Land Policy and Systematic Transformation in Chinese Rural Areas(1950—1978)
Rong TAN,Huake GAO,Jie CUI
Canadian Social Science , 2009,
Abstract: Based on historical review of the Chinese rural land policy from 1950 to 1978, we looked back the devious journey undergone in Chinese rural areas during this period. At first, the landlord’s ownership was transferred into the peasant’s ownership; and then private ownership was transferred into public ownership. The radical transformation of property right and process of agricultural cooperation went against the economic law and the wills of the mass peasants, which led to laggard rural productive forces and long-term low peasants’ income level. During the policy transformation process, political and ideological factors played the predominant role, which led to harmful results. The experiences in this period demonstrated that the economic developmental model and systematic arrangement in Chinese rural areas should satisfy the peasants’ free wills and protect the peasants’ essential interests. Only in this way could the Chinese rural economy gain fast development. Intelligent Information Management (IIM) , 2010, DOI: 10.4236/iim.2010.29064
Abstract: Restrictive partially blind signatures incorporate the advantages of restrictive blind signatures and partially blind signatures, which play an important role in electronic commerce. Recently, Chen-Zhang-Liu first proposed an ID-based restrictive partially blind (IRPB) signature from bilinear pairings. Later, Hu-Huang showed that the Chen-Zhang-Liu’s scheme has a security weakness, and pointed out that their scheme does not satisfy the property of restrictiveness as they claimed. In this paper, we improve Chen-Zhang-Liu’s scheme and propose a new signature scheme from bilinear pairings. The improved scheme can resist the Hu-Huang’s attack.

Creative Education (CE) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2011.24050
Abstract: Aiming to verify how and why insightfulness of the CL-inspired approach can facilitate L2 or FL learners in the process of learning English as a second or a foreign language, an empirical study of Chinese EFL learners has been carried out in the authentic Chinese EFL classroom on the campus of Tianjin Foreign Studies University. After the classroom treatment, it has been found that the EG outperformed the CG by 21.7% based on the results from the delayed posttest in Experiment 1; by 6.73% in Experiment 2; by 6.61% in Experiment 3; by 21.7% in Experiment 4. The study has concluded that through awakening students’ metaphoric awareness and analyzing features of the image schematic structure, the CL-inspired approach benefits L2 or FL learners in the process of learning English as a foreign language with respect to lexical and grammatical competence, metaphorical and pragmatic or sociolinguist competence, including semantic comprehension in reading, writing and translation, particularly in terms of long-term retention of memory.

Creative Education (CE) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2011.24051
Abstract: The introduction of a new mandatory policy for the teaching of English at the higher education level in China, College English Curriculum Requirements (CECR, published in 2004), had the intention of modernising and improving the quality of English teaching at the tertiary level in China. The policy had a focus on student centred approaches to learning and the use of technology to support this process. This paper reports on a study that investigated the views of teachers, administrators and policy makers about the intended pedagogical shift embedded in the policy and the success of the policy in achieving this goal. The paper attempts to clarify how lecturers in higher education in China have been oriented by the CECR towards pedagogical change. To achieve this purpose, the paper reviews current issues in the context of English teaching at tertiary level in China and attempts to frame them in a conceptualisation of eclecticism and principled eclecticism. Then, the paper analyses the responses of teachers, administrators and policy makers, based on an analysis framework developed by Maton (2004) from the work of Bourdieu (1993) and Bernstein (2000), to uncover the relationship between the policy and the reality. The study found that while teachers are eager to make change themselves, in reality, the requirement of a student centred approach and new technical teaching in the policy, challenges teachers’ current knowledge in terms of their current training in understanding curriculum and syllabus, their knowledge of principled eclecticism and computer teaching, and how to deal with textbook teaching and the College English Test. The paper concludes that there is a gap between the policy and reality, and that a gap exists therefore between

Engineering (ENG) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/eng.2012.410084
Abstract: Two multi-objective programming models are built to describe Pilots’ full flight simulator (FFS) recurrent training (PFRT) problem. There are two objectives for them. One is the best matching of captains and copilots in the same aircraft type. The other is that pilots could attend his training courses at proper month. Usually the two objectives are conflicting because there are copilots who will promote to captains or transfer to other aircraft type and new trainees will enter the company every year. The main theme in the research is to find the final non-inferior solutions of PFRT problem. Graph models are built to help to analyze the problem and we convert the original problem into a longest-route problem with weighted paths. An algorithm is designed with which we can obtain all the non-inferior solutions by a graphic method. A case study is present to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm as well.

Leadership is a kind of scarce resources and a determinable factor in an organization. Effective leadership is one of the key factors in its growth, change and regeneration whereas currently, leaders in some organizations do not have the leadership in match with their development and leadership resource is out of proportion of the highly-developed economy which prevents organizations from developing. Leadership is a leader’s most significant peculiarity and his developing in leadership contributes most greatly to the organization. Effective leadership depends on leadership marketing as well as the cultivating and developing. Based on marketing researches, this paper mainly studies individual leadership, group leadership and organizational leadership so as to lead to more researches and studies.
