The Tunneling of State-Owned Controlling Shareholders and the Incentive of Professional Manager in the Mixed Ownership Reform of Chinese  [PDF]
Chenyuan Zhao, Huan Peng
Modern Economy (ME) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/me.2018.911116
Abstract: This paper breaks through the relationship between the administrative appointment manager and the State-Owned controlling shareholders, through taking the professional managers with fairness preferences into the State-owned enterprises corporate governance framework. It finds that the equity incentive for the manager will not affect the tunneling behavior of state-owned controlling shareholders in the State-owned enterprise which is administrative, but the equity incentive for the Professional Managers with fairness preferences can restrain the tunneling of State-Owned controlling shareholders to a certain degree. And that a more perfect legal supervision can also restrain the tunneling of State-Owned controlling shareholders. Finally, main strategies for government were suggested, including developing professional manager market, establishing an institution of professional managers, establishing a fair and open competition environment in the market, and making a more perfect legal supervision.
Literature Review of the Study of Carbon Emission Rights  [PDF]
Huan Peng, Rui Jiang, Chaobo Zhou
Low Carbon Economy (LCE) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/lce.2017.84011
Abstract: The importance of green development, namely environment-friendly development is recognized world wild today. As integral parts of green development, carbon finance and carbon trading are expected to have huge market potential, which justifies the academic significance of a literature study in this area. The study of trading of the carbon emission rights mainly focuses on the following three aspects: the classification of carbon emission rights, the influencing factors of carbon emission rights and the price features of carbon emission rights.

Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2018.111009
Abstract:
In China, green finance has become a bright spot in the development of the financial industry. The pace of building a green financial system is accelerating. Relevant systems are gradually being established and perfected. China’s green finance business has achieved initial development in the past decade. Some policies such as green credit, green insurance and green securities have been issued one after another. This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s green financial system, the problems encountered in developing green finance and how to develop green finance better.
Benefit Analysis of Environmental Protection Investment Based on Reciprocity Theory  [PDF]
Chenyuan Zhao, Tiantian Xiang, Huan Peng
Theoretical Economics Letters (TEL) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/tel.2018.815208
Abstract: This paper abandons the “rational man” hypothesis in traditional economics and utilizes the existing “reciprocal” principal-agent model (Pu Y. J, 2007) to analyze the benefits of environmental protection inputs. The results of the study show that if humans increase their environmental investment on the basis of rational input is set to , naturally, the increase in revenue under the assumption of “reciprocity” is r, when η > 2r, the environmental investment made by humans under irrational assumptions can bring Higher income level than “rational people”. Thus, the enlightenment of government behavior is: first, the government should fully recognize the “reciprocal” characteristics of the natural environment when formulating environmental protection policies; second, the government should further increase investment on the basis of rational input, when the increased investment meets the aforementioned conditions, the purpose of increasing human income can be achieved.
A Fuzzy Partial Ordering Approach for QoS-based Selection of Web Services
Dunlu Peng,Qingkui Chen,Huan Huo
Journal of Software , 2010, DOI: 10.4304/jsw.5.4.405-412
Abstract: As the development of Service-Oriented Computing (SOC), more and more functional similar Web services are deployed over the Internet. Nowadays, Web service selection becomes a crucial issue for making SOC more applicable. Troublesome Web services will affect the reliability of the whole SOC application which invokes the service. Therefore, when choosing Web services, not only the functional attributes but also the Quality of Service (QoS) should also be considered. In this work, we develop a framework to collect the indices of service quality, including runtime and non-runtime indices. A fuzzy partial-ordering approach, which takes both quality indices and their uncertainties into consideration, is proposed to evaluate Web services. A series of partial-ordering models has been developed to rank Web services according to their qualities. Case study shows that the proposed approach is effective for selecting the service having the highest synthetic quality from the collections of functional similar services.
Lectin of Concanavalin A as an anti-hepatoma therapeutic agent
Huan-Yao Lei, Chih-Peng Chang
Journal of Biomedical Science , 2009, DOI: 10.1186/1423-0127-16-10
Abstract: Liver cancer is the fifth most important cancer worldwide, and is the third most common cause of cancer mortality because of the very poor prognosis [1]. Most liver cancers are hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) which have unique epidemiologic features with dynamic temporal trends, variations in different geographic regions, racial and ethnic group, sex, and risk factors. The highest incidence rates are in Africa and eastern Asia. China alone accounts for more than 50% of the world's cases. Incidence is low in most developed countries, except for Japan, while a moderately increased incidence occurs in southern European countries. The major risk factors for HCC are chronic infection with the hepatitis B (HBV) and C (HCV) virus, although aflatoxins are thought to be an environmental factor in tropical areas due to the contamination of food with fungus. In Asia, the dominant risk factor is chronic HBV infection that is largely acquired by maternal-child transmission. However, in Japan or in Western countries, the dominant hepatitis virus is HCV [2,3]. Individuals who are chronic carriers of HBV have a greater than 100-fold increased relative risk of developing a tumor. The universal immunization of infants with the HBsAg vaccine not only decreases the HBV carrier rate, but also reduces the incidence and mortality rate from HCC in Taiwanese children [4]. Chronic active hepatitis is recognized as the major risk factor for HCC, and is accompanied by liver cell necrosis, inflammation, cytokine abnormal synthesis and fibrosis. In Asia, America and Europe, 90% of HCC cases are associated with cirrhosis. Three steps (hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatocarcinogenesis) are involved in the evolution of HCC tumor formation post HBV/HCV chronic infection [5].The most common condition associated with hepatocarcinogenesis is cirrhosis, which develops after a latency of 20–40 years of chronic liver disease. HCC risk remains low during chronic liver disease but exponentially increases at the ci

Abstract: Assuming a damping force proportional to the velocity, it is shown that the usual quantum condition between the physical variables, namely the displacement and the momentum, has to be modified by the damping. However, it is possible to change to new variables which are canonical. Then we can apply the usual quantum mechanics and use the usual physical interpretation through the statistical average values. The case of a one-dimensional damped harmonic oscillator under the action of an arbitrary external force has been worked out as an example. No difficulty arises and the results are reasonable.
AN ATTEMPT AT A FLUID STRUCTURE OF THE ELECTRON IN SPACE WITH FIVE DIMENSIONS
五维空间中电子的流体结构尝试

物理学报 , 1981,
Abstract: The four-dimensional space-time of special relativity is augmented with a fifth dimension to take into account the gauge transformation of the electromagnetic potentials. And in doing this, a new field is introduced purely from dimensional consideration. It will be shown in this paper that this field plays an especially important role inside the electron. It gives rise naturally to the Poincare stress needed for maintaining dynamical equilibrium within an extensive electron, it also reflects the dielectric constant and permeability of the medium within. It thus appears feasible to adopt a fluid structure for the extensive electron, and stable solution for the motion of the fluid particiea has been obtained in general. The electrodynamics within the electron has also been obtained, and no physical solution with spherical symmetry exists. Axially symmetrical solution probably exists, which will be discussed in a subsequent paper.
