HYDRO-MECHANICAL COUPLED CREEP DAMAGE CONSTITUTIVE MODEL OF BOOM CLAY,BACK ANALYSIS OF MODEL PARAMETERS AND ITS ENGINEERING APPLICATION

Abstract: 泥岩由于其低渗透性、良好的蠕变性和遇水损伤自修复特征被认为是一种良好的核废料储存介质,法国、比利时、瑞士等国相继建成地下试验平台,开展泥岩现场多场耦合试验研究.结合比利时地下大型试验室正开展的泥岩研究课题,从泥岩的力学特性、渗透性、开挖扰动区、地下水–围岩相互作用机制以及围岩流变性等方面开展研究,主要研究成果如下:博士学位论文(1) 建立了考虑最大拉应力准则的修正Mohr-Coulomb模型,采用向后欧拉隐式应力积分算法编制了UMAT本构程序;为描述泥岩的硬化和软化行为,将损伤引入到修正的Mohr-Coulomb准则中,基于损伤势函数的概念建立了泥岩弹塑性损伤本构模型,导出了泥岩的损伤演化方程,编制了泥岩弹塑性损伤本构程序.(2) 基于拉丁超立方抽样,提出了采用非参数统计方法中的秩相关系数来评价多因素敏感性的方法;分别建立了基于侧压力系数的三维地应场反演模型、位移量测反演模型和渗流场反演模型,提出Nelder-Mead法与有限元联合反演法,将有限元程序作为一个单独模块嵌入到Nelder-Mead算法程序中,以测点的实测值与计算值建立目标函数,采用精确罚函数法实现有约束的反演问题转化成无约束的反演问题,编制了优化反演分析程序.(3) 针对本构模型的参数辨识问题,编制了本构模型参数反演程序,并根据非排水条件下泥岩三轴试验结果,采用多目标函数优化反分析法获得了泥岩本构模型参数.(4) 在分析软岩与水相互作用机制、不同应力–应变阶段渗透性演化规律以及隧洞围岩渗透性分区的基础上,建立了渗透系数、孔隙度等参数的动态演化方程,导出了岩土介质的渗流–应力动态全耦合模型;基于应力–应变–渗透率全过程试验和渗透性工程试验,通过引入损伤的概念,建立了描述岩体破坏过程的渗流–应力–损伤耦合模型;对隧洞围岩裂隙自愈合机制进行了分析,通过引入愈合应力和水化学愈合因子的概念,建立了描述泥岩裂隙自愈合特性的渗透性自愈合模型;基于现场监测的孔隙压力资料,采用有限元优化法反演了泥岩的渗透系数和渗透性演化方程中的待定参数.(5) 根据泥岩的非线性蠕变变形特点,建立了蠕变损伤与蠕应变的关系式,构造了基于Mohr-Coulomb准则的蠕变势,导出了考虑渗流–应力–损伤耦合的非线性蠕变损伤本构模型,采用了显式积分算法编制了UMAT蠕变本构程序;基于近20 a的现场监测成果,采用位移反分析法获得了本构模型中的待

Abstract: 根据冻融循环条件下岩体水分运动和热量迁移的基本规律,基于连续介质力学、热力学以及分凝势理论,建立低温岩体温度场和渗流场耦合控制方程,该耦合方程不仅考虑了热传导、相变潜热和渗流速度对温度分布的影响,而且分析了由分凝势引起的孔隙水流动对渗流速度以及渗透压力分布的影响,实现了温度场和渗流场的双向全耦合.并将研究成果与M. Smith等的模型试验和现场试验进行对比分析,结果表明,所建立的耦合控制方程计算结果与实测结果吻合较好.在此基础上,应用此耦合模型数值仿真寒区隧道,对隧道温度场分布规律和冻融圈大小进行分析,该计算结果能为寒区隧道的设计和施工提供一定的参考.

Abstract: 厦门海底隧道海域隧道地段存在多处风化深槽,岩体主要为全、强风化花岗岩。由于该类岩石强度低,压缩性高,自稳和自承能力差,在隧道衬砌结构的设计和施工工艺的选择方面会遇到一系列特殊的问题。主要通过对天然和重塑强风化花岗岩岩样进行一系列的室内试验,在掌握其基本物理力学特性的基础上,重点对其流固耦合作用下的力学特性进行研究,并建立该类强风化花岗岩的力学模型,通过反演分析对力学模型进行验证。研究成果对风化花岗岩类工程的力学参数取值有重要借鉴意义,对该类岩体中隧道的设计施工具有指导作用。

Abstract: 厦门东通道海底隧道是一项规模宏大的跨海工程,是连接厦门市本岛和翔安区陆地的重要通道,也是中国大陆第一座采用钻爆法修建的大断面水底隧道,工程于2007年下半年由陆域进入施工难度最大、最危险的海域部分,其中的海底风化槽地段采用CRD工法进行施工,隧道开挖、支护过程中围岩和支护结构的受力和变形特征广为人们所关注,因此对于该段隧道稳定性的研究具有重要意义.应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,依据流固耦合理论,对翔安隧道风化槽段隧道CRD工法的施工过程进行了三维动态仿真数值模拟,研究隧道施工过程中围岩的应力场、位移场、外水压力分布规律以及支护结构受力情况和衬砌外水压力的分布规律,研究成果为该隧道施工和同类工程建设提供了理论依据和实践经验.

Abstract: 在核废料地下处置、能源地下储存和深埋地下工程中,低渗透率岩石的渗透性测试是难点问题.通过研制的低渗透率岩石渗透仪,在氮气形成稳态渗流的条件下,对锦屏大理岩进行渗透特性研究.比较气体渗流偏微分方程中考虑气体Klinkenberg效应的渗透率精确解和通过拟压力法得到的渗透率解,表明渗流偏微分方程中考虑气体Klinkenberg效应的计算方法在理论上和试验数据处理结果上更为优越.研究结果表明:(1) 低渗透率岩石渗透仪稳定、误差小,可以进行致密岩石的低渗透率测定;(2) Klinkenberg效应对低渗透率岩石的气体渗透影响显著,考虑Klinkenberg效应的数值模拟方法可以很好地模拟气体渗透;(3) 锦屏大理岩的渗透率为10-20 m2左右.

Abstract: In order to study the long term mechanical properties,the double-linkage triaxial testing machine for hydro-mechanical coupling in soft rock is developed. This machine is particularly applicable to study the rheological characteristics of soft rock and hard soil under various stress conditions. Using the technology of servo-controlled,ball screw and hydraulic pressure,this machine can automatically stabilize voltage and record stress-strain variation curve and temperature duration curve. In addition to the function of ordinary triaxial device,because of the unique design form of this machine,it not only can implement the mechanical tests simultaneously of two samples with same axial pressure,different confining pressures and same water pressure but also execute confining pressure control,pore water pressure control and its survey,etc.. The service condition shows that it is a convenient machine with complete functions,simple structure,good stability and high precision.

Abstract: 沪蓉国道主干线宜昌-恩施段地形地质条件特别复杂,其中的八字岭、庙垭和漆树槽设计成新型隧道结构型式--分岔式.分岔口循环风的相互影响将直接影响隧道的通风运行成本.重点研究双车道公路隧道在不同间距、不同风速时的循环风的影响程度.通过数值计算和回归分析提出隧道循环风相互影响与隧道进、排风速度及隧道间距的定量关系式,并提出修筑中隔墙、错开隧道出口间距等方法减小循环风相互影响的技术措施.该成果为国内其他近距离长大隧道的通风设计和隧道方案选择提供理论与试验依据.

Abstract: The response surface method is applied to the structural shape optimization of a two-dimensional continuum, combined with FEM, with the approximate expressions of constraints functions being fitted, and the complex analytical sensitivity analysis avoided. The program of the shape optimization is developed under the platform MSC/Patran with Patran Command Language (PCL). The examples illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of RSM.

Abstract: The ICM (independent continuous mapping) method as a topology optimization methods is used to design the trunnions in transformers. The formulae of the distributed load in the hole are derived. According to the FEM analysis and topological optimization results, two new structures of the trunnion are proposed. The numerical results show that the new structures can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity and the weight of the structures is reduced.

Abstract: Because of thinking only the number of numbers but not fitting function, it would be adequate to take further afield when calculating group numbers with empirical formula. We have proved the three theorems based on studying the normal distribution, and then reach the conclusion that there is a better method to do the same work. The method is simpler and more practical than empirical method and also works well with any skewed distribution.
