Abstract: In order to realize the docking of students’ professional quality training and enterprise occupation adaptability, we research on graduates’ employment, professional quality and enterprises demand of a higher vocational college in Wuhan. Based on the data, we analyze existing problems of the students’ professional quality training and occupation adaptability and put forward suggestions for further reform of the talent training scheme.

Abstract:
Higher vocational education scale expands rapidly in the recent years, followed by the contradiction between expansion scale and education quality, which has become increasingly prominent nowadays. In order to improve the teaching quality, the most important is to improve daily teaching activity of the harmonious combination of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, which focuses on the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges through monitoring and the objective requirement of the long-term quality assurance mechanism. Based on investigation and analysis of present situation, analysis of professional practice skill testing of students majoring in marketing of Wuhan City Vocational College, we develop skill-testing standard in the hope of improving students’ marketing professional skills in future.

Abstract:
Cyber-Physical system (referred to as CPS) is based on the physical environment perception, the use of sensor, wireless communication network and computer system to detect and control the machine technology. It is a modern physics system with a set of computing, communication and control as one. Textile and chemical fiber industry as China’s traditional pillar industries of the national economy, in the context of the new normal economy, is of great significance in the transformation and upgrading for boosting industrial development, enhance the competitiveness of the industry at home and abroad. This paper takes Zhejiang xinfengming group as an example, describing it with the help of CPS technology upgrading in production technology, process and enterprise management. The production capacity, management ability and competitiveness of the industry obtain great improvement, making great significance to the traditional textile industry transformation and upgrading.

Abstract: By introducing an invertible linear transform, a new Lie algebra G is obtained from the Lie algebra H. Making use of the compatibility conditions of the respective isospectral problems, a generalized NLS-MKdV hierarchy and a new integrable soliton hierarchy are achieved by using the trace identity or the variational identity. Then, two special non-semisimple Lie algebras \"\"?and \"\"?are explicitly conducted. As an application, the nonlinear continuous integrable couplings of the obtained integrable systems as well as their bi-Hamiltonian structures are established, respectively.
B-Spline Approximation of Ship Waves on the Free Surface  [PDF]

Abstract:

We consider the problem of a ship advancing in waves. In this method, the zone of free surface in the vicinity of body is discretized. On the discretized surface, the first-order and second-order derivatives of ship waves are represented by the B-Spline formulae. Different ship waves are approximated by cubic B-spline and the first and second order derivates of incident waves are calculated and compared with analytical value. It approves that this numerical method has sufficient accuracy and can be also applied to approximate the velocity potential on the free surface.

Abstract: Higher vocational education is a mode of modern education, which can serve regional economy. Higher vocational colleges in Hubei have played a positive role in the service of economic and social development in the region, but from the point of higher vocational colleges themselves, there also exist problems as follows: some higher vocational colleges are unable to meet the diverse needs of talents because of the so-called popular majors; specialties setting of higher vocational colleges lack forward-looking, which is out of touch with the needs of the society; some higher vocational colleges cannot serve the society well; technology research and development of higher vocational colleges cannot satisfy social demand; talented teachers are not enough in higher vocational colleges. Our paper proposes that Hubei higher vocational colleges should take measures as follows: first, we should establish the education view of running the school open to cultivate applied talents to serve the development of regional economy and we should establish the programs according to the regional industry posts; second, we should make full use of teachers to provide consulting service for local government and enterprises; third, we should make use of resources to provide training and service for the society and expand the social service sphere; finally, we should make the occupation education concept merge into the regional members of society life.
Reduction of choline acetyltransferase activities inAPP 770 transgenic mice

Abstract: Transgenic mice overexpressing the 770-amino acid isoform of human Alzheimer amyloid precursor protein exhibit extracellular β-amyloid deposits in brain regions including cerebral cortex and hippocampus, which are severely affected in Alzheimer’s disease patients. Significant reduction in choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) activities has been observed in both cortical and hippocampal brain regions in the transgenic mice at the age of 10 months compared with the age-matched non-transgenic mice, but such changes have not been observed in any brain regions of the transgenic mice under the age of 5 months. These results suggest that deposition of β-amyloid can induce changes in the brain cholinergic system of the transgenic mice.

Order Bi-spectrum For Bearing Fault Monitoring and Diagnosis Under Run-up Condition

Abstract: Varying speed machinery condition detection and fault diagnosis are more difficult due to non-stationary machine dynamics and vibration. Therefore, most conventional signal processing methods based on time invariant carried out in constant time interval are frequently unable to provide meaningful results. This paper deals with the detection of bearing faults in gearbox under non-stationary run-up of gear drives. In order to process the non-stationary vibration signals such as run-up or run-down vibration signals effectively, the order bi-spectrum technique is presented. This new method combines computed order tracking technique with bi-spectrum analysis. First, the vibration signal is sampled at constant time increments during run-up of gearbox and then uses numerical techniques to resample the data at constant angle increments. Therefore, the vibration signals are transformed from the time domain transient signal to angle domain stationary one. Second, the re-sample signal is processed by bi-spectrum analysis method. The procedure is illustrated with the experimental vibration data of a gearbox. The experimental results show that order bi-spectrum technique can effectively diagnosis and diagnosis the faults of bearing.
Influence of electro-acupuncture of Neiguan on plasmic concentrations of NO and TNFα in endotoxin shock rats

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture of Neiguan (PC 6) on mean systemic arterial blood pressure and plasmic concentrations of NO and TNFα in endotoxin shock rats. Methods: The model of endotoxin shock was induced by lipopolysaccharide (1.5 mg/kg i.v.) and D-galactosamine (100 mg/kg i.p.). Aminoguanidine (100 mg/kg i.p.) and electro-acupuncture of bilateral Neiguan (PC 6) were administered. A catheter was inserted into the right subclavian artery to record the change of blood pressure and the blood was abstracted out and centrifuged to determine the NO and TNFα concentrations. Results: Electro-acupuncture of Neiguan (PC 6) retrieved the blood pressure and reduced the plasmic NO and TNFα concentrations. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture of Neiguan (PC 6) expresses an anti-endotoxin shock effect by repressing the plasmic NO and TNFα concentrations smoothly and retrieving the blood pressure stably.
