Abstract: In order to solve the data surge brought by largescale increasing of mobile de-vices, Massive MIMO ultra dense networking can greatly improve the system spectral efficiency and energy efficiency. It plays an important role in coping with the exponential growth of the business, but also brought big problems and challenges. For heterogeneous ultra dense networks, both macro and femto users are facing with both the cross-layer interference and co-layer in-terference. The precoding technology studied in this paper resolves the cross-layer interference and co-layer interference for macro users and femto users, and lays a theoretical foundation for the deployment of heterogeneous and ultra dense networks.

The author feels that methodology has been the most remarkable and important research for English educators to explore. The purpose is to call English educators’ attention on the present teaching status and also, the developing tendency of English teaching methodology. This paper will be helpful for teachers of English to know the trends of teaching methods in the field of TEFL and blaze out new teaching reforms and innovations.

Abstract: The seed size, seed mass, and growth rate of transgenic Arabidopsis plants containing PgTIP1, a ginseng tonoplast aquaporin gene, are significantly higher than those of wild-type Arabidopsis plants. Whole genome expression and bioinformatics analysis, including analysis of co-expression networks and transcription factors (Tfscan), were used to determine the key genes that are activated after the expression of PgTIP1 and the transcription factors that play important roles in the regulation of the genes controlling growth of Arabidopsis thaliana seeds by using transgenic Arabidopsis plants containing PgTIP1. Differential gene analysis showed that transformation of exogenous PgTIP1 to Arabidopsis induced endogenous gene expression changes. Analysis of gene co-expression networks revealed 2 genes, PIP1 (plasma membrane aquaporin 1 gene) and RD26 (responsive to desiccation 26 gene; a NAC transcription factor), that were localized in the core of the networks. Analysis of the transcriptional regulation network of transgenic Arabidopsis plants containing PgTIP1 showed that PIP1 and RD26 were regulated via DNA binding with a finger domain on transcription factor 2 (Dof2). In this study, we demonstrated that Dof2 induces up-regulation of PIP1 and RD26 after transformation with PgTIP1. The results of this study provide a new means for conducting research into and controlling growth of Arabidopsis thaliana seeds.
Nano-Ferric Oxide Promotes Watermelon Growth  [PDF]

Abstract: With the rapid growing of nanotechnology, the effects of nanomaterials released into the environment on plants have drawn more and more attention. Iron is an element essential for plant growth and development. Iron is involved in chlorophyll formation; iron deficiency will cause a plant disorder known as chlorosis. However, whether iron in nano-ferric oxide can be absorbed by plants were rarely concerned. Nano-ferric oxide might promote the growth and development of plants in a suitable concentration. An experiment was designed to evaluate whether nano-ferric oxide can be used to treat chlorosis and the physiological changes of plants in nano-ferric oxide environment. Watermelon was chosen as the experimental plant. Seedlings of watermelon plants were grown in full nutrient solution without iron for 2 weeks until the leaves got yellow. Then the seedlings were treated with different concentrations of nano-ferric oxide (0, 20, 50, 100 mg/L) and 50 mmol/L of EDTA-Fe(II) for a month. The control group seedlings were still grown in full nutrient solution without any iron. Indicators such as activity of antioxidase like superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble protein were studied to measure the physiological effects nano-ferric oxide might have on watermelon. It was observed that the leaves reverted green. Experimental data showed that watermelon absorbed iron from nano-ferric oxide, and nano-ferric oxide promoted watermelon growth in some ways in a suitable concentration.
Group training on the improvement of college students'career decision-making self-efficacy  [PDF]

Abstract: A group training was conducted on 17 college students to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). The result showed that there was significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test for the experimental group (n = 17), whereas no significant difference was found between the pre-test and the post- test for the control group (n = 17). In the pre-test, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, and obvious difference between the two groups was found in the post-test. This indicated that the group training was effective on improving the CDMSE of the college students whose scores of CDMSE were below 27% point of the total students.

Abstract: This paper studied the text classification accuracy issues. In view of the traditional clustering algorithm in text classification, text classification in the presence of high-dimensional and sparse, especially the synonym and antonym to classification, the classification accuracy is low, in order to solve the above problems, put forward a kind of cluster mean information content text classification algorithm. From the viewpoint of information theory analysis algorithm of text space vector, the text as an information source, information source by getting the various features of the times to accumulate text information, to the field of obvious characteristics of the words and phrases as the clustering objects, then the level of average amount of information for feature extraction. The simulation results show that, the proposed algorithm can effectively extract the text information, effectively improve the classification accuracy, and it has a certain practical value.

Abstract: A colorimetric and fluorometric dual-model probe for mercury (II) ion was developed employing fluorescein hydrazide (FH) in ethanol-HEPES solution (1:1, v/v, pH 8.0). The probe exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity for Hg2+ detection using UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. Addition of Hg2+ caused a visual color change from colorless to coloured and a fluorescence change from colorless to bright green. Other metal ions did not interfere with the detection of Hg2+.

Abstract: With the global climate change, drought disasters occur frequently. Drought prediction is an important content for drought disaster management, planning and management of water resource systems of a river basin. In this study, a short-term drought prediction model based on deep belief networks (DBNs) is proposed to predict the time series of different time-scale standardized precipitation index (SPI). The DBN model is applied to predict the drought time series in the Huaihe River Basin, China. Compared with BP neural network, the DBN-based drought prediction model has shown better predictive skills than the BP neural network for the different time-scale SPI. This research can improve drought prediction technology and be helpful for water resources managers and decision makers in managing drought disasters.
