Hydrographic resources of Ibarski Kola in in the function of tourism development

Abstract: Hydrographic objects (hydrograph) of a territory may be an important natural potential for tourism development. Ibarski Kolasin is a territory in northern Kosovo. Very poor in economic terms. Development of tourism activities in this area, it could be a significant source of income. Accumulation Gazivode is remarkably fit into the landscape, and together with the surrounding mountains, Mokra Gora and Rogozna, represents a specific geographical areas, which could be excellent tourist realized.
Thermal characteristics of air of the basin of Nis for the purpose of quicker economic development

Abstract: The characteristics of air temperature or heat mode the air is an important segment of the overall climate and the natural resource factor in the economic development of any place or region. In order to properly determine those, needs is a continuous series of data for at least 25-35 years. As longer as series are, the obtained data are more realistic. Weather Station-observatory "Tvrdjava" in Nis (φ-430 20 ', λ-21054', h-201 m), is the only higher-order station in the Ni valley, so, for determining the thermal properties of air, used measurement data from this station, for the period 1950-2009. Based on this 60-year period, analyzed the mean monthly, extreme temperature and annual temperature, the certain temperature thresholds and dates of onset for characteristic temperatures, and analyzed the frequency of occurrence some typical days.
Map as a tool for independent learning in geography teaching

Abstract: There are different views on self-regulation in the learning process, how it has to be monitored, controlled, which are the circumstances and external factors that affect independent learning. Dominant are the opinions in which the self-regulation is treated as interaction of processes related to the personality, behavioural and contextual processes. Special attention has been given to motivational strategies and students’ desire to focus on goals. By enabling students to make decisions, set their own goals, make a choice, plan and organize activities, the development of self-learning and student autonomy is being encouraged. If students are given the opportunity of independent activities, effect of self-control in the process of learning and self-regulation becomes more pronounced. The paper will explain the factors that influence the process of self-learning that takes place in regular teaching with the help of map as the basic geographic media. Abstract: The aim of this work is to present complex relations within didactical triangle as well as review of the practical usage of relations of didactical polygon. Importance of subject of this work is, certainly, its constant actualization and irrepressible change which is happening within elements and in their mutual interaction. This kind of relation brings innovations and suffers changes from modern times. Starting from immediate ways of communication to closer and further perceive of their development, the subject gets dimension of expected and somewhat exciting. The theme ensued because of the need for logical separation of didactical elements and also to connect them through complex system of communication. Their imbues are coming to express daily while interaction is developing not only in historical period but in instantaneous stages. The media, today, gives grade to development of society and represent degree of progress. As such an important factor, the role of the media must be taken into consideration. Geographical achievement is represented by teaching methods of geography and in that way it represents significant media. Complicatedness of this theme also reflects in universality; geography has advanced as science and there is great expectation for methodical science to catch up with geography and to present new manners, ways of transferring knowledge. .
Correlation between dental health status and environmental factors: Nutrition, oral hygiene and saliva in children

Abstract: Caries is a disease of multi-causal etiology, where environmental factors such as oral hygiene, nutrition and saliva have great importance. Aim: The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between dental health status and environmental factors: oral hygiene, nutrition, salivary pH and the flow rate of stimulated saliva in children. Materials and methods: Research was done in children with caries and in children with healthy teeth of both gender and the age of 12. Questionnaire method was used to obtain data about the time of consuming refined carbohydrates and oral hygiene. Oral hygiene level was determined using the Silness-loe plaque index and saliva was analyzed by measuring the flow rate of stimulated saliva, as well as measuring pH of non-stimulated and stimulated saliva. Results: Examining the correlation of seven analyzed characteristics it was possible to determine the presence of 14 (66,7%) correlations out of 21 possible, with statistical significance and various p-values starting from p=0.038 (tau-b=0.229) up to p<0.001 (r=0.667). Out of seven analyzed characteristics, the time of carbohydrate consumption, the presence of caries (group) and pH of non-stimulated saliva are predominantly correlated with other characteristics. Conclusion: The results of this examination show caries appearance in children to be in highly significant correlation with frequency of carbohydrate consumption, plaque index and pH values of non-stimulated saliva. In other words, children with caries consume carbohydrates often between meals, have high plaque index and lower pH values of non-stimulated saliva.

Abstract: A numerical study of transient three-dimensional heat conduction problem with a moving source is presented. For numerical solution Douglas-Gunn alternating direction implicit method is applied and for the moving heat source flux distribution Gaussian function is used. An influence on numerical solution of input parameters figuring in flux boundary conditions is examined. This include parameters appearing in Gaussian function and heat transfer coefficient from free convection boundaries. Sensitivity of cooling time from 800 to 500 °C with respect to input parameters is also tested.
On injection-ejection fluid influence through different accelerating porous surfaces on unsteady 2d incompressible boundary layer characteristics

Abstract: Through the porous contour in perpendicular direction, the fluid of the same properties as incompressible fluid in basic flow, has been injected or ejected with velocity who is a function of the contour longitudinal coordinate and time. The corresponding equations of unsteady boundary layer, by introducing the appropriate variable transformations, momentum and energy equations and two similarity parameters sets, are transformed into generalized form. These parameters are expressing the influence of the outer flow velocity, the injection or ejection velocity and the flow history in boundary layer, on the boundary layer characteristics. Obtained generalized solutions are used to calculate the distributions of velocity, and shear stress in laminar-turbulent transition of unsteady incompressible boundary layer on different porous contours: circular cylinder, thin elliptical cylinder and aerofoil, whose centers velocities changes in time as a degree functions. The ejection of fluid postpones the boundary layer separation, i.e. laminar-turbulent transition, and vice versa the injection of fluid favors the separation. Boundary layer characteristics are found directly, no further numerical integration of momentum equation.
Shallow Axi-symmetric Bimetallic Shell as a Switching Element in a Non-Homogenous Temperature Field  [PDF]

Abstract: In this contribution we discuss the stability of thin, axi-symmetric, shallow bimetallic shells in a non-homo- geneous temperature field. The presented model with a mathematical description of the geometry of the system, displacements, stresses and thermoelastic deformations on the shell, is based on the theory of the third order, which takes into account not only the equilibrium of forces on a deformed body but also the non-linear terms of the strain tensor. The equations are based on the large displacements theory. As an example, we pre- sent the results for a bimetallic shell of parabolic shape, which has a temperature point load at the apex. We translated the boundary-value problem with the shooting method into saving the initial-value problem. We calculate the snap-through of the system numerically by the Runge-Kutta fourth order method.
Macroregional centers in function of regional development of Serbia

Abstract: Beside the dominance of Belgrade in regional development of Serbia and marginal role of medium sized cities, macroregional centers were for a long time important carriers of economic development and a driving force of the overall prosperity. The objective of this work is to indicate the role of macroregional centers in the regional development of Serbia through their analysis and comparison of the results with the average values on the state level. Their existence represents a precondition for decentralization of Serbia. .
