Abstract: According to the situation of eco-environment in the Three-Gorge Reservoir area,the main ecoenvironmental problems and the latent environment capacity are analyzed.Effect of research and practice on the technical system of high-benefit eco-agriculture in the Three-Gorge area in the last few years have been summarized and the high-benefit eco-agricul-tural model and technique to be fit for the Three-Gorge area are put forward.

Abstract: The composition of cultivated lands and the reason of soil and water erosion in the Three Gorges area are stated.The techniques to restrain the soil and water erosion of scarp cultivate land by using plants embankments in the area are studied also.Finally,the ways to restrain the soil and water erosion and the pesticide pollution of agriculture in the Three Gorges area are put forward.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the self-affirmation effect on formation of public opinion in a directed small-world social network. The system presents a non-equilibrium phase transition from a consensus state to a disordered state with coexistence of opinions. The dynamical behaviors are very sensitive to the density of long-range interactions and the strength of self-affirmation. When the long-range interactions are sparse and individual generally does not insist on his/her opinion, the system will display a continuous phase transition, in the opposite case with high self-affirmation strength and dense long-range interactions, the system does not display a phase transition. Between those two extreme cases, the system undergoes a discontinuous phase transition.

Abstract: The paper at first expounds two new concepts of sustainability degree and superiority degree, and founds a method of DEA of relative efficiency index to rank all decision-making-units having been identified efficient. On the basis of them, the definition and arithmetic are given to analyze them. Then seven input and output techno-innovation indexes which belong to six automobile listed companies from 2002 to 2005 are used to evaluate enterprises’ sustainability degree and superiority degree by vertical and horizontal calculation based on DEA method. At last, we get general conclusions about enterprises’ sustainable superiority degree by weighting calculation.

Abstract: Services are preprocessed based on clustering techniques in the levels of function and similarily of services. Service clustering is modeled by means of the passing value indeterminacy of logic Petri nets. Thus service clustering can be described, and the services with indeterminacy parameters can be modeled formally. Thus service composition is investigated under the classified architecture of service clustering. The architecture of dynamic service composition is given, and logic Petri nets are used for service realization. Services can be combined rapidly and automatically, and the path of a composition service can be constructed by automatic inference.
Mixed Doubles Match Technical and Tactical Analysis of World Badminton Champion Based on Mathematical Statistics  [PDF]

This paper uses mathematical statistics method and analyzes the main scoring techniques: the serve technique, the jump smash technique, the net lob technique, the pushing backcourt ball technique and the smash technique by analyzing the data of the 29th Olympic Games by He Hanbin/Yu Yang (China) and Nova/Nasir (Indonesia). The analysis shows that: in the badminton mixed doubles match, since both sides are partners for many years, in order to win the game you must have good badminton technique; particularly the error rate of the net lob technique and the pushing backcourt ball technique is high, which needs further practice. The study plays a certain role in promoting the development of badminton technique and the popularization of badminton sports.

Spatial Distribution of Metal Emissions in SNR 3C 397 Viewed with Chandra and XMM

Abstract: We present X-ray equivalent width imaging of the supernova remnant (SNR) 3C 397 for Mg He\alpha, Si He\alpha, S He\alpha, and Fe K\alpha complex lines with the Chandra and XMM-Newton observations. The images reveal that the heavier the element is, the smaller the extent of the element distribution is. The Mg emission is evidently enhanced in the southeastern blow-out region, well along the radio boundary there, and appears to partially envelope the eastern Fe knot. Two bilateral hat-like Si line-emitting structures are along the northern and southern borders, roughly symmetric with respect to the southeast-northwest elongation axis. An S line-emitting shell is located just inner to the northern radio and IR shell, indicating of a layer of reversely shocked sulphur in the ejecta. A few enhanced Fe features are basically aligned along the diagonal of the rectangular shape of the SNR, which implicates an early asymmetric SN explosion.
A-Type GABA Receptor as a Central Target of TRPM8 Agonist Menthol

Abstract: Menthol is a widely-used cooling and flavoring agent derived from mint leaves. In the peripheral nervous system, menthol regulates sensory transduction by activating TRPM8 channels residing specifically in primary sensory neurons. Although behavioral studies have implicated menthol actions in the brain, no direct central target of menthol has been identified. Here we show that menthol reduces the excitation of rat hippocampal neurons in culture and suppresses the epileptic activity induced by pentylenetetrazole injection and electrical kindling in vivo. We found menthol not only enhanced the currents induced by low concentrations of GABA but also directly activated GABAA receptor (GABAAR) in hippocampal neurons in culture. Furthermore, in the CA1 region of rat hippocampal slices, menthol enhanced tonic GABAergic inhibition although phasic GABAergic inhibition was unaffected. Finally, the structure-effect relationship of menthol indicated that hydroxyl plays a critical role in menthol enhancement of tonic GABAAR. Our results thus reveal a novel cellular mechanism that may underlie the ambivalent perception and psychophysical effects of menthol and underscore the importance of tonic inhibition by GABAARs in regulating neuronal activity.
APD Circuit System for Weak Signal Detection Under Strong Interference

Abstract: To avoid the strong interference,by controlling the voltage of the avalanche photodiode,an avalanche photodiode (APD) detection system for weak signal is presented.An analysis of the capacitance effect of the APD was performed.It shows that the capacitance effect will lead to a sharp pulse which interferes the weak signal was obtained.In order to eliminate the effect,a new idea that to set low DC reverse voltage which reduces the capacitance change of the APD is proposed.The idea was testified experimentally.

Abstract: 从人胎盘组织中提取总DNA,经PCR扩增编码人β神经生长因子(β-NGF)成熟肽的基因,并克隆到大肠杆菌表达载体pET15b中。重组质粒pET15b-NGF经测序与报道的完全一致。重组质粒转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)pLysS,经IPTG诱导表达得到16kDa的目的蛋白带,与预期的大小一致,NGF表达量约占全菌总蛋白的25%。经过亲和层析柱(Ni2 -chargedIDAhis-bindcolumn)纯化后得到了单一的NGF蛋白条带,蛋白纯度可达90%以上,从每升表达菌液中可以得到4.56mgNGF。表达产物的Western印迹鉴定结果显示:重组人神经生长因子能与兔抗人β-NGF的多克隆抗体发生特异性结合反应,在16kDa处出现单一的条带,表明诱导表达的重组NGF具有免疫学活性。鸡胚背根神经节感觉神经元鉴定试验表明,表达的重组NGF具有良好的生物学活性。
