Abstract: Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) is the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standard for IP telephony,and it has a promising applied prospect.In this work,the security authentication mechanism used by SIP is described.Moreover an experimental performance analysis of the SIP security mechanisms is provided,which based on the open source Java implementation of a SIP proxy server.
Efficient induction of CD25- iTreg by co-immunization requires strongly antigenic epitopes for T cells

Abstract: In the present study, we demonstrated the requirement of highly antigenic epitopes for CD25- iTreg induction. Firstly, we showed that the induction of CD25- iTreg by tolerogenic DC can be blocked by anti-MHC-II antibody. Next, both the number and the suppressive activity of CD25- iTreg correlated positively with the overt antigenicity of an epitope to activate T cells. Finally, in a mouse model of dermatitis, highly antigenic epitopes derived from a flea allergen not only induced more CD25- iTreg, but also more effectively prevented allergenic reaction to the allergen than did weakly antigenic epitopes.Our data thus indicate that efficient induction of CD25- iTreg requires highly antigenic peptide epitopes. This finding suggests that highly antigenic epitopes should be used for efficient induction of CD25- iTreg for clinical applications such as flea allergic dermatitis.The inducible regulatory T cells, or iTreg, differ from the naturally regulatory T cells (nTreg) in that the former are generated in the periphery through encounter with environmental antigens. It is also believed that iTreg play non-overlapping roles, relative to nTreg, in regulating peripheral tolerance [1-3]. Most iTreg reported to date have been CD25+ cells (CD4+CD25+Foxp3+), and it is well established that their induction requires suboptimal stimulation of the T cell receptor (TCR) and cytokines TGF-β and IL-2 [3]. The CD25+ iTreg thus appear to derive primarily from weakly stimulated CD4+ T cells.We previously identified a different subset of iTreg in mice that is CD25- (CD4+CD25-Foxp3+ and IL-10+TGF-beta+IFN-γ-). The CD25- iTreg were induced after co-immunization using a protein antigen and a DNA vaccine encoding the same antigen [4-7]. Unlike that of the CD25+ iTreg, the induction of the CD25- iTreg involved the generation of CD40low IL-10high tolerogenic dendritic cells (DCs), which in turn stimulated CD25- iTreg in an antigen-specific manner [4]. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to consider crime prevention measures in ethnic areas focusing on Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) by an analysis of crime data and field survey. In this study, it was found that the main type of foreign crime that occurred in the research area was violence, and crimes committed by Koreans, which were mainly violence and crimes such as burglary, theft, robbery, and sexual offences, occurred steadily. Because it was found that crimes were related to the urban planning elements comprised of land use such as traditional market, inn, pub, and complicated space structure and the architectural design for natural surveillance and security facilities such as CCTV, lighting, alarm, and target hardening device, a new strategy for crime prevention design should include street environmental management, improvement of commercial facilities, and reinforcement security device of each buildings has to be spread through support of policy. In conclusion it was thought that CPTED would be a valuable measure to prevention crime and support community activities in ethnic area as expecting an improvement of physical environment and resident participatory for safer community.

Abstract:
The plastic cement belongs to a sort of polymer material, the chemical composition is very complex, and the plastic cement work-piece is generally manufactured by die press forming. Aimed at being difficult to control in parameters of forming process, the paper explored the humanoid based intelligence control strategy. In the paper, it made the anatomy in control puzzle resulted in uncertainty such as chemical component of plastic cement etc., summarized up the characteristic of cybernetics in forming process, researched on the humanoid based intelligence control strategy, and constructed the control algorithm of forming process in plastic cement work-piece. Taking the process experiment of temperature and pressure control as an example, it validated the good dynamic and static control quality through simulation of control algorithm constructed in this paper. The experimental results show that the control algorithm explored in this paper is reasonably available.

Abstract: 利用协调发展模型和剪刀差方法,对1986—2004年间吉林省西部生态支撑能力[F(x)]和社会经济[F(y)]的耦合关系进行了分析.结果表明:研究期间,吉林省西部F(x)呈先下降后略有上升的趋势,而F(y)总体呈指数形式增长;受自然和人为因素影响,F(x)和F(y)具有明显的脆弱性;F(x)和F(y)的剪刀差α从1986年的4.93°下降到1996年的0.28°,后又上升至2004年的12.30°;1995—2004年间,吉林省西部由以损害F(x)促进F(y)发展的状态正逐渐向两者协调发展状态过渡,F(x)和F(y)的耦合协调度由轻度或濒临失调衰退类型转变为勉强或初级协调类型,但这种刚发展起来的初级协调状态仍存在较大的不稳定性;1995年后,α增长较快且协调度C波动强烈F(x)和F(y)冲突较强烈,研究区处于生态环境问题的多发期;相比单一的协调发展模型,与剪刀差方法结合可从发展状态和演变速率2个角度来表征F(x)和F(y)的相互作用,它既能反映两者发展的均衡程度又能反映两者的冲突强度,可更加全面和深入地探讨生态支撑能力和社会经济发展的耦合关系.
Construction of Risk Prediction Model for Alzheimer’s Disease Based on Meta-Analysis  [PDF]

Abstract:
Objective: Construction of risk prediction model for Alzheimer’s disease based on Meta-analysis. Method: Documenting such as CNKI, WanFang database and VIP database, which were published in China from 2010 to 2018 and had data on risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. Meta-analysis of standards compliant literature using RevMan5.3 software and then combine the results to obtain a comprehensive risk for each risk factor, the risk prediction model is established based on the natural logarithmic trans-formation value of the comprehensive risk. Result: A total of 28 articles were included in the literature. There are 7 risk factors entering the model through data screening and they were family history of dementia, ApoE, education level, brain trauma, drinking history, family history of dementia and gender and smoking history, a total of 2,229,980 patients were included. Conclusion: Ultimately the model will be used to effectively control risk factors and slow the progression of the disease.

Abstract:

Korea has adopted Environmental Impact Assessment (hereafter “EIA”) system for more than 3 decades. There are 74 big projects subject to EIA according to (Environmental Impact Assessment Law (No. 10892). For thermal power plant of which output is more than 10 MW, EIA must be done by proponents. To assess impact on atmospheric environment, proponents utilize air dispersion models and to minimize the adverse impact on air quality, state-of-the-art add-on control technology is applied.

Neural Network Sliding Mode based Current Decoupled Control for Induction Motor Drive

Abstract: This study deals with the problem of stator currents coupling effect in induction motor drives. In field oriented control, d-axis stator current and q-axis stator current should be regulated independently. However, the stator currents in d-q synchronously rotating reference frame are not naturally decoupled, therefore, a new control scheme for current control is proposed that utilizes Sliding Mode Control (SMC) and Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) to achieve the decoupling without considerable chattering. In this control strategy, a RBFNN controller replaces the discontinuous part of the sliding mode controller to eliminate undesired chattering of conventional sliding mode controller. The decoupling method in this study uses two RBFNN sliding mode controllers to regulate d-axis stator current and q-axis stator current, respectively. Finally, simulation results of the proposed scheme have presented perfect performances, such as perfect decoupling, strong robustness and reduced chattering, in comparison with proportional-integral controller and sliding mode controller.

Abstract: We investigate non-contraction of large perturbations around intermediate entropic shock waves and contact discontinuities for the three-dimensional planar compressible isentropic magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). To do that, we take advantage of criteria developed by Kang and Vasseur in [6], and non-contraction property is measured by pseudo distance based on relative entropy.
