Educa??o no trabalho na aten??o primária à saúde: interfaces entre a educa??o permanente em saúde e o agir comunicativo

Abstract: health work and work education are a double dimension - instrumental action and intersubjectivity. objective: to analyze the conceptions of education that support educational activities of health care workers in primary health care. method: this qualitative study was conducted in two primary health care units (phcu) in s?o paulo, through semi-structured interviews with 36 key informants representing each professional category, including managers and health care workers. data were analyzed based on thematic content analysis and on the theoretical framework: the healthcare work process, theory of communicative action, continuing education (ce), permanent education in health (peh) and integrality (comprehensive approach), which allowed the construction of the empirical categories: instrumental/traditional education and communicative/emancipatory education. results: the results show the prevailing notion of work education as a collective construction of knowledge from the reality of work, relevant to the peh that is intended to be introduced in order to change the practices and the biomedical health care model. however, some interviewed subjects expressed an instrumental conception of education that emphasizes technical actions and knowledge updating, which is closer to ce. conclusion: results show the coexistence of the two conceptions of workers' education: instrumental and communicative, with the predominance of the second one, which shows the reach of the peh policy among the health workers of phcu and the need for deepening the discussion to consolidate educational practice in daily work.

Abstract: No desenvolvimento das a es de capacita o técnico-política dos trabalhadores alguns entraves precisam ser superados para implementar propostas de educa o permanente nos servi os de saúde. Muitas vezes os cursos, treinamentos e outras modalidades de educa o ocorrem desarticulados do contexto dos servi os e nem sempre respondem às necessidades dos gestores e trabalhadores. Objetivamos neste estudo analisar o impacto das a es de capacita o, forma o e educa o permanente dos trabalhadores da Aten o Básica de Saúde do município de S o Carlos/SP, a partir de 2003. Pesquisa qualitativa analítica desenvolvida por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com 14 gestores e 24 trabalhadores de saúde. A técnica de análise categorial temática subsidiada na Teoria das Representa es Sociais foi utilizada para análise dos dados. Para este grupo de trabalhadores de saúde, a Representa o Social de capacita o consiste em um processo de aprimoramento técnico-profissional que necessita ser (des)construído para transformar as práticas. é necessário que as propostas de capacita o sejam contextualizadas na realidade do trabalho em saúde e contempladas numa política de valoriza o ao trabalhador. A educa o permanente abrange estes aspectos, podendo ser uma estratégia de transforma o da educa o em servi o.

Abstract: Novas Tecnologias da Informa o/Comunica o oferecem a op o do uso do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA), o qual possibilita maior interatividade no cotidiano do ensino de enfermagem instigando os educadores a repensarem suas práticas pedagógicas. O objetivo deste estudo foi relatar a experiência do emprego do ambiente virtual no ensino de enfermagem na perspectiva dos estudantes. A disciplina "Educa o em Enfermagem: Tendências e Desafios" foi ministrada a 78 estudantes do 4o semestre do Curso de Gradua o em Enfermagem, dos quais 48 responderam um questionário com quest es fechadas e, dentre estes, 33 responderam uma quest o aberta sobre o uso do AVA. Os alunos consideraram o AVA uma ferramenta facilitadora da aprendizagem, do processo de constru o do conhecimento e intera o entre alunos, professores e tutores enriquecendo, assim, o compartilhamento de idéias e permitindo uma aprendizagem significativa e colaborativa. O estudo revelou a necessidade de potencializa o do uso de AVA no ensino de gradua o em enfermagem. Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información / Comunicación ofrecen la opción de usar un entorno de aprendizaje virtual (VLE), lo que permite una mayor interactividad en la educación de enfermería diario instando a los educadores a modificar sus sistemas de ense anza. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar la experiencia en el uso de entornos virtuales en la educación de enfermería desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes. La disciplina "Educación de Enfermería: Tendencias y Desafíos" fue ofrecida a 78 alumnos del 4o semestre de pregrado en enfermería, de los cuales 48 respondieron un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas y, entre ellos, 33 respondieron una pregunta abierta sobre el uso de AVA. Los estudiantes consideran el AVA una herramienta facilitadora del aprendizaje, el proceso de construcción del conocimiento y la interacción entre los estudiantes, los profesores y tutores enriqueciendo así el intercambio de ideas y permitir un aprendizaje significativo y colaborativo. Abstract: the objective of this study was to analyze the educational activity practices among healthcare workers in primary healthcare units (phus) according to the concepts of permanent healthcare education (eps) and continuing education (ce), healthcare and nursing work processes, teamwork and comprehensiveness. this was a cross-sectional study conducted in 10 phus in the municipality of s?o paulo, through structured interviews with 110 key informants who represented all professional categories and teams at the phus. the interviews covered educational activities developed in 2005. the information was classified according to operational categories for each study variable, based on the theoretical framework. the workers reported 396 educational activities that demonstrated the complementary nature of the concepts of cfhe and ce. in accordance with the perspectives of the brazilian unified health system (sus) and the transformation of healthcare practices, there is a need to expand the debate relating to cfhe as public policy.

Abstract: study on the contribution of the managerial action for the promotion of inter-professional practice. it is a qualitative research carried out in 21 public health services facilities in a region of s?o paulo, using data from semi-structured interview with 21 managers (directors) and the technique of theme analysis was used. as a result, in order to promote team work, managers use tools such as: communication, construction of commitment on the part of teams and workers in relation to the institutional project, stimulus to team autonomy, definition of responsibilities and accountability, promotion of institutional culture change and external supervision. the conclusion is that the tool of communication and others, whenever applied to the promotion of team work, are work-oriented, that is, oriented to efficient and effective care to the health needs of the users.

Abstract: the objectives of this descriptive exploratory study were to identify, characterize and analyze educational activities developed with health professionals based on integrality, teamwork and permanent education. data collection was carried out in three hospitals of the city of s?o paulo, by means of key-informant interviews, representing all the professional categories. interviews were recorded and transcribed, information was systematized into operational categories and storage in data bank. the results showed that educational activities aiming actions to recover health with the assistance of professionals of specific areas, revealed a distance from the integrality conception and team work. it was concluded that actions aiming education of health professionals emphasizes the individual clinical model, with fragmented actions of professional categories. so, we suggest reconsidering the integrated strategies of knowledge to promote integrality of hospital attention.

Abstract: the objective of this study was to analyze the learning evaluation process of nursing staff training programs, regarding its effectiveness and instrument validity. this is an empirical study whose findings support theoretical formulations for the construction of an evaluation methodology. the analysis consisted of learning evaluations related to six training programs, totaling 993 evaluations. the results of these six training programs showed the need to propose an evaluation methodology, defining criteria, instruments and indicators for this purpose. furthermore, it is important to improve the diagnosis process on training needs and teaching strategies.

Abstract: This paper starts by mapping the relationship between the mass media and the health sector, after which the role that the mass media play and the information they divulge is discussed and the information they convey, using as an example the framework of change and overall convergence of the health systems in Continental and Southern Europe. Thereafter the implications information may have and the role that it plays in affecting public trust in the public health sector and in the implementation of new policies, and their political legitimacy is analysed.
