Abstract: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C29H29ClO11, contains two independent molecules of similar geometry, both adopting an E conformation about the C=C double bond. The dihedral angles formed by benzene rings are 10.73 (16) and 13.79 (18)°. The pyranoside rings adopt a chair conformation. Intramolecular C—H...O close contacts occur. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds.

Abstract: 目的 评价上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院南院(简称“仁济南院”)降糖药物的用药合理性。方法 采用药物利用评估方法,收集2013年第1季度—2015年第2季度仁济南院非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的用药信息并进行统计学分析。结果 抗糖尿病药物处方量逐年上升,2015年第2季度销售金额是2013年第1季度的近3倍,胰岛素类药物的占比近50%,其中普通胰岛素注射液(国产)无论销售金额还是用药频度(DDDs)均排名第一。DDDs显示常用的口服降糖药是格列齐特缓释片(进口)、二甲双胍(进口)与伏格列波糖(进口)。销售金额排序与DDDs排序比值大于1与小于1的各有6个(24%)与16个(64%)。结论 随着糖尿病患者门诊人数的增加,仁济南院的降糖药物处方量与销售金额显著上升。虽然降糖药物的使用基本合理,但应该更多地选择用药金额与DDDs同步性好的药物。
: Objective To evaluate the rationality of the use of glucose lowering drugs for the Renji Hospital South Campus, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Methods The drug use and evaluation method was adopted and drug use information of patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted by the Renji Hospital South Campus from the first quarter of 2013 to the second quarter of 2015 was collected and statistically analyzed. Results The prescriptions of glucose lowering drugs increased annually. The sales amount of the second quarter of 2015 was about 3 times higher than that of the first quarter of 2013. Insulin drugs accounted for about 50% and both the sales amount and defined daily dose (DDD) of general insulin injection (domestic) were ranked as No.1 among all drugs. According to DDDs, commonly used oral glucose lowering drugs were gliclazide (imported), metformin (imported), and voglibose (imported). There were 6 drugs (24%) and 16 drugs (64%) with the ratio of ranks of sales amount and DDD larger than 1 and smaller than 1. Conclusion The prescriptions and sales amount of glucose lowering drugs of Renji Hospital South Campus increase significantly with the number of outpatients with type 2 diabetes. Basically, the use of the glucose lowering drugs is reasonable, but drugs with better synchronization of the cost and the frequency should be used

General methods for clinical effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract: Along with the changes of disease spectrum, medical models and health concept, people pay more and more attention to the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). With the effect assessment being changed from disease-based model to patient-based model, how to scientifically and objectively explain the validity of TCM has become the premise for further development of TCM and dissemination of it throughout the world. In this article, the authors analyzed the status quo and problems of the effect assessment of TCM, and proposed some general methods for clinical effect assessment of TCM, including formulating criteria for syndrome differentiation under the guidance of TCM theories, paying attention to quality of life, proper selection of indexes for outcome assessment, application of modern clinical study methods, such as the methods of evidence-based medicine and clinical epidemiology, designing randomized controlled trials, multi-subject co-operation, strict supervision of the quality of researches, and establishment of organizations for professional training.

Abstract: 高含量不饱和脂肪酸,特别是高含量亚麻酸是牡丹籽油品质的主要体现,但到目前为止,在凤丹传统栽培区(铜矿区)土壤铜含量是否影响牡丹籽油品质并没有被调查。本研究通过调查安徽省凤凰山-丫山30个凤丹(Paeonia ostii)栽培区土壤Cu元素含量和凤丹籽油组成,显示凤丹栽培区土壤铜含量为18.98~298.82 mg·kg-1,变异系数为83.06%;凤丹籽油中棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸5种主要脂肪酸含量分别为5.62%、1.89%、24.59%、29.76%、38.13%,变异系数在5.66~9.72,其中亚油酸变异系数最高为9.72;土壤和叶片中Cu含量与亚油酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量均存在明显的负相关性,与亚麻酸含量没有显著相关性;土壤和叶片中Cu含量呈显著正相关,r=0.778。以上表明以油用为目的的凤丹栽培应该避免土壤中铜含量过高影响牡丹籽油品质。
Tribological Properties and Self-Healing Action of SiO2/SnO2 Complex Nanoparticles as an Additive in a Mineral Oil

Abstract: SiO_2/SnO_2 complex nanoparticles were prepared making use of a chemical method. The tribological properties of the resulting complex nanoparticles as an additive in 500SN oil were evaluated using a four-ball machine, while the self-healing action of the additive to the worn steel surface was examined on a ring-on-block test rig. The morphologies and elemental distributions of the worn steel surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. It was found that the complex nanoparticles as the additive contributed to greatly improve the antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity of the base oil, but they had little effect on the friction-reducing ability of the base stock at a relatively small volume fraction. Moreover, the complex nanoparticles were capable of self-healing the worn steel surface at proper test conditions. The improved antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity of the base stock and the self-healing action to the worn steel surface in the presence of the complex nanoparticles as the additive were attributed to the adsorption and deposition of the nanoparticles on the sliding surface and the subsequent formation of a boundary lubricating layer with a small shearing strength.
A Secure Real-time Concurrency Control Protocol Based on Optimistic

Abstract: Real-time database are usually needed in some safety-critical applications such as e-commerce, stock trading systems and military systems. In these applications, real-time database systems must simultaneously satisfy two requirements in guaranteeing data security and minimizing the missing deadlines ratio of transactions. However, these two requirements can conflict with each other and to achieve one requirement is to sacrifice the other. This paper presents a secure real-time concurrency control protocol based on optimistic method. The concurrency control protocol incorporates security constraints in a real-time optimistic concurrency control protocol, and can make a suitable tradeoff between security and real-time requirements according to the needs of applications. Performance tests show that the concurrency control protocol achieves data security without sacrificing real-time performance significantly.
