M2ASR: new multi-path mutual anonymous source routing protocol

Abstract: To solve the security and efficiency issues of mobile Ad hoc networks, this paper presented an efficient multi-path mutual anonymous source routing M2ASR which originated from the protocol DSR and provided anonymity by modifying the work flow of routing discovery of protocol DSR and adopting label switches like what used in MPLS, so multi-path anonymous routing can be used in large-scale wireless networks. Meanwhile, combined with node forwarding and multi-path, the algorithm IDA was used in the protocol for the first time so the communication efficiency of Ad hoc networks was greatly enhanced and it is showed by theoretical analysis and simulation.
Research and application of bounded rationality model used in game intelligent decision-making

Abstract: This article presented a novel game intelligent decision-making method to make game NPC(non-player character) learn and simulate strategies and behavioral pattern which the players used in the video game. This method improved the model-based method, and introduced the bounded rationality model of the behavioural decision theory as the basic decision-making model. So that it would drawback the problems confronted with the past methods in the perception and decision-making process from two aspects-bounded rationality and satisfactory criterion, which was the core of the bounded rationality model. Finally, the advantages of this method were verified by the experiments on the platform of Starcraft.

Abstract: The development of the object-oriented paradigm has suffered from the lackof any generally accepted formal foundations for its semantic definition. Toaddress this issue, we propose the development of the logic-based semantics ofthe object-oriented paradigm. By combining the logic- with the object-orientedparadigm of computing first, this paper discusses formally the semantics of aquite purely object-oriented logic paradigm in terms of proof theory modeltheory and Aspoint theory from the viewpoint of logic. The operational anddeclarative semantics is given. And then the correspondence between soundnessand completeness has been discussed formally.
Revisiting the Meaning of Requirements

Abstract: Understanding the meaning of requirements can help elicit the real world requirements and refine their specifications. But what do the requirements of a desired software mean is not a well-explained question yet though there are many software development methods available. This paper suggests that the meaning of requirements could be depicted by the will-to-be environments of the desired software, and the optative interactions of the software with its environments as well as the causal relationships among these interactions. This paper also emphasizes the necessity of distinguishing the external manifestation from the internal structure of each system component during the process of requirements decomposition and refinement. Several decomposition strategies have been given to support the continuous decomposition. The external manifestation and the internal structure of the system component have been defined. The roles of the knowledge about the environments have been explicitly described. A simple but meaningful example embedded in the paper illustrates the main ideas as well as how to conduct the requirements decomposition and refinement by using these proposed strategies.

Abstract: It is reputed that “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration”, but it can also be noted that “sometimes, 1% inspiration is more important than 99% perspiration.” As this 1% is so important, can it be understood, and even learned? If so, how can cognition be used to enlighten a scientist's inspiration (creative thinking)? Both questions are considered on the basis of cognitive theory in the paper. We illustrate our ideas with examples from computer science.

Review on the study of entanglement in quantum computation speedup

Abstract: The role the quantum entanglement plays in quantum computation speedup has been widely disputed. Some believe that quantum computation’s speedup over classical computation is impossible if entanglement is absent, while others claim that the presence of entanglement is not a necessary condition for some quantum algorithms. This paper discusses this problem systematically. Simulating quantum computation with classical resources is analyzed and entanglement in known algorithms is reviewed. It is concluded that the presence of entanglement is a necessary but not sufficient condition in the pure state or pseudo-pure state quantum computation speedup. The case with the mixed state remains open. Further work on quantum computation will benefit from the presented results.
Problems in establishing clinical guideline for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Abstract: ABSTRACT: A good clinical guideline for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (ITCWM) should be established by multi-subject specialists, including clinical expert of ITCWM, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and medical staff from different levels of health care organization, clinical and preclinical medicine researcher, statistician, clinical epidemiologist and economist, medical decision-maker and administrative expert. Establishment of guideline should be abided by the following scientific procedure: association of ITCWM (AITCWM) or the branch of AITCWM decides the subject of clinical guideline, set up a team of special subject of clinical guideline (or decided by research project), evaluate literature systematically, prepare a draft manuscript, consult and appraise it in the same occupation, announce the content in the academic circle, collect feedback opinions and proposals and then make analysis, modify the clinical guideline, publish the clinical guideline, apply the clinical guideline, collect and appraise feedback opinions and proposals, modify and consummate the clinical guideline. In order to supply and consummate original guideline, scientific and renewed evidence should be emphasized on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The author also suggested insistence on the combination of disease and syndrome, syndrome being governed by disease, standardization of syndrome type, establishment of reasonable amount of syndrome types, standard and method of modifying the treatment. The user of guideline should pay attention to both the principle and flexibility, and the author stressed that guideline was just a diagnosis and treatment reference to clinician, which should be used flexibly and not be imitated mechanically in practical application. The practicability of guideline should be pay attention to so that the clinician can apply and manipulate the guideline easily. Meanwhile, the group of guideline establishment has an obligation to train medical staff and to promote the practice of clinical guideline. Only in this way, the authority, standardization and applicability of clinical guideline on ITCWM can be ensured, and then the expected purpose of clinical guideline establishment can be attained.
A Finite Element Method With Singularity Reconstruction for Fractional Boundary Value Problems

Abstract: We consider a two-point boundary value problem involving a Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative of order $\al\in (1,2)$ in the leading term on the unit interval $(0,1)$. Generally the standard Galerkin finite element method can only give a low-order convergence even if the source term is very smooth due to the presence of the singularity term $x^{\al-1}$ in the solution representation. In order to enhance the convergence, we develop a simple singularity reconstruction strategy by splitting the solution into a singular part and a regular part, where the former captures explicitly the singularity. We derive a new variational formulation for the regular part, and establish that the Galerkin approximation of the regular part can achieve a better convergence order in the $L^2(0,1)$, $H^{\al/2}(0,1)$ and $L^\infty(0,1)$-norms than the standard Galerkin approach, with a convergence rate for the recovered singularity strength identical with the $L^2(0,1)$ error estimate. The reconstruction approach is very flexible in handling explicit singularity, and it is further extended to the case of a Neumann type boundary condition on the left end point, which involves a strong singularity $x^{\al-2}$. Extensive numerical results confirm the theoretical study and efficiency of the proposed approach.
