PROGRAMACIóN AVANZADA CON DERIVE . APLICACIONES AL áLGEBRA LINEAL
Iván Castro Chadid
Universitas Scientiarum , 2001,

Wireless Engineering and Technology (WET) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/wet.2011.21004
Abstract: This paper presents experimental results of a coverage analysis in a WCDMA network using the 850 MHz band; an urban electromagnetic propagation environment is considered. Obtained coverage estimation maps are based on Krige statistical method of interpolation. Key performance parameters used in this work are the CPICH and Ec. The results could be used to identify problems and help to optimize cell coverage and capacity in a given service area.
Pérez Delgado,Yornayser; Galindo Castro,Iván; Arvelo,Francisco;
Interciencia , 2007,
Abstract: programmed cell death (pcd) is essential to maintain tissue homeostasis in many forms of life. as in animals, in plants pcd is the mechanism whereby a series of physiological processes, such as germination, differentiation, growth, reproduction and seed development, are regulated. pcd plays a key role in other processes such as resistance to unfavorable environmental conditions. unlike animal models, pcd in plants has been scarcely described at molecular level, which has given rise to controversy about the parallelism between this type of pcd and the process known as apoptosis in animals. nevertheless, evidences have come forth lately that allow to conclude that apoptosis occurs in plants as well. in this review, recent findings in this area in the plant kingdom are analyzed, which throw light on the modulation of the plant response against a diverse biotic and abiotic stress agent, paving the way for their use in genetic improvement programs for strategic crops.
Recovery and management of actual acid sulphate soils in Boyacá (Colombia)1
Gómez,Manuel Iván; Castro,Hugo E; Pacheco,William;
Agronomía Colombiana , 2005,
Abstract: acid sulphate soils (ass), having very restricted use due to their extreme acidity, have been identified within the upper chicamocha river basin, boyacá (colombia). this situation has led to increasing degradation of the land, rendering around 3,000 ha of land unproductive. production alternatives are thus being sought for recovering these flat upland areas, currently suffering from ass, as they do have agricultural potential. soils were initially characterised and identified in a problem area so that possible management of such ass could then be inferred from the initial study. increasing doses of calcium hydroxide (ca(oh)2) (5 to 100 t. ha-1) were then evaluated and determined for neutralising extreme acid conditions in laboratory incubation assays (5-100 t. ha-1). greenhouse and field tests (random block experimental design with 10 treatments and 4 repeats) were used for observing the response of avena sativa as an indicator plant; just hen-dung (5-10 t. ha-1) and hen-dung mixed with lime (dry and wet matter) were also evaluated as amendment material. the experiments revealed the soils? chemical changes and reactions following these treatments: ph, al, ecec, % al, % ca, total s, mn, fe and p (i.e. after statistical correlations had been made). these studies led to the soils being recognised as non-coast actual ass and classifying them as typic sulfaquept. the findings indicated that ca(oh)2 12.5 t. ha-1 mixed with 10 t. ha-1 organic matter (hen-dung) represented the best treatment for obtaining the best a. sativa performance in terms of dry matter production, reflected in positive ass chemical changes
LA UNIFICACIóN DE JURISPRUDENCIA PRETENDIDA POR EL RECURSO EXTRAORDINARIO: VENTAJAS Y PROBLEMAS
Delgado Castro,Jordi; Díaz García,L. Iván;
Revista de derecho (Coquimbo) , 2011, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-97532011000200010
Abstract: the draft of the civil procedure code which is in revision in the chilean national congress contains a unique innovation in the recursive scope. this is an extraordinary remedy whose purpose is, in essence, to unify the civil jurisprudence. this claim presents clear advantages associated with the equal application of the law, legal certainty, reducing economic costs and the legitimacy of the judiciary. however, while fulfilling its unifying purposes, it will encounter insurmountable obstacles if it is kept the current policy. these obstacles are related to a specific concept and a particular practice of law in continental- european family and in the legal chilean field in particular.
LA UNIFICACIóN DE JURISPRUDENCIA PRETENDIDA POR EL RECURSO EXTRAORDINARIO: VENTAJAS Y PROBLEMAS THE UNIFICATION OF JURISPRUDENCE ALLEGED BY AN EXTRAORDINARY REMEDY: ADVANTAGES AND PROBLEMS

The draft of the Civil Procedure Code which is in revision in the Chilean National Congress contains a unique innovation in the recursive scope.
