investment decision-making, this paper took AS power engineering project of ZC Company for instance, analyzed objective function of power engineering investment structure in ZC Company. Second, this paper analyzed investment decision-making structure of AS power engineering project in ZC Company, and obtained specific results of investment decision-making, and the related results were verified. Through analysis and exploration, this paper has a scientific impact on ZC Company for the AS power project investment, while it’s hoped that it can play a role in electric power engineering projects of other companies in China. So it can better promote the development of electrical engineering investment in electrical industry.

Abstract: In the title compound, K[Co(CO3)2(C10H8N2)]·2H2O, the Co(III) atom is coordinated by two bipyridine N atoms and four O atoms from two bidentate chelating carbonate anions, and thus adopts a distorted octahedral N2O4 environment. The [Co(bipy)(CO3)2] (bipy is 2,2′-bipyridine) units are stacked along [100] via π–π stacking interactions, with interplanar distances between the bipyridine rings of 3.36 (4) and 3.44 (6) , forming chains. Classical O—H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions link the chains, forming channels along (100) in which the K+ ions reside and leading to a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.

Abstract: The title compound, [Ni(C8H3NO6)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], contains an NiII ion, a 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) ligand, a 4-carboxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (Hptc2 ) anion and a coordinated water molecule. The NiII atom exhibits a distorted octahedral N3O3 environment. O—H...O hydrogen bonding between coordinated water and carboxylate O atoms, as well as π–π stacking interactions [interplanar distances between phen rings = 3.293 (2) ] lead to a supermolecular assembly.

Segmentation of Fingerprint Image Based on Automatic-parameter Normalization

Abstract: A combined method to segment fingerprint images,based on automatic-parameter normalization,is presented in this paper.Taking directional field and gray variance information in the fingerprint image into account,the method holds an efficient and robust feature.Compared with fixed-parameter normalization in former segmentation methods,the automatic-parameter normalization presented in this paper can normalize the fingerprint image to a maximum extent while not deteriorating any local image feature.
The Simulation of Extraterrestrial Solar Radiation Based on SOTER in Zhangpu Sample Plot and Fujian Province

Abstract: The study establishes DEMs and the computer models of daily extraterrestrial radiation in Zhangpu sample plot and Fujian province and annually extraterrestrial radiation in Fujian province using GIS base on SOTER. The results indicate that the daily extraterrestrial radiation is mainly 17-18MJ/m2 in Zhangpu, the one is mainly 14-18MJ/m2 and the annually extraterrestrial radiation is mainly 5000~7000MJ/m2 in Fujian province. The influence of topographic feature is significant, in general the solar radiation in the chine is bigger than the one in the valley, and the one in the sunny slope is bigger than in the shady slope, the high radiation value appears primarily in the sunny slope with the chine as demarcation line. The method can extract daily and annually extraterrestrial radiation with high precision and speediness at small and moderate scales which don’t take cloud into consideration. The orientation of future research is to improve precision by RS images and combine with SOTER.
The predictive value of histological tumor regression grading (TRG) for therapeutic evaluation in locally advanced esophageal carcinoma treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Abstract: Response criteria remain controversial in therapeutic evaluation for locally advanced esophageal carcinoma treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. We aimed to identify the predictive value of tumor regression grading (TRG) in tumor response and prognosis. Fifty-two patients who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by esophagectomy and radical 2-field lymphadenectomy between June 2007 and June 2011 were included in this study. All tissue specimens were reassessed according to the TRG scale. Potential prognostic factors, including clinicopathologic factors, were evaluated. Survival curves were generated by using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared with the log-rank test. Prognostic factors were determined with multivariate analysis by using the Cox regression model. Our results showed that of 52 cases, 43 (83%) were squamous cell carcinoma and 9 (17%) were adenocarcinoma. TRG was correlated with pathologic T(P = 0.006) and N (P < 0.001) categories. Median overall survival for the entire cohort was 33 months. The 1- and 2-year overall survival rates were 71% and 44%, respectively. Univariate survival analysis results showed that favorable prognostic factors were histological subtype (P = 0.003), pathologic T category (P = 0.026), pathologic N category (P < 0.001), and TRG G0 (P = 0.041). Multivariate analyses identified pathologic N category (P < 0.001) as a significant independent prognostic parameter. Our results indicate that histomorphologic TRG can be considered as an alternative option to predict the therapeutic efficacy and prognostic factor for patients with locally advanced esophageal carcinoma treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
