Abstract: The increase of infraction on the national fisheries arts regulations and overfishing on natural fisheries are some of the main problems of the Spanish shoreline. Civil engineering with other disciplines can support some solutions trough the creation of artificial reefs. A review of the methodology for the construction of artificial reefs is presented in this paper. La sobrexplotación de los recursos pesqueros naturales, la escasez de caladeros cercanos a nuestras costas, el incumplimiento reiterado de las normativas reguladoras de la pesca de arrastre, etc., son algunos de los principales problemas de las costas espa olas. La ingeniería civil, contribuye con sus conocimientos y dentro de un equipo interdisciplinar, al restablecimiento, si no total en parte, del equilibrio natural de nuestros fondos marinos, mediante la creación de arrecifes artificiales. Se describen la metodología utilizada para el dise o de proyectos de arrecifes artificiales, así como la descripción, ejecución de las obras y los cálculos de las estructuras.

Abstract: Monodisperse ZnO solid spheres nanostructures were synthesized and deposited on Si (100) silicon substrates by the hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA)-assisted hydrothermal method at high temperature (200°C). In this case the HMTA is used as structure directing agent (SDA) to growth of the ZnO solid spheres. The source material used was zinc nitrate hexahydrate under a chemical reaction of hydrolysis-condensation of the Zn2+ salt aqueous solution. The structure and morphology of the ZnO solid spheres were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. Furthermore, the photoluminescence (PL) of the ZnO solid spheres was measured to optical characterization of the product. The remarkable influence of the HMTA as structure directing agent and the reaction temperature to the formation of the solid spheres nanostructures is demonstrated.

Abstract: after a brief introduction dedicated to the analysis of the reasons behind lawsuits against doctors, a detailed study of medical - legal work is realized. in this part the published guidelines regarding medical - forensic methodology are analysed, followed by comments on the essential qualities that are required in the forensic expert. the legal framework within which forensic work is carried out is also reviewed. such work is analysed in the light of the law of criminal prosecution and the new law of civil prosecution. finally, practical guidelines are given on the elaboration and structure of expert reports in the cases that are analysed.

Abstract: Tras una breve introducción dedicada al análisis de las motivaciones que parecen conducir a los casos de demandas judiciales contra los médicos, se hace un estudio pormenorizado de la peritación médico-legal. En esta parte es objeto de análisis la nueva dirección impresa al método médico-forense, pasando después a formular diversas consideraciones en torno a las cualidades que debe reunir el perito médico. Se hace una revisión del marco normativo en el que se ha de desarrollar la peritación médica, la cual es analizada bajo la perspectiva de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal y de la nueva Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil. Finalmente, se dictan pautas de carácter práctico sobre la elaboración y estructura del informe pericial en los casos que se vienen analizando. Abstract: development of urodynamics particularly during the past decade are highlighted, as well as a number of issues to be faced in the near future: research into the etiopathogenesis of different conditions, finding more sensitive and specific diagnostic procedures to overcome the current ones, establishing more comprehensive indications for urodynamics examinations and, as a result of all the above achieving greater improvement of certain surgical procedures. both the technique and interpretation of the different urodynamic examinations, as well as the more recent innovations, implementation issues and controversies are detailed to a highly up-to-date level. neuromodulation and ambulatory urodynamics deserve thoughtful consideration in this paper. finally, attention is given to the controversies and future challenges such as urodynamic research providing accurate diagnosis of lower urinary tract obstruction in women, establishing the indication of urodynamic studies in women with urinary exertional incontinence, outlining the indications of neuromodulation and ambulatory urodynamics, applicability of artificial intelligence systems, improvement of artificial sphincter materials, tissue growth for bladder enlargement ad actual prevention of myelodysplasia.

Abstract: ResumenEl cladócero Moina sp se cultivó en condiciones controladas de laboratorio, con una densidad inicial de 130 org/500 mL, aplicando a los organismos de prueba Scenedesmus sp desarrollada en residual pesquero, a razón de 650 cel/mm3 y 1 300 cel/mm3 como única fuente de alimentación. Como resultado se obtuvo que la densidad del zooplancton ascendió a 3,0 org/mL como promedio en ambos tratamientos, sin presentarse diferencias estadísticas significativa entre ellos, para un rendimiento (r) entre 0,3 y 0,4 org/mL.d y un tiempo de duplicación (Td) entre 2,7 y y 3,3 d. Se concluyó que esta microalga cultivada en efluentes industriales satisface losrequerimientos nutricionales de Moina sp, aunque es recomendable suingestión con otra fuente de alimento que podría aumentar la densidad de organismos en las condiciones dadas.SummaryWith the objective to evaluate the development of Moina sp fed withmicroalgae cultured in the waste water from the fishing industry anexperimental completely completely randomized design was made with twotreatments and three repetition each one. Recipients with 500 mL volume filled with tap water enriched with lime hydroxide. In each one 130 Moina sp individuals were seeded. In the feeding of Moina was used microalgae Scenedesmus sp in two concentrations (A) 650 cel/mm3 and (B) 1 300 cel/mm3. Significant statistical differences (p>0, 05) between the applied treatments were not observed. The density of zooplankton increased up to 3.0 org/mL in both treatments and the yield were of 0, 4 and 0, 3 org/mL.d and a duplication time of 2,7 and 3,3 days respectively.

Abstract: A method for the calculus of Bernoulli-Euler's beam is presented. This method allows the results obtained by usual finite element methods to be improve. The main advantage of the proposed method is that it can approximate the displacements, bending moments and shear in the elements, including in large elements, accurately. Abstract: In this study Cu2++Eu3+ co-doped ZnO(ZnO/Cu2++Eu3+) solid solution powders were synthesized by solution combustion method using as oxidant agent zinc nitrate hexahydrate and as fuel urea; the Cu2+ concentrations were 0, 1, 2, 3, 10, and 20 %Wt; the Eu3+ ion concentration was fixed in 3%Wt. The samples after were annealed at 900°C by 20 h in air. The structural results showed the largely presence of a wurtzite solid solution of Cu2++Eu3+doped ZnO, at high Cu2+ doping CuO and Eu2CuO4 phases are also present. Morphological properties were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique. However it is important to remark that the Cu2+ ions suppress the Eu3+ ion photoluminescence (PL) by means of an overlap mechanism between Cu2+ absorption band and Eu3+emission band (e.g. 5D07F2) of the Eu3+ emission spectra.

Abstract: In this work, ZnO, Ce3+ doped ZnO (ZnO/Ce3+) and Cu2+ + Ce3+ co-doped ZnO (ZnO/Cu2+ + Ce3+ ) solid solutions powders were synthesized by a solution combustion method maintaining the Ce3+ ion concentration constant in 3%Wt while the Cu2+ ion concentration was varied in 1, 2, 3, 10 and 20%Wt.
