Abstract: With the development of mobile network technology, mobile Web services have also been more and more attention, but standard Web protocols are not applicable in a mobile environment, so people began to design more efficient, compact and consume less mobile Web services protocol. In the course of research services protocol, a convenient and practical evaluation system will undoubtedly bring great help for the protocol, the paper design of mobile service evaluation system using a graphical way to display a variety of mobile services in the overhead data, system design a lightweight service protocol, and the protocol by the system for evaluation compared with a standard Web.
Effects of Xinfeng Capsule on behaviors and myocardial ultrastructure in adjuvant arthritis rats

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of Xinfeng Capsule (XFC), a compound Chinese herbal medicine, on behaviors and myocardial ultrastructure in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats.Methods: Fifty-five rats were randomly divided into normal control group, untreated group, methotrexate (MTX) group, Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablet (TGT) group and XFC group. There were 11 rats in each group. Except for those in the normal control group, the rats in the other groups were all intracutaneously given 0.1 ml Freund's complete adjuvant in the right hind limb. Changes of behaviors and myocardial ultrastructure of the rats in different groups were observed.Results: Voix pedis' swelling and arthritis index in XFC, MTX and TPT groups were all obviously improved as compared with the untreated group. After XFC treatment, the autonomic activities were obviously increased, number of errors in exercise period and test period were obviously decreased, step-down latency (SDL) was lengthened and escape latency (EL) was shortened. Overall structure of myocardial myofibril and the majority of cristae was intact in XFC group. The effects of XFC in improving the behaviors and myocardial ultrastructure were better than those of MTX and TPT.Conclusion: Changes of behaviour and myocardial ultrastructure of AA rats can be observed. XFC can improve the myocardial ultrastructure of AA rats as well as their behaviors.
Effects of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen to resolve dampness and dredging collaterals on patients with rheumatoid arthritis and anemia

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Xinfeng Capsules (XFC), a traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the spleen to resolve dampness and dredging collaterals, on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and anemia, and to investigate its mechanism. Methods: Forty patients with RA and anemia were divided into three groups: XFC-treated group (n=20), Tripterygium glycosides Tablets (TGT)-treated group (n=10) and methotrexate (MTX)-treated group (n=10). The patients in each group took corresponding medicine for three months. The response rates of the three groups were evaluated after treatment. The general symptoms and specific signs and symptoms of RA were observed before and after the treatment. The indexes of blood routine examination and some other laboratory indexes such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and blood levels of rheumatoid factor (RF), iron, C-reaction protein (CRP), immunoglobins (Ig), complements 3 and 4, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and erythropoietin (EPO) were all examined and compared before and after treatment. Results: The total response rate in the XFC-treated group was similar to those both in the TGT-treated and MTX-treated groups. The effects on relieving specific symptoms of RA in the three groups were also similar. The ESR and serum levels of RF, CRP, IgG, IgA and IgM were all decreased after treatment as compared with those before treatment in the three groups, and there were no significant differences among those laboratory indexes in the three groups after treatment. The XFC displayed more obvious effects on improving the general symptoms of patients with RA and anemia, increasing the blood levels of hemoglobin, iron and IL-10, while decreasing the serum level of TNF-α and regulating the serum EPO level, as compared with those in the TGT-treated and MTX-treated groups. Conclusion: The XFC for invigorating the spleen to resolve dampness and dredging collaterals was developed on the basic principle of regulating spleen.It can obviously improve the symptoms and laboratory indicators of RA. Such effects may be related to maintaining the balance of cytokines, regulating the serum level of EPO and increasing the serum iron level in patients with RA and anemia.

Application of bond valence method in the non-isovalent semiconductor alloy (GaN)$_{1-x}$(ZnO)$_x$

Abstract: This paper studies the bond valence method (BVM) and its application in the non-isovalent semiconductor alloy (GaN)$_{1-x}$(ZnO)$_{x}$. Particular attention is paid to the role of short-range order (SRO). A physical interpretation based on atomic orbital interaction is proposed and examined by density-functional theory (DFT) calculations. Combining BVM with Monte-Carlo simulations and a DFT-based cluster expansion model, bond-length distributions and bond-angle variations are predicted. The correlation between bond valence and bond stiffness is revealed. Finally the concept of bond valence is extended into the modelling of an atomistic potential.
Temperature and composition dependence of the band gaps of Ga$_{1-x}$In$_x$N alloy: a first-principles study based on the virtual crystal approximation

Abstract: We report on the structural, electronic and vibrational properties of the Ga$_{1-x}$In$_x$N alloy using virtual crystal approximation (VCA) from first-principles. A band gap bowing parameter of 3.85 eV is obtained with the TB09 functional. Phonon density of states shifts to lower frequency as the In content is increased. However, VCA ignores disorder effect and is therefore unable to describe the broadening of the phonon spectra upon alloying. The role of electron-phonon interaction in the temperature dependence of the band gap is also studied for GaN, InN and their alloy Ga$_{1-x}$In$_x$N. The calculated zero-point motion renormalization and the fitted Varshni parameter over the entire composition range are discussed.
Local existence of solution to free boundary value problem for compressible Navier-Stokes equations

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the free boundary value problem for multi-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with density-dependent viscosity where the flow density vanishes continuously across the free boundary. A local (in time) existence of weak solution is established, in particular, the density is positive and the solution is regular away from the free boundary.

Abstract: This paper gives a general introduction of HIV/AIDS treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China during the past 20 years. Although the role of TCM in treatment of HIV/AIDS is promising, there is still a long way to go.
