Abstract: 梯度矢量流测地线活动轮廓模型作为对测地线活动轮廓模型的重要改进,不仅扩大了测地线活动轮廓模型的适用范围,而且改进了它的分割效果。但由于该模型中推动活动轮廓演化的外部力量来自于梯度矢量流,因此活动轮廓在演化过程中可能会由于弱边缘等因素的影响而陷于不希望的局部最小值。为尽量减少弱边缘对活动轮廓初始位置的限制及其对轮廓演化的不利影响,提出了一种新的辅以区域力量的梯度矢量流测地线活动轮廓模型,该模型首先将基于区域信息的力场与梯度矢量流力场相耦合,然后由以上两种力量构成的耦合力场,使活动轮廓模型能够有效地克服弱边缘的影响而收敛到所期望的边缘。实验结果表明,辅以区域力量的梯度矢量流测地线活动轮廓模型与梯度矢量流测地线活动轮廓模型相比,不仅可以更灵活地设置初始轮廓的位置,而且对弱边缘的干扰也有较好的适应性,并能有效地避免边缘泄漏。
Nonlinear Forced Vibration of a Viscoelastic Buckled Beam with 2 : 1 Internal Resonance

Abstract: Nonlinear dynamics of a viscoelastic buckled beam subjected to primary resonance in the presence of internal resonance is investigated for the first time. For appropriate choice of system parameters, the natural frequency of the second mode is approximately twice that of the first providing the condition for 2?:?1 internal resonance. The ordinary differential equations of the two mode shapes are established using the Galerkin method. The problem is replaced by two coupled second-order differential equations with quadratic and cubic nonlinearities. The multiple scales method is applied to derive the modulation-phase equations. Steady-state solutions of the system as well as their stability are examined. The frequency-amplitude curves exhibit the steady-state response in the directly excited and indirectly excited modes due to modal interaction. The double-jump, the saturation phenomenon, and the nonperiodic region phenomena are observed illustrating the influence of internal resonance. The validity range of the analytical approximations is assessed by comparing the analytical approximate results with a numerical solution by the Runge-Kutta method. The unstable regions in the internal resonance are explored via numerical simulations. 1. Introduction The main goal of this paper is to present an exhaustive investigation for the forced vibration of a buckled beam with quadratic and cubic nonlinearities in the equations of motion. Buckled beams play an important role in the design of machines and structures. Buckled beams have received a great deal of attention from various scholars also due to their complex nonlinear behaviors [1]. For example, the nonlinear modal interaction [2] and the internal resonance [3] are arising out of commensurable relationships of frequencies for specific values of the system parameters. Furthermore, in the presence of external excitation, the internal resonance can have possible influence on the buckled beam behavior, which needs to be studied [4]. Lacarbonara et al. [5] studied the frequency-response curves of a primary resonance of a buckled beam. The authors found that the response curves obtained using a single-mode approximation are in disagreement with those obtained by the experiment. Emam and Nayfeh [6] focused on the dynamics of a buckled beam subject to a primary-resonance excitation via the Galerkin truncation. They revealed that using a single-mode truncation leads to errors in the static and dynamic problems. Clinical study of chronic renal failure with syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency treated with Jianpi Qinghua Recipe

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Recipe (JPQHR) on chronic renal failure with syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency and its mechanism. Methods: One hundred and six patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (53 patients treated with routine therapy) and JPQHR-treated group (53 patients treated with routine therapy and JPQHR). Results: Routine therapy combined with JPQHR could improve symptoms. The serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein decreased significantly in the JPQHR-treated group as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05), while the number of erythrocyte rosette-forming cells increased significantly in the JPQHR-treated group as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Routine therapy combined with JPQHR can significantly decrease blood lipid level and strengthen cellular immune system, so it can lower the urine protein in the early and middle stages of chronic renal failure and improve renal function.
Application of the theory of damp-heat in spleen and stomach in treatment of kidney diseases

Abstract: There exists close relationship between the damp-heat and the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of kidney diseases. The occurrence of damp-heat is based on water and wetness, which may come from outside or may be caused by internal damage. The water and wetness can change into heat if they are stored in the body for a long period, and the combination of water and wetness and heat may cause damp-heat syndrome. The function of spleen and stomach plays the most important role in the water metabolism of sanjiao. Kidney diseases are mainly caused by damp-heat of spleen and stomach resulted from internal damage of spleen and stomach, and symptoms of damp-heat of middle-jiao are commonly seen in most patients of chronic kidney diseases. During the development from renal function damage to renal failure, the remaining of damp-heat in san-jiao can affect the function of spleen and stomach for transportation, transformation and digestion, resulting in the symptoms of dysfunction of spleen and stomach. Regulating the function of spleen and stomach is one of the most important therapeutic methods for kidney diseases.
High-protein diet and high-grade proteinuria aggravate the progression of chronic renal failure in rats

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of high-protein diet (HPD) and high-grade proteinuria in aggravating the progression of chronic renal failure (CRF) in rats.Methods: CRF with high-grade proteinuria was induced by supplying HPD in five sixth nephrectomy rats, and the changes of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), endothelin-1 (ET-1), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin Flα (6-Keto-PGFlα) were observed. At the same time, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured in blood and renal tissue of the rats.Result: HPD and high-grade proteinuria could accelerate the damage of kidney through increasing the levels of ET-1 and TXB2, reducing the level of 6-Keto-PGFlα, and attenuating the activities of SOD and GSH-Px.Conclusion: HPD can accelerate the damage of kidney through inducing the high-grade proteinuria in five sixth nephrectomy rats, influencing the expression of kidney vasoactive substance, and reducing the anti-oxidation.

Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group (n=8)and model group (n=24). Intraperitoneal injecting of streptozotocin (STZ) plus complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) was applied once a week for 3 times to induce the DN rats model. Three weeks later, the model group rats were randomly divided into pathologic group (n=8), monopril group (n=8) and Tangshenning Recipe group (n=8) according to the 24 h U-Alb. Each group's renal hemodynamics index and SOD, GSH, MDA in renal tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and colorimetric method respectively. Results: The levels of plasmaticTXB2, the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α, and the CGRP in pathologic group were significantly higher than those in normal group. The levels of plasmatic ET decreased obviously, SOD decreased and MDA increased significantly in the rats' renal tissue of pathologic group. The levels of plasmatic TXB2, the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α decreased significantly in both Tangshenning Recipe group and monopril group, and the therapeutic effect of Tangshenning Recipe group was better than that of monopril group. SOD was higher and MDA was lower in Tangshenning Recipe group than that in pathologic group. Conclusion: The results indicates that Tangshenning Recipe can lower the micro-albuminuria in early DN rats, the mechanism of which probably lies in the modification of glycometabolism, the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α, the plasmatic CGRP and the renal lipid preoxidation.
Analysis of diffusive coefficient of electron heat pulse based on singular value decomposition in HT-7 tokamak

Abstract: In this paper, singular value decomposition (SVD) as a filter-noise method is applied to electron cyclotron emission (ECE) diagnostic signals. The decomposed vectors contain the information about sawtooth such as the temporal vectors that show the sawtooth period and the spatial vectors that indicate the inverse radius. The propagation of electron heat pulse is investigated from electron cyclotron emission signals by using the perturbation method in HT-7 tokamak. The heat diffusivities are obtained at different densities in ohmic plasmas. The special result is that the heat diffusivity becomes larger as the heat pulse propagates outwards from the outside of the inverse radius.
Structure equation and Mei conserved quantity for Mei symmetry of Appell equation

Abstract: This paper investigates structure equation and Mei conserved quantity of Mei symmetry of Appell equations for non-Chetaev nonholonomic systems. Appell equations and differential equations of motion for non-Chetaev nonholonomic mechanical systems are established. A new expression of the total derivative of the function with respect to time $t$ along the trajectory of a curve of the system is obtained, the definition and the criterion of Mei symmetry of Appell equations under the infinitesimal transformations of groups are also given. The expressions of the structure equation and the Mei conserved quantity of Mei symmetry in the Appell function are obtained. An example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

Abstract: miRNAs是真核生物中的一类5’端带磷酸基团、3’端带羟基、长度在22nt左右的内源性非编码调控RNAs。miRNAs在控制植物的发育、开花时序、新陈代谢、应激反应等方面起着重要的作用。已知植物miRNAs在转录后水平上抑制基因表达,主要是通过导致mRNA的裂解,对抑制目标转录物的翻译起作用。另外其也能在转录水平上通过决定目标染色体位点的甲基化而起作用。对植物miRNAs的功能及作用机制的研究现状做一综述。
