Research on the Maturity Model of Conflict Management in Engineering Project  [PDF]

Abstract:

Integrated Project Management Maturity proposed a new concept. It is “Project Conflict Management Maturity”. It established a new concept of maturity level, established an evaluation index system on Project Conflict Management Maturity and used the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the Project Management Maturity model to construct the maturity model of Project Conflict Management. Then, through numerical examples, it evaluated the score of object, got the maturity level of conflict management of the study project, verified the feasibility of the model for solving Project Conflict Management, provided some bases for solving problems of Project Conflict Management and had a certain practical significance about this problem.

The article is through the combination of questionnaire and fuzzy mathematics method to analyze the social public satisfaction with local government’s new energy policy, to provide a better reflection of local government policies to promote the development of new energy industry.

Abstract: The purpose of this essay is to investigate the privacy concerns of Chinese, and to develop relevant protective measures. The groups are divided into two parts by gender and six parts by ages to analyze the different gender and different age groups of privacy concerns. The significance of this study is protecting personal data property. The data of personal information after finishing processing have economic value. These data once disclosed, will be not reversible, so it is important to study the personal privacy in the era of big data and to initiate and enforce legal and regulatory protection measures. Results show that Chinese’s privacy in public places for Internet records, friends dynamic and age’s awareness is insufficient; most people especially female lack privacy protection skills. Educators need to improve the relevant laws and regulations, promote privacy protection skills and strengthen the conception of privacy.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to show the performance of the Central Government in the new energy industry, and to analyze the effect of Central Government’s new energy documents. The essay intends to sum up almost new energy policies from the Central Government. The present study counts the total number of new energy policies, analyzes the distribution frequency of the new energy policies in the national institutions, and sorts out the purpose of the implementation of those new energy policies in order to understand the focus of the Central Government. Meanwhile, using a questionnaire, this essay collects data on evaluation of the public’s satisfaction with the new energy policy and the effect of the implementation of the new energy policy. So, based on a large amount of materials, the authors discuss about China how to promote the application of Central Government policies in this field are benefit to enrich the research materials of this field.

Abstract: Service innovation is the driving force of social progress and provides necessary impetus to the overall economic growth of the service industry. Although the importance of service innovation is very strong, the current definition of related concepts and definitions in academia is not yet clear. A large-scale economy as a whole can be interpreted as a large service system that contains a variety of interrelated subsystems. Therefore, to further promote the economic development through service innovation, we need to know how to establish the management mechanism of service innovation at the enterprise level. This thesis gives a new definition of service innovation and also points out the difference between the traditional model of innovation and new models of innovation. This thesis pays special attention to the promotion of enterprise services, and relies on relevant theories of management to construct a service innovation management mechanism for enterprise service innovation based on theoretical guidance.
Temperature dependence of ambipolar diffusion in silicon-on-insulator

Abstract: Spatiotemporal dynamics of electron-hole pairs locally excited in a silicon-on-insulator structure by indirect interband absorption are studied by measuring differential transmission caused by free-carrier absorption of a probe pulse tuned below the bandgap, with 200-fs temporal and 3-micrometer spatial resolution. From sample temperatures of 250 K to 400 K, the ambipolar diffusivity decreases, and is similar to reported values of bulk silicon. Cooling the sample from 250 K to 90 K, a decrease of ambipolar diffusivity is observed, indicating important influences of defects and residual stress on carrier diffusion. No detectable density dependence of ambipolar diffusivity is observed.

Abstract:

The hollowing-out degree of American local manufacturing enterprises has reached a rather high level due to the long-term off-shoring of the industries to other developing countries. Some U.S. companies started to show intentions to move their manufacturing back home—a strategy known as “re-shoring” since 2010. The re-shoring behavior in U.S. manufacturing has triggered much concern about U.S. Manufacturing Rebuilding. This article analyzes the key factors that may influence U.S. companies’ re-shoring strategies. In the empirical part, regression formula is established to evaluate those potential influence factors and verify their significance.

Effect of Neodymium on the Crystallization, Microstructure and Colorization of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 Glass Ceramics  [PDF]

Abstract: The effect of single coloring agent Nd(NO3)3 on the crystallization, microstructure and colorization of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 (LAS) glass ceramics were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The introduction of little neodymium has no effect on the crystallization manner and the formation of main crystallization phase, but more neodymium will weaken the crystallization of LAS glass. Little neodymium can increase the glossiness of LAS glass ceramic, while more neodymium can color LAS glass with light purple or red purple. The colorability of neodymium for LAS glass ceramic decreases with the increase of crystallization temperature.
Estimation of Phytoplankton Responses to Hurricane Gonu over the Arabian Sea Based on Ocean Color Data

Abstract: In this study the authors investigated phytoplankton variations in the Arabian Sea associated with Hurricane Gonu using remote-sensing data of chlorophyll-a (Chl-a), sea surface temperature (SST) and winds. Additional data sets used for the study included the hurricane and Conductivity-Temperature-Depth data. Hurricane Gonu, presenting extremely powerful wind intensity, originated over the central Arabian Sea (near 67.7oE, 15.1oN) on June 2, 2007; it traveled along a northwestward direction and made landfall in Iran around June 7. Before Hurricane Gonu, Chl-a data indicated relatively low phytoplankton biomass (0.05-0.2 mg m-3), along with generally high SST (>28.5 oC) and weak wind (<10 m s-1) in the Arabian Sea. Shortly after Gonu’s passage, two phytoplankton blooms were observed northeast of Oman (Chl-a of 3.5 mg m-3) and in the eastern central Arabian Sea (Chl-a of 0.4 mg m-3), with up to 10-fold increase in surface Chl-a concentrations, respectively. The Chl-a in the two post-hurricane blooms were 46% and 42% larger than those in June of other years, respectively. The two blooms may be attributed to the storm-induced nutrient uptake, since hurricane can influence intensively both dynamical and biological processes through vertical mixing and Ekman Pumping.
